April quickly got off and Jack jumped on his feet. Jack just looked at Derrick as April grabbed the steak on the floor.

"You wanna steak buddy?" April asked nervously with a tight smile.

Derrick's jaw tightened.

"No. Ok." April turned around to Jerry. "You wanna steak buddy?" April asked Jerry.

Jerry glared at her and slapped the steak out of her hands. April nodded.

"Um Jerry, Jack, this is Derrick. Derrick, this is Jerry and Jack." April awkwardly introduced him.

Jack looked at April. "Um, April did you da-"

"Yes." April answered.

"Didn't work did it?" April shook her head. "He wants revenge or to get you back like I did right?" Jack asked.

"Most likely."

"On a full moon, when they're at their strongest."

"Yes, Jack." April said.

"Well, we are screwed tonight, aren't we?"

"Yes we are; especially with the angry, jealous Jerry behind us." April said nodding her head.

"Now that that's cleared; hi I'm Jack Brewer." Jack greeted holding out his hand toward Derrick for a handshake.

Derrick looked at Jack like really. Jack awkwardly put his hand back and turned toward Jerry.

"Hey let's go to the living room and let these kids work it out." Jack said.

"No. She's my girl. Her business is my business." Jerry said wrapping his arm around April waist.

"Which Jerry is he? It's hard to tell." April asked.

"Oh that's Jerry's messed up side. He just a tad bit more polite." Jack explained.

"I don't like how quiet you are." Jerry said looking up at Derrick.

"I'm just waiting for you idiots to stop stalking." His deep smooth voice spoke.

"It's working right?" April said with a goofy smile.

Derrick growled, shutting April up.

"I just want to talk to April." Derrick said.

"Go ahead and talk." Jerry said.

"Alone." He said looking at Jerry.

"What do you not get about her business is my business?"

"All of it." Derrick said.

"Leave her alone." Jerry said.

"No, not until I talk to her."

"You know the last time you wanted to talk to me I ended up in your house all alone with you for a week. I wasn't allowed to socialize with anybody because you constantly thought I was cheating. That's when I left." April blurted out.

Derrick growled again. "That's why I want to talk to you. I'm sor-"

"Apology not accepted. Jack already tried two months ago…he redeemed himself by helping me out." She said smiling over to Jack.

"You forgive me!" Jack exclaimed cheerfully.

"Half way. But hey ya got half." April gave him a thumbs up.

"Wait isn't Jack the one who turned you?" Derrick asked. "The one who broke you. How the hell are you supposed to forgive him and not me?!" Derrick exclaimed.

"Because he actually did something. And I said half forgiveness."

"Wait a minute. You told him too." Jack said pointing at Derrick.

Suddenly Derrick pinned Jack to the wall with his forearm to Jack's throat.

"He kinda forced it out of me one day." April said.

She walked over to them with Jerry at her side.

"Let him down." April commanded.

"No. He broke you in anyway possible. I've been waiting for the day I get to meet him. I'm not going to let it this go to waste." He growled.

"Hey, April do something." Jack choked out.

April punched Derrick's bicep with all her strength. There was a bone cracking sound…of April's hand breaking. She didn't scream she just opened her mouth and nothing came out. Her hand's bones slowly went back into place. Derrick snickered.

"Full moon; remember? These are the times werewolves are stronger than vampires." Derrick said.

April looked at Jack who was losing air quickly.

"Hey you don't want to let this opportunity go to waste right? Why don't you…torture him? That'll last long. Don't you want to see him suffer like I do?" April suggested.

Derrick let go of Jack. Jack fell to his knees gasping for air and coughing. He stood up straight and glared at April.

"What do you mean he forced it out of you?!" Jack exclaimed.

"He was being a tease and I couldn't take it! Damn you sexual vampire instincts!" April shouted.

"It's easy to take advantage of that. Vampires are such sexual creatures." Derrick said.

"Werewolves are equally as sexual during the full moon." April thought bitterly.

"Anyway, Derrick you should leave." April said.

Derrick ignored her and threw a punch toward Jack. Jack caught it but there was the sound of his hand breaking.

"I probably shouldn't have done that." Jack said as his bone moved back into place.

"Bruh, again with the catchphrase; you just changed one word." Jerry said.

"Shut up! At this point, you know it's just my thing ok!" Jack shouted.

April snickered. Jack kicked Derrick but it didn't do anything. April took a shot and that didn't do anything.

"Wait, it's a full moon…he's going to explode of anger soon. We need to get him out before he tries to attack Milton and Kim." April thought.

"Derrick, I'll talk to you." April gave in.

Derrick turned to face April shocked. "You're usually so stubborn." He said confused.

"Don't get me wrong I'm still stubborn. I just know what the full moon does to you when you don't get what you want." April shuttered as a memory played in her mind.

"Ok." Derrick said walking closer to April.

"Not ok." Jerry said stepping in between of them.

Derrick growled and his light brown eyes darken.

"Get out of my way…Jerry was it?"

Jerry hissed and his fangs came out. Derrick growled again and his finger nails grew into claws.

April grabbed Jerry's shoulder and turned him to her.

"No, Jerry."

"Yes, April." Jerry mocked.

April glared before kissing him. Jack and Derrick just stood there shocked.

"Wow, it is weird seeing that were the ex boyfriends now and we have to see this. Talk about awkward. You know what I mean man?" Jack said awkwardly.

Derrick glared at April and Jerry.

"Right you're not use to this. Still pissed, right? Yeah, I've been there." Jack desperately tried to start a conversation. "What has it been a minute? Talk about kissing…right?"

"I'm making this way more awkward than it needs to be." Jack thought.

Then April and Jerry pulled away.

"Thank god!" Jack thought.

"Now, if you don't disturb again you get more of that…and a little something else." April said seductively.

Jerry just nodded. "Yes, ma'ma."

With that said Jerry walked off back to the living room.

"Wow, the amount of power that women hold should be illegal." Jack said.

"If I hear one more awkward thing comes out you're mouth I swear I'll…" Derrick was so angry he couldn't even finish his sentence.

"Ok, come on let's talk Derrick." April said walking through the already opened door and Derrick followed.

"If I'm not back in the house in about an hour, come for me." April messaged.

Jack nodded as he closed the door.

"Hey, let's race…like old times." Derrick said smiling.

"Those are really old times…before we actually started dat…" April stopped herself. "Um, come on."

"To the lake." He said as he started running.

April stood confused. She looked around. The house was surrounded by woods.

"Funderbunk just had to be an agent in hiding. This might be the most unsafe place to hide Kim! I'm talking to Jack about this."

April listened out for the lake and sniffed out for Derrick. She started running in his direction. She was soon by his side. April turned to face him. He turned into his wolf form. After a minute they were at the stream.

"I won!" April shouted victoriously.

She looked at Derrick's wolf. His wolf had black fur and yellow eye. He was breathing take.

"I forgot how beautiful your wolf is." April said reaching out.

Derrick bowed allowing April to pet his soft fur.

"You've grown so much."

Suddenly, Derrick stood, walked over to the lake and jumped in. As he jumped he turned back into his human form. Bone cracked into place as he turned to April.

"Blaze says thank you. Don't you remember this place, this lake?" He asked playing around in the water.

"Blaze, his wolf."

April looked around.

"Oh yeah! This is the place we…" April paused and looked at Derrick. "Why are we here?"

"You looked like you need to relax and clean up. What's better than a nice dip in the lake?"

"The water's dirty and I think I've relaxed enough. Two months to be exacted." April said.

"Just one more night of relaxation, can really make up for sixteen years of protecting. And I know you haven't showered in those two months. Plus, this water is clean remember? That witch purified it for us for eternity, just in case we were to come back."

"It's not surprising he knows about it. Most of the supernatural world should considering I'm some kind of rebel for protecting Kim. Jack should be on the wanted list too. I remember the visit here was amazing."

April sighed. "You're right, but don't try anything! I know you're naked under there." April warned.

Derrick shrugged. April went behind a tree and took off her clothes. She super sped into the water. Derrick jumped in front her making her shriek. Derrick laughed and April laughed along.

"Hey, you're a werewolf. Why aren't going wild like you should be?" April asked.

"I got a witch to help me out for the night." Derrick answered.

"Why, you usually don't care about the moon controlling you."

"For you." He answered simply.

"How'd you know I was here?"

"I went to a vampire fortune teller. She told me that in my future I'd be in Seaford during the full moon and I'd be hurting you and your friends. I didn't want to do that so I went to a witch. She cased a spell on me so I wouldn't get affected mentally by the full moon; though I did get my strength from the moon. Then I came for you." He explained himself smiling.

April smiled. "You did that just for me?"

Derrick took April's hands into his underneath the water.

"Of course, anything for you. You know that April." He said looking into her eyes.

"Yes, I know. Sure you were overprotective but you never lied to me. That's a first because in all my relationships people seem to lie a lot. Heck, I lie too, saying I'm humans." April frowned.

"Hey, don't think about them and to be fair all us supernatural beings have to lie about being human." Derrick tried to cheer her up.

April smiled lightly. "Thanks Derrick for being the only one to not lie to me."

"Ay, werewolf remember? We tend to have this nurturing side to us no matter how overprotective we are."

"Forgive others not because they deserve forgiveness, but because they deserve peace. I read that on the internet months ago. When I read it I immediately thought about Jack. I didn't want him to have peace, a part of me still doesn't. But, you…you deserve peace. You never hit me or treated terribly. Heck, now that I think about it you treated me like a queen. You were just really overprotective. You deserve this peace." April said smiling.

Derrick smiled. "You forgive me! Thank you!"

In the excitement Derrick crushed their lips together. He pulled away slowly. They looked at each other before leaning back in.

"Jack, where is she?!" Jerry shouted.

"How did you forget? You actually agreed on letting her go with Derrick!" Jack shouted.

"You know sometimes I don't have memory of what happened when that other side takes over."

"I don't know where they are. The only thing I heard was something about a race and a lake." Jack explained.

"A race to the lake." Milton said.

"Yeah, that makes sense." Kim said.

"She said an hour she has ten minutes until I go for her." Jack said.

"Ten minutes that's what you're waiting on?!" Jerry shouted.

"Yes." Jack answered simply.

"What if she gets hurt again? He's a werewolf during the full moon, something's bound to happen." Kim said.

"I know, but he seemed to keep himself controlled. He didn't even try to turn into his wolf once when he was angry. Werewolves usually turn into their wolves almost immediately after they go outside. She'll be fine…maybe."

"Maybe!" Everybody shouted at him.

"Yes, maybe! Deal with it!" Jack shouted right back.

Everyone glared at him and he glared right back.

"You know what she's speeding over here now, so HA!" Jack said walking to the door and opening it.

As soon as he opened it April super sped through and stopped in front of the living room.

"Hi."

She was still wet so everyone looked at her worried.

"Are you ok?" Kim asked.

"Yeah, we had this friendly race to the lake and he got jealous that I won so he pushed me in the water." April lied.

"Please don't smell me, please don't smell, please don't smell me, please don't smell me." April pleaded in her thoughts.

She sped upstairs and lay on the bed she woke up on earlier. Suddenly the door opened and April sat up to see Jack.

"What?" April asked.

"Jerry's back to normal so he won't be able to smell it right away but he'll find out later. How could you do this April? This is something I'd except myself to do, but not you April."

"Jack, it wasn't on purpose." April said lazily.

"It wasn't on purpose? April I know you could control yourself, you knew what you were doing. Therefore, you can't blame your insticnts for this. What the hell are you supposed to tell Jerry, huh? He forced you?" Jack questioned.

"I don't know, it just happened Jack. I figure it out later." April said putting her head in her hands.

"Later, is in about an hour. You better have you're story straight." Jack said.

"Why do you even care?"

"I'm actually growing to like Jerry as a friend. He a great guy and I don't want to see him hurt because of your stupid decisions." Jack said firmly.

"I don't make stupid decisions!" April exclaimed.

"You just had sex with Derrick. Tell me that's not a stupid decision."

April stayed silent. "Oh, yeah that's right you can't say that because it is a stupid decision." Jack said.

"Shut up!" April shouted.

"Why, you hate the fact that you did something stupid for once?"

April looked away from him as tears stung her eyes.

"Question, do you really love Jerry?" Jack asked.

April turned to him and got up. "How dare you question my love for Jerry?! I love him with all my heart!" She shouted at him as tears fell.

"If you love him why'd you do it?"

"Jack people make mistakes! It's apart of life; alive or undead!"

"You could have stopped."

"What the hell am I supposed to say, Jack? I'm sorry I have sexual needs and I couldn't help myself?"

"No. Tell him the truth."

"That is the truth. I couldn't help myself Jack…so I let it happen." April looked down and cried softly.

Jack patted her back. "Just a heads up, Jerry probably heard half or all of that so he's either going to ignore you or confront you tonight."

"Get out." April said quietly as she turned and walked to her bed and laid so her back is facing Jack.

Jack stood there for a minute, thinking. "Was I too harsh?"

"Out." April grunted.

Jack obeyed and left April with her thoughts.
