Jade woke up to find Gemma fast asleep beside her. Where was Jax? Jade sat up in bed and tried to shake her disorientation. Where was Jax? What happened? The night came rushing back to her as she saw Tara's face as the blood sprayed onto her face. My God! She killed Tara! Gemma stirred, turned over and sat up next to Jade her usual perfect hair disheveled and makeup smeared.
"Gemma?" Jade rubbed her eyes trying to clear her head.
"I'm here baby." Gemma ran her hand through Jades short blonde afro that seemed to have grew and inch overnight.
"What did I do?"
"You protected your family."
Jade started to cry and Gemma grabbed her by her shoulders and shook her.
"Don't you are shed a tear for her. She tried to kill you and your boys. She got what she deserved."
Jade nodded her head as she tried to wrap her brain around the fact that she protected her boys.
"Is he here?"
"No sweetheart he slept at the clubhouse last night."
Jade started to cry again, "He will never forgive me." Gemma leaned in and pulled Jade in her arms. "I didn't realize he still loved her so much."
"He doesn't love her like he loves you. There is nothing to forgive….you did what you had too. He will come around."
Jade hugged Gemma tighter and prayed she was right. What would Jade do without Jax? She loved him with every cell in her body.
I will get the boys and get breakfast started." Gemma said getting up from the bed.
"Thanks Gemma." Jade sighed and laid back down in bed. She did not want to step foot in that kitchen. It crossed her mind that she will have to move from the house. There was too many bad memories associated with Jax's home and she doesn't think she could stay another day in the house. The way Jax sound on the phone when he called her she had a feeling they voted against him leaving. So it seems they were stuck in Charming for a while. After a few minutes, Jade fell into a restless sleep.
Gemma shook Jade awake.
"Sweetheart are you going to get up? It's past noon."
Jade shook her head no.
"Have you heard from Jax?" she asked in hope.
Gemma shook her head no. When she saw her son she was going to have to talk some sense into him. She could not believe he was doing this to Jade and the boys.
"Mom are you ok?" Abel asked walking in holding his little brother's hand. Jade sat up and smiled.
"Come here baby. Mommy is fine….I'm just really tired." She pulled both boys in the bed with her. She could not believe how fast they have grown up. Abel will be five soon and heading to kindergarten and Nathan was already sixteen months.
"Can we stay in here and watch cartoons with you?" Abel asked.
"Of course you can!"
Gemma smiled as she watched Jade with her boys. She was such a good woman and loved them with all her heart. She is a wonderful mom and she has proven that yet again last night.
It had been three days and Jade had not heard or seen Jax. She only knew he was still alive from Bobby, Opie and Gemma telling her so. She had moved in with Gemma temporally until she could find another house. She would move back into hers but she was still renting it out. She had no idea if Jax even stopped at the house at all. Every day she did not see him and he didn't bother to see his sons was pissing her off and made her sick to her stomach. Every time Jade wanted to have a pity party or get upset about what happen Gemma was right there to pick her back up. She would not let Jade feel bad for what she had done and after a couple of days Jade had reason to herself that she did indeed do the right thing to protect her and her boys.
Later that night after the boys were put to bed and Gemma was sound asleep Jade got up, got dress and headed over to the clubhouse. She was sick of his shit and she needed to confront him now. She saw his bike in the parking lot and stormed into the clubhouse.
There were only a few people in the bar but no Sons.
"Where are they?" she asked Chucky who was wiping down the bar.
"In church." He nodded toward the double doors.
Jade stomped over to the doors and swung them open.
"Jade, honey you can't be in here. We're in the middle of a meeting." He uncle told her as she walked in.
"I need everyone out." She told them. No one moved as they looked over at Jax to see what he wanted them to do.
"Get out!" she yelled as loud as she could. Everyone finally shot up except Jax from their seats and exited out the room. Jax just sat in his seat, twirling the gavel on the table and looking at her.
"What are you doing here Jade?" he asked. Jade calmed herself down and sat down in the nearest seat to him.
"Would you rather your wife and sons dead?"
"No…..I don't want to talk about this now."
"Oh hell yes we are talking about it!" she snapped. "How can you hate me when all I did was keep my family safe."
"I don't hate you Jade." Jax sighed and put his fingers on his temple. She was giving him a headache.
"If you don't hate me then why have you not been home? Are you seriously mourning for her? What about the family she set out to kill?!" Jade shouted at him. Did he love Tara more than her and her boys?
"I told you I don't want to talk about this now." He said standing up.
"Where the hell are you going?" she shrieked as he started to walk out the door. He did not answer her or even look back. Jade grabbed the gavel off the table, stood up and threw it at him. It hit him square in the back.
"What the fuck Jade!" he shouted finally turning around.
"Why are you doing this to me?"
"Jade you killed someone I still cared about."
"Because she was going to kill me! She had a gun!" Jade saw red, ran up to Jax, and smacked him across the face. "You bastard!"
Jade lost control as she started to hit Jax wherever she could.
"Stop it Jade!" Jax yelled trying to block her blows. She would not let up and Jax snapped, grabbed her neck and pushed her up against the wall. He started to squeeze. Not too hard but just enough to get her to stop.
"I said stop!" he yelled in her face as anger flared in his eyes. Remembering defense class Jade brought her knee up and hit Jax in the balls and pushed him with all her strength. Jax grabbed his crotch and looked at her with fury in his eyes. Jade was back on him in seconds with a new assault of hits and punches. Hearing the commotion Chibs, Opie and Bobby ran into church and saw Jade wailing on Jax. Opie ran over and grabbed Jade by the waist and pulled her off of his best friend.
"Let go of me!" she shouted at Opie.
"Let her go Ope." Jax said trying to catch his breath. Opie let go of Jade and Jax and her stood glaring at one another both breathing heavy.
"I'm fine you guys can leave." Jax told them his eyes not leaving Jade's.
"I want a divorce." She told him once the door shut behind the guys.
"You're not getting a divorce from me."
"If you loved her so much why didn't you just marry her Jax?"
"I married you because I love you and only you. Tara will always have a place in my heart but you are my wife and I love you."
Jade sighed with relief but walked up to Jax and punched him square in the mouth.
"Jesus Christ!" he shouted touching his mouth to see if it was bleeding. It wasn't but it hurt like hell.
"That's for choking me…don't you ever do that again. If there is ever a next time you better make sure you kill me because I will kill you." She hissed at him.
Jax looked at Jade and his blue eyes turned dark with lust. He was turned on and so was she. They needed each other badly. Jax grabbed her and pushed her up on the reaper table. Without a word to one another, Jax threw off her sandals, pulled down her pants and underwear off as she unbuckled his belt and pulled down his pants. Jax grabbed Jade's ass, pulled her to the edge of the table and wasted no time in plunging into her. Jade let out a loud moan. Damn if she did not miss him. Jax grabbed her small afro and pulled her head back and started sucking and biting her neck pretty hard no doubt leaving large hickeys. His nails dug into her hips as he fucked her as hard as he could. Unrecognizable sounds came deep from Jade's throat as she bucked up to meet his hard thrusts and held onto him tighter. Jax lips finally found Jade's and he kissed her with such force he almost pushed Jade back onto the table. As Jax began to come his thrust became faster and his grunts louder. Jade had no doubt everyone in the bar could hear them. After a few more deep thrust Jax came with Jade close behind.
"Oh my God." Jade whispered as Jax almost collapsed on her. Jax lifted up from Jade's tight embrace and looked into her eyes.
"I'm sorry." He whispered just before tenderly kissing her swollen lips.
"I love you Jackson."
"I love you too babe."
Jax slowly pulled out of Jade and started to get dress.
"I'll be home tonight." He said buckling his belt. Jade pulled on her underwear, pants and slid on her sandals before she answered.
"We are at Gemma's and we're getting a new house." She told him as she opened the door to leave. She looked back and Jax stood looking at her with an expressionless face. He wasn't about to argue with her. If she wanted to move to a new home then they will move. As Jade walked out everyone in the bar stared at her no doubt they heard her and Jax's loud moans.
"What?" she said. They all looked away and continued whatever they were doing. Jade smiled to herself as she walked to her car slower than usual as Jax really fucked her hard.
Her husband was finally coming home to her tonight. Her elation was short lived as she saw a sheriff's car pull into the parking lot.
I was really hesitant about writing the scene with Jax wrapping his hands around Jade's neck and squeezing it to get her to stop hitting him. My thought was where he was mentally with grief and anger and having Jade pounding on him he had to do something drastic to get her to stop. Jax has never laid a hand on Jade before even when she went at him in the past. As for her forgiving him? I feel she knows he would never intentionally hurt her. She did let him know if he ever did it again she would kill his ass….That's my tough cookie!
