ULTIMATE DISCLAIMER IN PROFILE AND CHAPTER 1!

ULTIMATE WARNING IN PROFILE AND CHAPTER 1!

AU, OOC. Some bad words.

So, this is the last kittiness I will write for the story. If you want some more, then check out the oneshots, because they're placed in the storyline before moving to Bobby's. They're really cute.

I forgot to mention the timeline:

Supernatural: It goes AU from Season 4, meaning that there was no Apocalypse. The story itself is placed in Season 5/6, but there aren't that much hunts.

Harry Potter: The original plot was brought forward to match with the SPN-era, so it's now 2010. It goes AU at approximately the fifth book, but the characters are based on the actors of the film, corrected by the original descriptions in the books. This means that, for example, Harry looks like Daniel Radcliffe but with black hair and emerald eyes. Hope you see what I mean!

Hopefully this satisfies everyone. I thought this is important.

Alright, have fun!

'Oh, God… Help… Somebody… I'm so scared… It's too high… Help me, Sam!'

Hearing his name, Sam's eyes shot open. He was woken up by that voice, but he just tried to pinpoint it, until it said his name. The moment he opened his eyes, the voice died down instantly.

He noticed that Jade wasn't there with him, so he silently climbed out of his bed. Through the ajar window then flew in a harsh meow. Sam immediately recognized the sound; he jumped to the window.

"JADE!" the scream tore through his throat towards freedom and Sam dashed downstairs. Heading to the backyard he passed Dean, who looked after him taken aback. Sam burst through the back door and made his way towards the clothesline; the meowing increased in volume and speed.

Sam's heart was beating in his throat, as his eyes drank in the sight: Jade was perched on a blue towel hanging from the clothesline, and he was pleading loudly, his ears flattened and his eyes wide. The tiny claws were barely holding up kitten, but the shaking indicated that he's clinging with all his might, until someone comes to his rescue. The line was set up high, so that Rumsfeld wouldn't tug the clothes down. However, even Sam couldn't reach the kitten like this.

"Alright, Jade" he tried to comfort the terrified animal. "Just hold on! I'm gonna get you down."

As Sam started thinking about a good and safe method, Dean stepped out of the house. Taking in the scene, he didn't know what to do, so he stayed back.

"Okay" Sam decided and stood to the towel. "Hold on really strong now, Jade, okay?" Jade meowed his consent, so the young man began carefully pulling the line down with the towel, hoping that the two clothespins will hold. He reached out with one hand towards the kitten, but a couple of inches from his goal the pins snapped off the towel and it slipped from beneath the kitten: with a surprised meow Jade disappeared.

"NO!" Sam shouted out and threw the towel away. Seeing the failed attempt at the rescue, Sam and Dean, too, almost got a heart attack.

"Jesus" the word slipped from Dean's mouth and he hurried down the steps. Sam's teary eyes landed on the unconscious, black fur ball lying on the ground and he fell to his knees. His fingers ran through the silky fur, but before he could lift the kitten up, someone grabbed his wrists.

"Don't!" Dean called and Sam started crying.

"I killed him" while his brother grieved, Dean asked Bobby joining them for a phone number of an animal hospital, but the man volunteered to call them.

"It's gonna be okay" Dean shushed his brother, who mourned for the kitten like a little child for his pet.

"They said we should take him in" Bobby spoke to Dean as he hung up. Dean helped Sam onto his feet and gave him to Bobby to take care of him. He took off his shirt and carefully wrapped Jade in it. Mindful about other possible injuries he lifted the small animal into his arms and hurried to the impala. In a little while they headed off to the hospital.

Sam and Dean were sitting in the waiting room, the older rocking his upset younger brother, while Bobby was pacing in front of them. They have been waiting for some news for a long time now. When they'd arrived, a doctor had taken Jade away and the man had explained the accident in a nutshell. Only after that had he gone out for his brother to escort him in; the boy had been beside himself with grief. Nothing has happened since then.

"Sam?" a female voice called out suddenly. The young man looked up with red-rimmed eyes and he gasped loud.

"Dr. Manning?" he asked dumbstruck the woman sitting down next to him. "What are you doing here?"

"I was transferred here" Dr. Manning answered. "And you can call me Liz." After the answering nod she gently tightened her hold on Sam's hand. "Jade is in good hands, Sam" she comforted the young man, feeling for him. "I'm gonna make sure of that."

"How is he?" Sam asked, not waiting for an answer. "Can I see him? Or is he dead? What's wrong with him?"

"Calm down, Sam!" Dr. Manning stopped the panicked questions. "Of course he's still alive, but he hasn't woken up yet. He suffered a minor concussion from the fall and his front right leg is broken, but he'll be fine. If he wakes up, I can tell you more. Now" Dr. Manning's voice became more serious. "I know how worried you are for Jade and that he feels the safest with you by his side. So I made the decision that you're allowed to stay with him, but only you. And whatever happens, you won't be in our way. Is that clear?" she looked at his companion sharply. Sam instantly nodded.

"But we can visit him to see how he's doing, right?" Dean asked quietly. Dr. Manning nodded and the brothers stood up.

"Thank you, Liz" Dean said then joining Bobby they walked to Jade's room. Sam started shaking as they reached the door then halted suddenly. Dean turned to him worried, raising an eyebrow questioningly.

"It's my fault" Sam breathed upset. Dean immediately hugged and hushed his brother. "I almost killed him."

"That's not true" Dean protested. "You can't let this eat you up. Jade will sense your guilt and he doesn't need that. You need to calm down and then Jade will be with us again shortly. Can you do that for him?"

Sam nodded then pulling away he stepped to the door. He opened it without a sound and peeked in: he instantly recognized the bleeps of the heart monitor. Slowly stepping inside, his eyes landed on Jade, lying on a smaller bed as a small black ball, his back to the door. As Sam came around the bed, he caught the white plaster, almost emitting its light against the dark fur. The kitten's chest was rising and falling evenly, which filled the brothers and Bobby with relief.

Next to the bed stood a chair that was just waiting for Sam. The young man stood before it, but he didn't take a seat. Dean tenderly caressed the black fur then pulled his brother into a quick hug. After Bobby made sure that the kitten was alright, he and Dean said a soft goodbye to the young Winchester.

As soon as the door closed, Sam caressed the tiny head with the tip of his index finger and his face crumpled. His legs couldn't hold him up for too long, so he pulled the chair closer to the bed and collapsed into it.

"Oh, God" he sobbed, stroking the kitten's fur. "I'm so sorry. I'll make it up to you, I promise. Just don't leave me! Please!"

Sam lowered his head on the bed next to the kitten and cried himself to sleep.

Rising above the darkness of sleep, he was greeted by a strong wave of pain: a part of it shot up from his lower back into his brain, which generated the rest of it in his head. Sam woke up with an uncomfortable groan, but he didn't move from his position. Opening his eyes, they landed on the still sleeping kitten; his hand was protecting the tiny body. He was really worried about the little animal, because he still hasn't come to, but at the same time he was scared that Jade would be afraid or worse, terrified of him. He tried to follow his brother's advice, but his soul was mauled by such a powerful guilt that he wasn't capable of doing that. The picture was too vivid in his mind: Jade lying on the ground lifelessly; like he was stuck in a time loop and he had to watch that horrible moment over and over again and it frazzled him pretty hard.

His wary thoughts were interrupted by a sudden, soft, tickly tap on his nose. Looking up he saw the beautiful, glinting, jade-green eyes that was accompanied by a quiet, sleepy mew and another tap on the young man's nose. Sam's tears of joy broke free and he laughed out from relief. There wasn't anything in Jade's eyes, but only love happiness and unconditional trust.

"I'm so sorry" the whisper slipped from Sam's lips. Instead of the expected lack of comprehension, understanding and forgiveness joined the emotions in those expressive irises. Sam started carefully caressing the silky fur, causing Jade to purr loudly. As his owner smiled, the kitten began wagging his tail slowly and cheerfully. The doctor stepped in then to examine her patient.

"I see Jade came back to us" Dr. Manning spoke up as a greeting. She checked the kitten with careful movements then turned to Sam:

"Everything's fine. Jade can go home now. But I would like to talk to you" she turned serious as he addressed Sam. The young man nodded and followed the woman out to the hallway, the door closing after him. Jade turned towards them nervously and pricking up his ears he stared at the door. He could only make out small threads of the conversation, but that was enough: the blood drawn from the kitten was human; luckily it was overseen by Dr. Manning. The woman was familiar with these things, however, Jade realized that his owners, too: the word 'witch' left Sam's mouth.

Jade got scared: everything came to light! He'd already felt the broken bone mend in his leg and it was a matter of minutes that it will get known. The x-ray was already done, while Sam was asleep, and the break wasn't visible on it by now. Before the kitten could find an escape route, Sam stepped into the room. Dr. Manning took the plaster off the animal's leg then Sam gently lifted him up and they left.

Arriving back at Bobby's, Sam put Jade onto his bed then got his laptop and took a seat at the table. He was typing and researching furiously until his brother didn't check upon them.

"Well, everything alright?" Dean asked stepping to his brother.

"We need to talk" Sam jumped up, lowering the monitor of the laptop, and pulled Dean out of the room. As soon as the door closed, Jade ran to the table, jumped onto the chair then onto the table. With the help of his nose and paws he discovered the secret of the laptop's screen: a website about witches and familiars. On the taskbar he noticed the title of a document, so he carefully dragged the cursor on it with his nose and clicked with his paw: the text was about killing a witch. Jade bowed his head sadly then slowly opened a new document and stepped on the correct buttons. When he was finished, he staggered down to the ground and hid away.

At that moment the door opened up. Stepping in, Sam noticed two things: Jade vanished from the bed and his computer waited for him with its top lifted. The young man walked closer then Dean joined him.

On the screen was a letter:

'Dear Sam and Dean,

I want to thank you the care and kindness that you gave to me. These past few days that I could spend with you two were the most wonderful days of my life. No one have ever shown this much love towards me.

I'm really sorry that you had to learn the truth like this. However, I'm very glad that all of this had happened. One of my desperate wishes had finally come true: I could be happy and I got to the safest place of the world – to you two. I can never ever show my gratitude to you for the kindness you gave me unconditionally. Thank you for everything.

Jade'

Sam read the letter and looked at his brother, who was staring at the text shocked.

"Where do you think he is?" the young man asked worriedly.

"I don't know" Dean shook his head. "Maybe…"

"Shh!" Sam rose his hand to silence him and looked around. Then they heard it: a tiny sneeze. Dean pointed at the cabinet: the door was ajar. They sneaked closer and the sneeze erupted again behind the wooden door. The brothers quickly opened the two wings: in front of the shoes crouched Jade. His ears were flattened, his tail was curled around his body, and his jade-green eyes glinted frantically.

Sam slowly kneeled, not wanting to scare the kitten and reached out to the animal. Jade shrank from fright, but didn't dare to move from his place. Sam carefully lifted him up and walked with him to the bed.

"Can you change back?" Sam asked, as he put the kitten down onto the cover. For a moment Jade looked at the brothers shakily then lowering his head he crawled under the cover. The brothers were watching the little lump worriedly, but it started to grow. After the procedure two hands grabbed the cover and the lump began shifting. Soon a boy was standing in front of them, wrapped in the cover, his head bowed. Sam took a step closer to the boy, but the young one threw the cover onto the ground and wrapped his arms around his stomach. The trembling sight shocked the brothers.

The boy was stark naked, his body was framed by long, wavy, ebony black hair, the terribly messy locks reaching his knees. But that wasn't the only thing that gave the shock to the picture. On the boy's chest a word had been carved, while the two forearms pressed together gave out another word. These were: 'CHEAP' and 'WHORE'

On the lithe legs only one word reddened again and again: 'FREAK'. Where no carvings were visible, scars, fresh wounds, on one place burns disfigured the snow-white skin; only the boy's face seemed unharmed.

Sam couldn't bear it any longer: he rushed out of the room, slamming the door behind him. At the bang the boy flinched and lowered his arms, revealing another word on his stomach: 'FUCK'

Dean was glad that Sam stormed out, because he understood what happened to the boy. The message was:

'CHEAP WHORE, CHEAP FUCK'

Dean snapped out of his shock and hurried to the cabinet. He quickly fished out one of Sam's shirt, but turning back a heartbreaking sight greeted him: the boy was lying on the bed with his legs bent and apart. His chest was hitching, as he waited silently crying. His bangs had fallen into his eyes, but they didn't hide the flowing tears.

Dean quickly, but gently pulled the boy up and put the shirt on the boy: the clothing concealed everything. But the red streaks littering the boy's back didn't avoid the man's attention: they most likely came from a whip.

"When do we start?" the boy whispered brokenly. Dean looked at him surprised: the boy had gotten used to them as a kitten, why is he scared now?

"I won't hurt you" he sat the boy down carefully. "No one will hurt you." Dean didn't know how to ask his question, but finally he gathered his courage:

"Had anyone taken up the…" his voice died down hesitantly. However, the boy understood it.

"No" he whispered. "They were frightened off by my ugliness." Dean noticed the strong British accent.

"You're not ugly" Dean took a seat next to the teen. "The scars can heal eventually."

All of a sudden Sam returned into the room. A relieved sigh broke out of at seeing the shirt that covered the boy's naked body, but it was short-lived: the teen jumped to his feet at the sight of the newcomer and threw the shirt down. Dean tried to dress the boy up hastily, but the missing word immediately burned into Sam's mind once and for all. As the shirt got back onto him, the boy burst out crying.

"What am I doing wrong?" he wept broken down. "Why are you rejecting me? You said I'm not ugly."

Dean sat the teen back onto the bed and wrapped him in his arms.

"I brought him some underwear" Sam murmured, as he looked at his brother, who rocked the distraught teen back and forth. Dean grabbed a pair of boxers from him and gently put it on the boy then laid the young one on the bed and tucked him in.

"Try to sleep!" he whispered, as the teen slowly calmed down. "We won't hurt you."

As soon as the young one fell asleep, the brothers studied the smoothed out face. The boyish features were made feminine by the long hair, his thin, pink lips were softly glistening in the light. Under almond-shaped eyes the skin was darkened to purple, on his forehead a thin white line indicated a thin scar, his original form broken up. Sam could have sworn that it once had shown a lightning bolt. Shortly they left the boy alone, who could finally take his well-deserved rest.
