Chapter 42 New By Laws
Honeymoon
Jade rolled over and opened her eyes to find Jax sitting up on his elbows staring down at her with a big smile spread across his face.
"Good Morning Mrs. Teller." He whispered. Now it was Jade's turn to smile.
"Well good morning handsome."
Jade gazed at Jax and admired his handsome face. She found her fingers tracing over his lips and moving up to the mole above his lips. She loved him so much.
She would never get tired of him calling her Mrs. Teller. She loved how it sounded. Damn if she did not earn his last name. Jax leaned over to kiss his wife. They finally got married a few days ago in a small ceremony at a church half the size of what their first wedding was to be in. Jade just wanted close family and friends this time. She only had Kim as her bridesmaid and Jax had Opie as a groomsmen. No other charters or associates were invited and that included August Marks. As resourceful as Marks was he did find out the very day of her wedding and since has been blowing up her phone. Jax wanted to throw her phone against a wall one evening but she talked him out of it. She needed her phone if Gemma called about the boys. Even though they could not have a tropical honeymoon because of Jax's long rap sheet, there were a few beautiful beaches in California and Jax picked one that was more breathtaking than the one he took her to when he popped the question. They had a private beach house right on the water and it was stunning. Jax and Jade were both in desperate need of relaxation and that was exactly what they did. They spent most days eating, drinking, sleeping, swimming, walking on the beach and making love. They both could not be happier.
"What would you like to do today?" Jax asked his wife just before planting a soft kiss on her forehead and sitting up on the side of the bed.
"Nothing! I don't want to leave this bed." Jade sighed as she stretched out in bed almost knocking Jax off the bed. Jax eyes followed her movements as she stretched her tall, tone, beautiful brown limbs over the bed. Her sultry movements had him mesmerized.
"Well we have a few more pages of the Kama Sutra book to go through," he said nodding to the book on the nightstand.
Jade smiled at that thought. They were having so much fun trying the positions in the book. They nailed the position about 50 percent of the time. The other times they would just end up with leg cramps and sore bodies the next morning. Jax crawled back into bed on top of Jade. He looked down on his wife with love. Jax found his hand rubbing across her short blonde afro. She was just exquisite to him.
"Do you realize how much I love you?" He told her as he softly kissed her lips. Jade nodded with a big smile on her face.
"I have an idea." She said rubbing her fingers up and down his back as his kisses moved down to her neck. She pushed the hair that was falling in his face back so she can look at his handsome features when he kissed his way back up to her lips.
"How about we try another Kama Sutra position…are you up for it?" she asked with an eyebrow raised. Jax chuckled as he was always ready for Jade and she knew it. The real question was she ready for him. He always took her by surprise during their honeymoon. He was literally fiending for her every hour of the day. They christen every room and every furniture in the beach house. They could not get enough of one another. Jax grabbed the book off the table and turned to the earmarked page they were on.
"Hmm we are the position called The Snail." Jax turned the book over so Jade could see the position.
"Oh…. that is doable!"
"Oh really? Well let's see….lift your knees beautiful."
"Mommy misses you!" Jade said into her IPhone as she FaceTime Nathan, Abel and Gemma.
"Daddy too!" Jax knelt down so he could be seen by the boys.
"Wow! Jax you are going to be as dark as Jade." Gemma said to Jax as she saw how tan he had become.
Jade rolled her eyes at Gemma…this chick….Jade smiled as she looked at her mother in law. She would not change her for the world though.
Jax looked at his forearm and nod his head in agreement.
"I'm almost as dark." He said teasing. Jade chuckled even though he had a deep tan that made him look even sexier it was nowhere near her complexion.
"When are you coming home mommy?" Abel asked tugging at Jade's heartstrings.
"In a couple of days…not to long baby."
"What about me Abel? Don't you want to know when Daddy's coming home?"
Abel shook his head no while laughing. Jax pretend as if he was stabbed in the heart making Abel laugh harder.
Jax grinned at Abel, "Well I love you to…."
"Infinity and beyond!" Abel finished.
Jade blew a kiss to her sons and ended the call. She missed them and could not wait to kiss their little faces.
Later that afternoon as the sun set Jax and Jade decided to take a walk on the beach.
Grabbing Jade's waist as they walked Jax told Jade how happy he was.
"We should go get the boys and stay another week out here." He told her as he squeezed her waist. Jade loved the idea, as it would be so much fun having the boys at the beach. They have yet to see the ocean. Jade stopped walking and looked up at Jax. He was so happy and it shined on him from head to toe. He told her one lazy afternoon while they were laying on the beach that he felt free and was hesitating going back to the chaos of The Sons. Even though he always wanted a cut and a Harley since he was a kid the life he was now living with Jade outshine presidency of the club. Jade told him he could have the life he desired but he needed to make it happen. Jax nodded silently in agreement. Jade knew he wrestled and struggled everyday about the club and she knew every day he was with her the club was getting further and further in the distance. It would only be a matter of time before he stepped down and leave the club.
The next morning Jax threw on a pair of bright colored surfer shorts Jade had brought him, a t-shirt and flip flops. Jade looked him over and could not get over how much he looked like a surfer with his blonde hair and tan than a biker.
"What?" he asked as he noticed her big brown eyes staring at him.
"You look so cute." She told him.
Jax frowned, "Cute is for babies and teddy bears." He told her. Jade walked up to him and kissed his cheek.
"How about handsome….and sexy."
Jax grinned, "That's much better."
"You ready to go shopping?" she asked grabbing her purse. Jax let out a long sigh.
"Oh My God…You take at least fifteen hours to shop." He complained.
"That's not true!" Jade countered with a huge smile on her face. He was kind of right she did take a long time to shop and Jax avoided going anywhere near a store with her and that included grocery stores.
"That is a fact and you know it." He told her walking behind her as they headed out the door.
Jade was not as bad as usual this time as they shopped on the local boardwalk but he was getting tired of holding all the bags.
"Babe are we done?" he asked shifting the bags from one hand to another. Jade ignored his question as she gasped when she saw another store she wanted to shop in. Jax sighed and rolled his eyes as he shuffled in the store behind her.
He could not get over how much this woman could shop. He kept telling himself it was all about her during this honeymoon but a man could take only so much shopping. He would rather be in bed devouring every inch of her body than standing in a store watching her pick up every item she thought was cute or thought she, the kids and he needed. He made a mental note to himself as he watch her try on yet another outfit he would have to physically wear her out so she would be too tired to go shopping the rest of the trip. He smiled to himself as he pondered on the different ways he planned to accomplish that.
"Jax?"
Jax snapped out of his trance.
"That looks fine." He automatically said. He got to the point where he would tell her she looked good in any outfit she tried on just to speed up the shopping process. It was always true as she could wear anything and look gorgeous. Jade looked at an exhausted Jax…bless his heart he was trying so hard to be a good sport. She motioned for Jax to follow behind her. Jax grabbed the bags and followed Jade in the huge dressing room. Jade peeled off the dress she tried on, threw it on the floor and stood before him in just a lacy red bra and underwear. Jax looked at her face and saw pure lust in her eyes. She looked him up and down slowly and Jax knew what she wanted and he plan on giving it to her. Jax unbuckled his belt and pulled his shorts and boxers down. He pushed Jade up against the wall, pulled her panties to the side, and roughly entered her. Jade let out a loud moan as she grabbed onto Jax to steady herself as he thrust in her. Jax felt so good as he fucked her against the wall in the dressing room. Jade was moaning so loud that Jax had to put his hand over her mouth to try to keep her quiet. He continued to thrust in his wife as Jade wrapped her legs around her husband and each thrust caused their bodies to slam hard against the dressing room wall. Jax was on the verge of coming and he buried his face into Jade's neck as he released himself. He tried to control his loud moans but he was sure some escaped out into the store. Jade came right behind him and she was even louder even though his hand was pressed against her mouth. As they tried to catch their breath, they heard a knock on the dressing door.
"Ma'am are you ok?" asked the young lady who was helping Jade with the different outfits to try on.
"Yes….I'm fine." Jade replied hoarsely. Jax looked at Jade trying to suppress his laughter. The people in the store had to know what they were doing in the dressing room. Jax peeled himself from Jade's warm body and quickly got dress.
"Give her a hundred." Jade whispered to him as she got dress as well.
Jax frown, "Won't she make enough commission off you?"
"Jax…..just give it to her to keep her quiet. We took up way to much of her time anyway."
Jax pulled out his dwindling wad of cash thanks to Jade and counted off two fifty dollar bills. When they walked out the dressing room there were a few people staring but Jade ignored them trying to suppress her smile. She was on cloud nine. She looked over at Jax and he did not bother to hide his smile as he slipped the young woman some cash. She softly thanked Jax and looked over at Jade with a slight smile on her face. She knew what happen as everyone in the store probably did. The commission she made off Jade most likely was at least a month worth of her salary. After the ring up at the register, Jax grabbed even more bags to carry for his wife with a little more pep in his step.
Jax moaned in pain as he laid flat in bed. They both had fallen asleep on the beach after the shopping trip to relax and Jax was suffering the consequences of not putting on enough sunscreen. His whole front body except where he had on his shorts was sunburned. Jade was sunburn as well but not as bad. Her sunburn was more of an uncomfortable pain whereas Jax was in a face contouring type of pain. She felt bad for him but she did warn him to put on more sunscreen and he didn't listen. So her big, bad outlaw husband was lying in bed whining like a baby. She tried very hard to suppress her laughter but Jax could see the humor on her face.
"You think this is funny?" he asked with a fake hurt expression on his red face. Jade could not hold it back anymore and laughed at Jax as she sat on the bed to comfort him.
"Don't touch me!" he nearly screamed as she was reaching to caress his face. His outburst caused Jade to laugh even harder.
"It's not funny Jade!"
"I told you to put on more sunscreen babe."
Jax rolled his eyes at Jade. Her 'I told you so' was not helping his situation.
"Baby I need you to be still as I put this cold, damp cloth on you." Jax grimaced as Jade lightly patted his skin with the cool washcloth. She got up and pulled out the aloe vera plant stems she got from the neighbor in the beach house a few miles down.
"Ok….I am about to rub this on your skin….do you need some ibuprofen or a shot of something?"
"Give me the shot of Jack Daniels." Jax grimaced.
"Punk." Jade whispered trying yet again to keep her laughter at bay.
"You called me a punk?!" he asked with a fake pissed off look on his face.
Jade ignored him, poured her sunburn husband a shot of Jacks, and gave it to him. He slowly sat up and struggled to lift his sunburn arms to take the shot. After a few shots, Jax had a nice buzz and Jade began to rub the aloe on his sunburn. Her cool hands and the gel felt good against his skin.
"You will feel better soon love. Get some rest."
Jade leaned over and softly kissed Jax on his lips. Jade looked down at his full lips again as she kissed him again. Jax didn't know that she had put lip balm with SPF on his lips while he slept. She wished she would have put another layer of sunscreen on his skin while he was asleep.
The last few days of their honeymoon Jax stayed in the beach house and Jade catered to him and his sunburn. It was not how Jax planned to spend the rest of his honeymoon but he loved how Jade took care of him. Jax skin started to feel better and began to peel as his sunburn healed. When they finally got home, the guys gave Jax a hard time about his peeling skin. With a hearty laugh, he told them all to kiss his ass. As they sat down for church, Jax looked at each man at the table. He had a few more things to put in motion and he was going to leave the club. He knew his decision was going to upset his members but it was something he had to do for him and his family. Slamming the gavel down to signal the end of their meeting Jax looked down at the carved reaper in the table. The reaper brought plenty of joy and countless pain in his life. Jax loved his club but he knew he loved Jade and his sons more. Soon it would be time to say goodbye to his club and put them in the past so he can have a future with his family. Jax sat back in his seat as he watched each member walk out of church. He picked up the gavel and looked at it with repulsion. It amazed him how a small wooden object could change his life so drastically. Looking at the gavel it felt foreign in his hand. Jax stood up from the table and the image of Jade's smiling face holding his sons flashed in his head. They deserved a much better life and he would provide a better life for them no matter the cost. Jax dropped the gavel on the table with a little more force than necessary and walked out the room.
M/N- Michele's Note
I hope everyone is well and enjoying the Final Ride of SOA.
Jax and Jade have been through so much so I wanted to have a chapter where they can just relax for a change. However, do you think Jax can leave the club for his family?
