Chapter 26
Disclaimer: I don't own Kickin' It.
Hello. I decided to use my iPad because I have no idea when I'll be getting my computer. There'll most likely be spelling and grammar mistakes because of the copy and paste thing I have to do. So yeah...I'll be updating The Mission later. I'm sorry.
Oh and go on Wattpad for my Kickin' It fanfiction, Mazes. I update that more often because it's easier.
Kim woke up and sat up straight. She was in an alley on the dirt ground. She got up and dusted herself off. She looked in front of her and saw the back of a man. She walked up to his side. He wore dirt clothes, his hair was a mess and he was bare foot. He was frowning looking out of the alleyway. He looked like he was looking for someone.
"Most be homeless." Kim thought, sadly.
The man's sorrow filled eyes soon changed into joy. He smiled lightly. Kim looked in the direction he was looking in. They saw Jack in old fashion clothes. He was 16 years old. He walked across the street to the homeless man with a bag.
"Morning Jacob." Jack greeted the man.
"Morning sir-"
"We've been through this. We're friends now, there's no need in calling me sir anymore." Jack interrupted.
"Sorry, si-I mean Jack. I'm just so used to it...it's been like that for years until your parents kicked me-"
"I got you some food." Jack changed the subject.
He opened up the bag and held out a biscuit. Jacob looked down at it with hungry eyes, but pushed it away.
"No, sir. I must not take from you." Jacob rejected the food.
Jack frowned. "Come we're friends. Friends take donations." Jack shoved the biscuit in his hand. Jack smiled and Jacob smiled back.
"So what's going on at home?" Jacob asked, taking a bite out of his biscuit.
Jack sighed. "You have the same question all the time. Nothing's happening."
"Oh yeah, Jack hates being questioned." Kim thought, recalling facts about Jack.
"You have the same answer all the time." Jacob said, making Jack chuckle.
"It's true. Nothing goes on in my house, nothing that I know of, at least." Jack said, shrugging.
"You know something's going on. It involves you after all." Jacob got serious all of a sudden.
"What are you talking about?" Jack asked confused.
"That slave. You have had her up in your room for the past couple of years everyday after school. I'm surprised your parents haven't noticed."
"She comes up to clean my room. That's all." Jack came up with an excuse.
Jacob narrowed his eyes. "Do you really think I didn't hear you two talking?"
"Is it wrong starting a conversation while she cleans?" Jack asked.
"No, but she wasn't cleaning. You two just sat on the bed talking. Here's a heads up, make sure your door is fully closed before you talk." Jacob crossed his arms.
"Ok, ok, so I'm talking to a slave. I still don't see what's wrong."
"It's not just you talking to a slave. It's you falling for the bitch."
Jack's hand curled into fist. "Her name is April." He said through his teeth. "And I'm not falling for her."
"Jack you're in love. I see it in your eyes everyday. When you were younger and came home from school you frowned coming in. Now you have a bright, big smile as you walk to your room."
"You can't prove anything, the only thing you've proved is that I talk to her. I'm happy that I could actually talk to someone." Jack said.
"Oh yes I could prove it. When I went to your room to call you down for dinner I saw you and the whore. You were going to kiss her. When I opened the door all the way, she grabbed a napkin and pretended to wipe your face off."
"Her name is April and I don't love her!" Jack shouted.
"Why are you lying to yourself?! If you didn't care about her, why can't I call her a slut, bitch, or a whore?! Why did you want to kiss her?!" Jacob shouted at him.
"I have respect for her and I didn't want to kiss her!" Jack shouted back.
"What happened? Did she come on to you? Did your dad make her a sex slave and made her sleep with you?" Jacob questioned.
"Shut up Jacob!"
"You love that slutty slave and you know it. You're a disgrace to your family! You're a disgrace to our race!"
"For the last time, her name is April and I don't love her!"
"Yes you do! If anyone outside of the family figures this out, your family name will be ruined! Your family wouldn't be able to go out to parties without being laughed at or getting weird looks. How are you so dumb, falling for a slave?! It's not even a good looking one!"
"So what?! If I love her, which I don't, what's the matter with that?!" Jack shouted.
"They're slaves!"
"They're human beings!"
"You'll disgrace your family!"
"Kai has already done that!"
"She doesn't love you back!"
"Yes she does!" Jack screwed up.
Jack closed his mouth and Jacob glared at him. Jacob put his hands behind his back, waiting for Jack to speak.
"I don't-"
"Stop lying. You sicken me. The Brewer name will never be the same if someone figures out."
"Haha, he rhymed." Kim thought childishly.
"No one will figure out, because there's nothing to figure out." Jack retarded.
Jacob grabbed onto something in his waistline .
"I'm doing this for the good of your family." Jacob muttered.
He took out a knife from his waistline. Before Jack could react or scream, Jacob plunged the knife into Jack's stomach and stabbed him three times in the same place. Jack lean on Jacob, but Jacob moved, making Jack fall face first. Kim just stood there with wide eyes. She knew she couldn't do anything and it hurt her.
Jacob looked at Jack, who was trying to crawl, but the pain was too much. I fell to the ground again, then coughing up blood. Jacob's hands trembled as he looked down at the blood on his hands and the bloody knife. He let go of it and started to look around. Nobody was there. Jacob backed up muttering, "I'm sorry." Over and over again. He ran out of the alley.
Then Kim heard Jack's thoughts. "I don't love her. I don't love her. I don't love her." He said in his thoughts.
"If those were really Jack's thoughts minutes before death, it explains why he treated April that way." Kim thought, remembering April's story.
Suddenly, in a flash, Kai was in front of Jack. Kai shook his head lightly and knelt down.
"To be honest, baby cousin, you were the last person I would think be stabbed to death..." Kai said. Jack looked up at him with terrified eyes. "Oh yeah, you're dying alright."
"Help." Jack thought.
"Of course I'll help you." Kai said.
Kai got up and grabbed Jack by the shoulders. He pinned Jack to a wall. Kai unleashed his fangs and Jack's eyes widened.
"This may hurt a pitch. Oh who am I kidding this'll hurt a lot!" Kai chuckled. Jack tried to get out of his grip, but Kai used his strength. "Hey, hey stay still!" Kai complained.
Jack finally lost will power and stayed still. Kai bit into Jack's neck. Kai covered his mouth before Jack screamed. Kai let go of Jack, who fell lifeless on the ground. Kai put his fangs away and wipe Jack's blood off his chin.
"Ok, Jack let's be honest, that was weird. So, I'll be avoiding awkward moments with you by not seeing you for...I don't know...a century or two." Kai said out loud. "When you wake up you'll be a vampire."
With that said Kai left and everything when black.
Kim got up and saw she was still in the forest resting against Jack, holding his hand. He let go and scooted away some. Kim frowned.
"April's right. You make people relive tragic moments in people's lives. It's a total nightmare for vampires. We have so many things we want to forget." Jack said.
"Why me?" Kim asked, looking at hands.
That is all. Thank you for reading. Sorry for any spelling or grammar mistakes because I'm using my iPad. Review, Follow, and Favorite please!
