After Hans was removed from the Council chamber, Lukens broke the seal on the parchment and read it to his brothers.
"Be it hereby resolved now and forever for the future that,
Prince Hans of the Southern Isles is banished from Arendelle, due to his treacherous actions.
The Duke of the Southern Isles will disclose those actions to King Lukens of the Southern Isles, and any further punishment will to be determined by King Lukens of the Southern Isles.

"They should have executed him," stated Thor ruefully. "They had every right to do so."
Jen exclaimed, "But we can't execute him, can we? He committed his treasonous acts against Arendelle, not the Southern Isles!"
Berg agreed, "That's true. It would not be right for us to execute Hans," adding under his breath, "even though the FOOL deserves it!"
Leif asked, "So what punishment do we give him?"
There was a general murmuring in the room. There appeared to be some agreement that he should be made Court Jester, and rotate from brother to brother each month.
But Lukens had a better idea. "Seeing our dear brother wants to be a king sooooo badly, what if we make him king of Notos?"
Stig added, while laughing, "King of NOTOS? That's perfect! Even HE can't mess that up!"
Felix added, "That's the perfect throne for him. 'Tiny, insignificant and isolated!' Just like him!"
"That's actually a fate worse than death," added Berg. "I agree."
"So what says the Council?" asked Lukens. The vote went quickly and was unanimous. "Bring Hans in. We will tell him of his new kingship!" The other brothers laughed, as Hans was fetched.
