This story follows the Anime and is set shortly after The Kishin "Asura" was killed, and most things have gone back to normal now.

Sorry to any Marie lovers, but she won't be in this story, because I don't like her very much.

This is the last chapter, but I am thinking up a sequel to this. :)

"We're leaving," Medusa stated as she stood in her son's bedroom.

"Now?!" Crona asked surprised.

"Yes, pack up all your things we'll be going back to the witches' realm soon," Medusa nodded to her son.

"What about that… 'Visitor'?" Crona asked.

"He's coming too," Medusa answered with a smile to her son.

Crona just smiled back slightly as he was a little unsure about this person, that his mother had been keeping hidden from him.

"Come on hurry up and get ready, we haven't got all day," Medusa stated, before she turned and left her son's bedroom (If you're wondering where Medusa's castle is, it's on the outskirts of Death City).

'It's a shame that I didn't get the chance to say goodbye to everyone,' Crona thought with a slight sigh, as he began to pack up all his things.

A minute later Medusa came back into her son's room, "Oh and I forgot to mention that we're stopping somewhere on our way," She stated with a smile, before she left out the door again.

"Do you think she'll be bringing more people with her?" Ragnarok asked as he formed out of Crona's back and looked to his Meister.

"I sure hope not," Crona replied before he went back to packing.

...

"Stein are you ready yet?" Medusa called to Stein as she walked into her bedroom.

"Yes," Stein answered as he had just finished packing all of his things up into his bags.

"You didn't leave anything at your home did you?" Medusa asked as she walked up to Stein.

"No, I got it all," Stein stated with a smile to the snake witch, before he stroked her cheek and pecked her on the lips.

"Come on, we have to make a little stop on our way," Medusa stated as she slightly smiled back to Stein.

"You go, I'll be out in a minute," Stein stated.

"Okay," Medusa said with a nod, before she left the room and waited for her lover and son.

….

Meanwhile the gang were all hanging out at the basketball courts as Black Star, Soul, Patty and Tsubaki were all playing basketball, while Liz and Maka were sitting beside Kid on the bench. Spirit was watching his daughter, who was not really watching the game, and was instead smiling to the young Reaper sitting next to her, as he was leaning against a tree. Lord Death was standing beside Spirit, keeping an eye on his young recovering son (Yeah Kid is much better now, but is still recovering from Medusa's attack, he's lost an awful lot of weight that he unfortunately will never gain back, but he has more colour in his cheeks now, and can sit up all by himself now, but he still needs help with walking, eating and drinking sadly).

Maka was so glad that Kid was allowed out of the infirmary today, it was his first day in the fresh air in a long time, and everyone could tell that he was happy to be outside, rather than to be stuck in that small infirmary room.

Suddenly everyone's attention turned to something coming towards them all, as the basketball game was cut short. A snake that was the size of a dragon came flying through the air and stopped and landed on the ground, once it got to the basketball courts.

"MAKA!" Everyone heard a familiar voice call to the bookworm on the bench.

"Crona?" Maka questioned as she looked to the giant snake with a confused look.

Then the Scythe Meister's eyes widened as she saw her light purple haired friend jump off the snake's back, and smile to her.

"CRONA!" Maka cheered as she ran over to her friend and hugged him tightly, "Hey are you leaving now?" She asked the other Meister.

"Yeah, Mother is just letting us say goodbye to everyone first," Crona explained with a smile.

"Mother?" Maka questioned as she looked to the cobra and smiled when she saw Medusa standing on the giant snake's head, while the snake witch smiled back down to the Scythe Meister, "How did she know where we were?" Maka asked nervously.

"Lord Death told her before she was let out from my old cell below the D.W.M.A," Crona answered, while Liz, Patty, Black Star, Soul and Tsubaki all came running over to their friend, which they hadn't seen in what seemed like ages.

A minute later Stein jumped off of the cobra's back, and walked over to Lord Death and Spirit casually.

Spirit was a little surprised at first, but soon came back to his senses, and glared slightly to Stein, while Lord Death didn't seem fazed at all by any of this.

"Is it true?" Spirit asked Stein.

"Is what true?" Stein asked with a slight smirk to his friend.

"Don't play dumb with me Stein. Did you actually sleep with that witch?" Spirit asked in a stern voice.

"What can I say? I fell for her," Stein smiled as he glanced back to Medusa.

Spirit seemed shocked and speechless for a minute, "Are you serious?" He asked in a surprised tone.

"I wouldn't have agreed to go with her if I didn't love her, now would I?" Stein asked as he turned back to Spirit.

Spirit sighed, before he reached out his hand for Stein to shake, "Good luck, old friend," He said with a smile to Stein.

"Thanks for always being there for me, friend," Stein smiled back as he shook the Death Scythe's hand.

"I hope you do well with those two Stein," Lord Death spoke with a slight smile, that couldn't be seen from behind his mask.

"Thanks Lord Death," Stein smiled to the Reaper with a nod.

"HEY, REAPERS!" Lord Death heard Medusa call to him and his son, as they both looked to the snake witch.

Kid smiled to Medusa as he waved to her, as Lord Death did the same, while the blonde witch just smiled to the two and bid farewell to them with one hand.

Crona walked up to Kid as he had said goodbye to everyone else, and now only the young Reaper was left, "I'm sorry for all the trouble that my Mother has caused for you Kid," Crona apologized with a shameful look on his face.

"It's okay," Kid smiled to Crona, "After all, she did all of this just to get you back, she's just a determined mother in my eyes," Kid added while Lord Death nodded to Crona.

"Still, I apologized to Maka too," Crona stated.

"None of this was your fault Crona, so you have nothing to be sorry about," Lord Death replied to Crona.

The young Meister smiled to the two Reapers, before his weapon formed out of his back, and the rest of the gang ran over to Crona again, and began to pat Ragnarok on the head, and say their final goodbyes to their light purple haired friend and his weapon.

Suddenly Medusa called to Stein and Crona, "Alright come on you two, we haven't got all day now," She stated, as she was able to catch the two's attention.

Stein waved to everyone, before he ran back over to the cobra, and climbed back onto the giant snake's back, and smiled to Medusa.

Maka patted Crona's shoulder and caught his attention, before he was going to turn to leave, "What is it Maka?" He asked with a wondering look on his face (Ragnarok has form back into Crona's back now).

"I just wanted to say that I had your mother all wrong, she did all of this just to bring you back home with her. She can be a really good witch when she wants to be," Maka stated with a smile to Crona.

"I know, I've always known," Crona smiled back to Maka, "Thank you for everything, Maka," Crona said as he hugged the Scythe Meister.

"You're welcome Crona, and thank you for all that you've done for me too," Maka said as she hugged Crona back, as tears started to fill her eyes.

"CRONA! Cobra's not going to wait forever," Medusa called to her son again, with a slight smirk on her lips (Cobra = the giant snake's name).

"Coming Mother," Crona called back as he let go of Maka, "Bye Maka," He said with a smile to the Scythe Meister.

"Goodbye Crona," Maka smiled back, as she wiped a tear from her eye, before Crona turned and ran back over to Cobra, and jumped back onto her back (Yes Cobra is a girl).

"Cobra Transport!" Medusa instructed to her giant snake as she patted her head, before Cobra lifted up into the sky again, and turned round.

"BYE!" Everyone called to the three, and waved as they watched them all go.

"BYE!" Crona called back with one last wave to everyone, before Cobra raced off into the distance and was soon out of sight.

Everyone put their arms down as they all smiled at the blue sky, 'Goodbye Crona I hope that we can see each other again sometime,' Maka thought with a sigh, before she sat next to Kid on the bench again, and leaned against him.

"Don't worry he'll come back someday," Kid stated with a smile to Maka.

"I know," Maka replied with a returned smile to Kid, before he kissed her on her cheek.

"I love you Kid," Maka said before she wrapped her arms around the young Reaper, and hugged him tightly.

"I love you too, Maka," Kid replied as he hugged the Scythe Meister back, while he smiled to the laughing sun in the sky, "See you again someday old friend," Kid whispered, before Maka pecked him on the lips, and the basketball game continued.
