David entered the court hand in hand with Victoria, they sat in silence waiting for the start of the trial, they were prosecution witnesses, the truth is that there were only prosecution witnesses, they, Nolan and Daniel who were already there, none of them wanted to prejudice -la but had to speak the truth, and already feared condemnation. The first to be called was Nolan, he had to tell the whole plan, that is confirmed everything that Amanda had said, then it was the turn of Daniel who sanctioned, David was reluctant but had to tell everything and confessed that at the time the report is: did the conviction of her daughter.
When Victoria sat, everyone looked at Emily with antipathy, she remembered his own judgment that now seemed so far away, took the oath and began to speak:

Everyone breathed a sigh of relief with the decision, after all what they were two million and three months of home confinement near years in a penitentiary, so back to the Hamptons, Emily called David and Victoria for a chat in the Manor, they were surprised to hurry but were there, she received the office and announced:

Weeks later David and Victoria watched the beach house for the last time, they were holding hands on the porch and said goodbye to Daniel, Emily and Nolan, Charlotte he liked the idea of spending a real family time did the same holding Alice in lap, it was certain that they would visit often in their new home, but David and Victoria hardly return to the Hamptons, were willing to get a perfect life away from that place full of tragic memories.

Were hours away and the only one that remained was agreed with David Jaxx who was attentive and ears eyes on the road, sitting between Alice and Charlotte who slept quietly, Victoria was sleeping with a small smile on his face and he was covered with her jacket, she seemed comfortable and happy when he parked the car in the garage of the new house tried to wake them, Charlotte took Alice and pulled the chair out of the vehicle, so he and Victoria followed them and entered the house. It was a beautiful house, much larger than the old beach house in the Hamptons, had a balcony overlooking the entire beach, in-ground pool and a large balcony, that is, satisfy everyone. Charlotte went to sleep quickly leaving parents, sister and the dog in the newly decorated room, Victoria looked at David with shining eyes and said:

Two years later

"She has not abandoned us, she finally decided to go to college!"

"I swore I'd never go back there David!"
"But it's the marriage of our children, finally Amanda and Daniel hit it, I know you want him to have gotten the Margaux and Pascal, but ..."

David and Victoria watching the ocean and the sunset embraced in the sand while Alice played with Jaxx, they do it in all the late afternoon and is just one more detail that complete their happiness, there they have a perfect life with Alice and Jaxx that make all cheerful and colorful, occasionally receive visits from their children, Nolan, Margaux and the small Pascal.
