A/N I have edited this chapter and added on to it another few thousand words. I wasn't feeling where I cut the chapter off or what the embodiment was about. So Tiny Portal has been lengthened to become Blaise and Daphne

.

Daphne and Blaise had found that they have something in common... they were both sickened by the mushy fuck me eyes that Draco and Prudence were always giving each other. They sat next to one another silently in the Slytherin common room watching the ooey-gooey spectacle.

"Still can't look away?" Blaise drawled in a dry voice.

"Nope," Daphne replied in a bored tone with an underline of jealousy and disgust.

Blaise turned to take a closer look at the beautiful blonde beside him. He felt his heart clench up suddenly as he tried to study her placid features and golden hair...how could he have ever got so drunk...?

"Stop it!" Daphne snapped, not even turning her head.

"I'll never stop looking at you Daph..."

Daphne's heart clenched up as well, but her blood also began to boil dangerously. How dare he? How dare he try to speak to her so romantically? She could never forgive such a disgusting mistake...

She rolled her eyes to try to stop the small grin from being seen, "Pru's cured," she told him nonchalantly.

Blaise blanched and looked over at the long-haired brunette with paranoid awareness. He shook his head slightly, all the facts were so obvious and outstanding, of course she was...she was the Immortal Wand Weilder.

"What?" Daphne asked, annoyed he was shaking his head.

He shrugged, "Of course she is, she's a friggin' goddess."

"You really believe that she is?"

Blaise looked into her eyes serenely, he didn't know if she was genuinely asking him or making fun of him. Then he got entranced in those beautiful blue eyes...

Daphne didn't like his speculative gaze so close to her. He was looking at her with his dumb beautiful face like he wanted to kiss her. She set her jaw firmly, "Will you stop it Blaise! Stop fucking looking at me like that!" She didn't yell, just growl out her words harshly.

It may have sounded like a vague statement, but Blaise knew what she was saying to him. She was telling him that he didn't get the right to look at her like he wanted her, because he couldn't have her.

Daphne couldn't allow herself to fall into his eyes because she would never forgive him or herself afterwards. He didn't deserve her, she knew it, but she hated it...so she hated him...because things could have turned out so different.

Blaise snapped his head away from her, nodding his head agreeing with her. "You're right," he all but whispered, "my apologies." So he was forced to look back at Draco and Pru. Draco was speaking softly into her ear, causing her to smile. Oh fuck them!

Harry could see them in each other's arms from where he sat at lunch on Tuesday. Ron had his back toward the Slytherins so he couldn't see what Harry was looking at, but he had a good hunch.

"Let me take a guess at what you're looking at and why you're in such a shit mood..." Ron mumbled between bites.

Harry growled, "It's ridiculous mate, that slimy ferret is so deceitful, and such a disgusting slag..."

Ron was slightly amused, Harry was so bothered he was acting like a girl.

"Seriously," Harry grumbled while slamming down his fist, "There is no way she knows about how he let in the Deatheaters, how his father is Voldie's first in command...what about that man he killed in Knockturn Alley before school started last year?"

Ron searched his brain, trying to remember if Malfoy killed someone. He remembered watching a duel from the rooftop, but nobody died... He was starting to become concerned with Harry's maniacal eyes. "Harry...mate...you need to let this one go. Coming from me, I think that's saying something..."

Harry was exasperated at Ron's inability to help him stretch the truth in order to show Pru the truth. He would find a way to get through to her.

Pru usually spent sixth period Herbology doing her best to avoid sludge and not bleed. Today though she was putting all her effort into avoiding Harry's glares.

"He is not getting over this!" She whispered to Hermione urgently.

Hermione already knew that. Not since Cho decided to go with Cedric to the dance in fourth year has he been so agitated. It was starting to worry her how obsessed he was becoming with Pru. She wouldn't tell Pru that though, "Pay him not bother, he'll be fine."

Pru was insulted that Hermione thought she could actually lie to her. She knew that Hermione knew he was acting very strange. There was something sinister in the way he watched her, she wondered how he could change so much so fast toward her...

Draco, obviously was the answer. When Harry spoke about Draco he would spit his words with years of pent up anger behind them. But... Pru didn't want to bother with him anymore, she had Draco.

.

Harry wasn't positive if he ever felt such radiating anger and jealously toward someone. Malfoy was the last parasite on Earth that he thought Pru should be with. It was hard to stop that one point from taking over his brain as he watched her... it was agonizing... Her face was soft and angelic... he loved to watch her features light up with her adorable emotions.

So to feel ike he was so close to having her and then have her leave him cold in the dark to walk into the arms of (one of) his enemy was humiliating. A part of him wanted to forget her completely, ignore they ever even met... but then he would take one look at her and realize that was just impossible. Even though the last time they spoke went horribly he still thought he needed to say something else and he would do so once Herbology ended.

She was scougifying her body bit by bit, her current bit right above her ankle.

.

Prudence felt Harry's presence. She wondered what angry words he would say this time. When she turned to him though he looked balnk.

Harry was at a loss for words once he finally stood in front of her. So as his mind fizzled out his mouth decided to say this: "He's murdered people Pru! He's lead a dark raid into this castle! Is that the type of man you find worthy of you!"

Pru straightened her body to look Harry square in the eye. What was wrong with him? The Chosen One? The almighty Harry Potter? He was acting like an egotistical lump! He cared nothing about what Draco had to go through, only his own blind hatred!

She spoke her words very clearly and firm, "Never speak ill of Draco again."

Harry's eyes widened as he all at once felt like a moron for blurting out to her, regretting it entirely and falling back slightly as if the magnitude of her stern words were tangible. He was once again speechless.

Pru sighed as she took pity on his horror struck demeanor, "And if you must know, Draco is the only man that I have ever found to be worthy of me." She walked away to leave him standing there like an awkard stone. She felt even worse for him as she noticed all the lingering students staring...

Draco had over heard whispers mentioning Pru and Twatter more then once as he walked through the halls after his last class. The farther he walked the more his blood boiled at the thought of the two of them. He became further enraged as he noticed the whispered shushing as he neared, as if people were afraid of him to know what they were saying... or it concerned him as well... He wanted to break something as his mind began to involuntarily go beserk with ideas of the two of them doing something... By the time he reached the fourth floor he had had enough.

A fifth year Slytherin, Elmer, let her name slip from his lips and Draco was close enough to shove the boy into the wall. "Tell me," Draco seethed, almost unable to catch his breath due to the near collapsing of his lungs. He couldn't handle the digusting images his brain kept throwing at him... Pru wouldn't do anything, he knew she wouldn't... but Potter would...

Elmer shrugged Draco off and straightened up in cool Slytherin fashion, "Alright mate, ok, just relax, it's nothing bad..."

Draco swallowed and snarled his lip, he didn't know if he could trust this kid... he is Slytherin...

"Sammy heard from Theo who heard from Penny that 7th year Advanced Herbology was a right riot!" His smile did nothing to ease Draco's mind. "Seems Potter had hairy eyes for Pru all period and then at the end tried to confront 'er, burst at the jaw 'he's murdered people, lead a dark raid 'ere in 'Ogwarts last year'... he asked if that's the man she finds worthy of 'er."

Draco's face became even stonier the more the kid spoke, but he pushed him to continue.

Poor Elmer had lost his initial excitement as he realized who exactly he was talking to and how sensitive the information might be to him. He swallowed a lump in his throat as he watched his group of friends scatter. "They say..." his voice dropped lower, "She turned white blistering mad and told Potter he was never to speak ill of..." There could be a sharp turn in this conversation Elmer realized. If Malfoy happened to take the news bad than he could suffer...

"Who?" Draco drawled, no longer raging but back to being fully composed.

"You Draco."

The corner of Draco's lip twitched upward.

"There's more," Elmer continued like a nervous servant, "She told him that you were the only man she ever found to be worthy of her."

The kid sounded in awe, and possibly jealous. Draco took a step back and licked his lips as he thought of his fascinating Prudence, "...Did she now...?" Then he continued on his way, his mood tremendously better.

Prudence, his everything, had once again set Potter arrow straight. She has proven she is above his petty bullshit like Draco had been trying to tell everyone for years. He was thrilled that Potter was again the loser to his winner. It felt amazing to finally feel like everything was going good. Now all he could think about was holding that wonderful little woman's bare body against his again...

After Pru had left the classroom she was too annoyed to continue back to the hall for dinner, so she skipped eating in lieu of a bubble bath. She wanted to clean herself and clear her mind. She wanted to forget about the disappointment she had in Harry, forget that she was some immortal and just...rest.

Call it a hunch, but after Prudence han't come to dinner Draco felt he knew exactly where he could find her.

He found himself in the fifth floor boys prefect bathroom staring at a small group of idiots huddled against the far wall. He cleared his throat loudly, causing them all to jump in surprise and stand at immediate attention before him, doing their absolute best to cover the hole in the wall behind them.

"What are you doing?" Draco asked calmly with a threatening under tone.

Not one had enough courage to answer. Not only had they been caught using the enchanted peep hole into the girl's lavatory, but they had been caught by Draco Malfoy, the Slytherin Prince, looking at his girlfriend, Prudence Scrimgeour, the Minister's granddaughter.

"Get out of the way," Draco hissed once he concluded that none of them would answer. He knew exactly what was sometimes magically enchanted in that very wall.

A moment passed as still, none of they boys budged, they were petrified with fear.

Draco was really starting to get sick of the idiots he had to deal with. They had nothing to even worry about... unless Pru was on the other side of that hole, well then, yes, they should be worried. He pulled his wand from his sheath and held it casually in his hand, "Do you want my wand to make you move?"

They finally all scattered and Draco strode up to the tiny portal slowly. He didn't (and very much did) want to see who they were looking at on the other side.

.

Prudence ran the taps one by one, unable to turn on just a few. The room began to quickly fill with luxurious scents of jasmine and lavender with coconut as the water fizzled into fluffy purple mounds. Only a few moments passed and she already felt the heady fragrances lull away her anxiety. She smiled as she thought of Draco and remembered the way he held her to his chest, their naked skin flushed against each other... and his passionate kisses...

She began to peel away her school uniform, images of Draco only becoming more vivid in her mind.

.

Draco couldn't tear his eyes away. It was her, and she was slowly unbuttoning her white blouse. It seemed like her head was in the clouds because she was wearing a lazy grin and looking at nothing in particular... Draco wanted to believe that it was him running through her mind as she undressed. He bit down on his lip as her shirt fell to the ground to reveal a light pink lacy bra...

Something twitched in his gut and he wondered if this was wrong... Then her bra was on the floor and her dark hair was cascading down her back and he forgot what his gut was trying to protest... Now he wondered if he could get away with a wank...

Next was her black and white pleated skirt. He had never seen her all the way down to her knickers before. They were light pink and lacy as well and from the view he could see (the back) they were the luckiest knickers ever created. She had a taunt little apple bottom that he in all seriousness wanted to take a bite out of.

How wrong...or right is this? He didn't know... Watching his...well she's not officially his... but... fuck it. She. Is. His. He wasn't going to over think it, not when she's bending over peeling down her white stockings giving him an even more marvelous view... He's sure his jaw went slack for the few very short moments when she was completely nude before slipping her body into the purple abyss.

She let out a half moan half sigh sort of sound that Draco dubbed the most amazing sound he's ever heard and only wanted to hear again.

.

Pru lolled her head to the side as she let the hot scented water soothe her skin and down to her bones. She hummed, the warm cuddling sensation reminded her of the only other thing she's ever felt that was that comforting... Draco.

She pictured his hard sculpted chest, his strong arms... his firm grip. She heaved an unexpected breath, she wanted to see what the rest of him looked like. She wanted to see all of him in ways she never seen other guys. She could only imagine with his toned angles and taunt muscles and porcelain skin... that it was quite dreamy to look at. She could specifically remember running her hands down his rippled abs and over his hips to the perfect little V shaped muscle that almost seemed like an arrow pointing down his trousers.

.

Draco hastily locked the door as she let out another soft moan and he took a deep breath. If she continued to make those soft little sounds he would have no control over what his hands were about to do to himself.

.

Pru bit her lip, the longer she wondered about what he looked like the lower her own hand crept down her body. It's just...the thought of his soft pink lips on hers made her want his lips on her in other places... more intimate places. Her fingers had found their way and Pru was forced to huff out uncontrollably, she arched her back and leaned her head back as another moan escaped her.

.

Draco felt the blood in his veins pump wildly as he watched her eyes slip close and her head lull. He didn't expect to hear the erratic huffs of breath and deeper moans. He wished he could see below the water, get the visual of what her hand was doing, but he had to settle for imagining her luscious thighs and wet curves. He was completely positive now that she was touching herself and his hand had grabbed himself on it's own accord as her shallow breaths echoed in his mind.

.

Pru's finger moved in small circles as she thought about Draco's skillful tongue. A small part of her felt like a naughty girl, but it only helped to intensify how amazing she was feeling. She kept imaging him there with her in the steaming water even though she knew she wouldn't have the courage to go through with all the mischievous scenarios playing in her mind... but she could fantasize...

.

Draco almost burst when he heard his own name come from her lips, only to be repeated over and over again until she snapped with a load moan as her body thrashed lightly. He lost control as well. Knowing that she were naked, touching herself while thinking of him as he watched her... he happily toppled over the edge.

It took a minute for him to regain his wits before he could scourgify his mess. Once he finally found some composure he took another look through the hole only to see her wrapped in a large fluffy towel. He slid his back down the wall, relishing his shameless act.

Blaise was already shaking his head as Draco appraoched him in the dungeon hall.

"What?" Draco asked.

"Your shitting smirk of satisfaction... I don't even want to know..." Blaise looked at his friend with a bored face as if he hated his life, "Fancy a fly?"

Draco wanted to tell him that he needed to wait to see Prudence come back, but at the risk of sounding whipped already he just shrugged, "Sure."

.

Pru was almost back to the dungeon when she spotted Draco and Blaise heading her way. Her heart fluttered in her chest as her legs began to tingle... the memory of what she just did nuzzled in the front of her mind. Then she looked at his confident and adoring smirk that was pointed at her, as if he was thinking how she belonged to him, and him to her.

Draco loved the way she bit down on her lip when she looked into his eyes. He didn't hesitate to pull her close to him by her hip and place a lingering kiss on her jaw. He inhaled her flowery scent and whispered in her eat, "You smell absolutely wonderful."

Prudence ran her finger around his neck and over his jaw, "Thank you, I just took a bubble bath. Are you heading out?"

He looked into her eyes, simultaneously fighting off the images of her in a sudsy tub, "We're going out for a fly, be back in a little while." She smiled at him, probably fighting off her lingering images as well.

"Alright, I'll be out with Daph."

Draco wanted to ask where exactly she would be, but he didn't speak on it. "Ok," he told her flirtatiously as he touched his nose to hers.

"Ok," she said back while leaning into him.

"Oh come on!" Blaise grumbled.

Pru looked at Blaise and gave him a sympathetic smile, "Sorry Blaise, but you're probably going to want to turn your head for this next part..."

But Blaise couldn't react fast enough, they two love birds were already kissing each other.

Merlin, Draco loved this girl.

Prudence sat with Daphne on the lawns of an abandoned courtyard watching the sun sink in the sky. "Is something wrong?" she asked her blonde friend.

Daphne was staring into nothing as she sighed, "I can't stop thinking about him... and seeing you and Draco so... in love... it just makes me miss him..."

Pru tried not to smile, she knew Daph had held that in for a long time, "So you forgive him then?"

"No!" Daphne snapped back immediately, her eyes lighting up with fire, "I don't... I can't..."

Pru had to wonder, how did Blaise ever fall into bed with... yuck, Pansy? It seemed so far-fetched, she has seen the way he looks at Daphne, why would he ruin that? Pru slumped back apologetically, she should have known she would say that. Pru was just a hopeless romantic...

Daphne looked out into the swatches of orange and pink that made up the deep setting sun. Blaise just wouldn't get out of her head... his charming smile... his amorous confessions... his dark pooled eyes... Why did he ever sleep with Pansy? He ruined everything...

Draco and Blaise took a much needed rest atop the top of the astronomy tower. They had been chasing a snitch while also batting a quaffle at each other's heads for over an hour. Blaise was really pushing Draco hard, a complete give away that something was really bothering him. Draco could only sympathize with his sad friend because at the moment, he's never been happier.

"I can see them over there," Blaise's voice broke the silence calmly. He could always spot Daphne's golden locks.

Draco squinted into the distance, his smile blooming instantly. He peeked at his forlorn friend, "If you miss her this much you should probably start fighting a little harder... If I lost Pru I would fight for her until it killed me. Besides, weren't you the one giving me shit not too long ago about giving up on Pru? Take your own advice mate."

It still surprised Blaise to hear his best mate speak so openly about how much he cared about a girl. But love changes everything, "...You're right..."

Draco looked back over at the girl who was definitely too good for him, but somehow managed to care about him irrevocably. It only took two seconds of staring at her for her bath tub scene to come back to him.

He heard Blaise grunt, "Merlin's balls, will you just tell me what happened already so you can get that twisted smirk off your face?"

Draco turned, his eyes excited like he just couldn't hold in his naughty secret any longer. His voice came out smooth and calm, "I watched her masturbate through the peep hole in the fifth floor prefects bathrooms."

Blaise's jaw dropped, well that sounded too hot to process.

"...I couldn't see anything," Draco continued, "she was in the bath, but she moaned my name over and over..."

Draco looked entirely too pleased with himself. Blaise sighed, "Wicked."

"She doesn't know."

Blaise had to burst with laughter,"That's too much... that's brilliant!"

Draco just smiled, he'd had enough of being away from her, "C'mon let's go."

Pru had become in tune with Draco's presence, she could sence him coming before she could even see him. She had to smile.

"What? Why the sly smile?" Daphne asked, even though she had a feeling why.

"Oh sorry," Pru said, realizing her momentary lapse into dreamland,"It's just that... Draco is coming."

"Huh?!" Daphne looked around frantically. Draco was always accompanied by Zabini.

Pru spotted them in the air, her heart speeding up as she watched him approach her on his broom steadily. She wanted to hop up and run to him like a cheesy romance novel, but one look at Blaise's hard face was enough to stop her from doing so. So she stayed sitting down and waited for him to get close enough for her to tell him sweetly,"Hi."

The stars had now begun to shine and the sun was almost completely gone leaving behind dark purple hues. Draco had less self-control when it came to Prudence and he gave into his urge to scoop her into his arms and bury his face into her neck to inhale her flowery scent. "Hi," he told her back.

Everyone in the vicinity melted away as Draco swung her in a circle and she giggled. She guessed the cheesy romance greeting was inevitable.

Draco had waited all day to crush her body to his. There wasn't room in his heart for Blaise's feeling when she was so close. It took a moment, but soon he was finally able to look at her proper and say, "I heard about your conversation with Potter today." He grinned as she rolled her eyes at the mention of it.

"He was acting like a child, that wanker Harry Potter..."

Draco was delighted with her opinion of Twatter, but still wanted to know what the idiot possibly had to say to her.

Pru reveled in his smile, but she couldn't help but notice it seemed a bit tight, like something was bothering him.

He seriously shouldn't be surprised when she looks right through him.

"What is it?" she asked sincerely.

.

Daph and Blaise had glared at one another since Draco had landed and fell into his world with Pru.

Blaise wanted to scream at Daph all the things battling in his head! As well as tell her she looked fucking beautiful... just lounging in the grass under the moon light and deep setting sun... But the words stayed stuck in his throat...

Daph tried her best to look away from him... those emerald eyes could be enchanting when she let them be... But looking at him or not... she still felt the pulling in her heart, always alerting her when he was near.

.

"Do you think it's maybe time we talk about a few things?"

It was the last thing that Pru expected Draco to say to her, but she was elated by it none the less. She smiled, "Sure."

She felt her heart bottom out as he picked up his firebolt and looked at her suggestively, "Would you like to go for a ride?"

She had to laugh at his obvious innuendo. Then she looked at him with mock seriousness, "Will you hold me tight?"

He didn't even skip a beat before replying, "Always." His heart soared when she returned his promise with a glowing and trusting smile.

She bit her lip with anticipation, "Let's go."

A few moments later Draco was holding her small frame to his chest closely as the wind picked up around them and they rose higher into the air. He wasn't able to take his eyes away from her radiating smile. He admired the way she looked at everything around her with admiration and fearlessness. The faster he sped the giddier she looked. He loved the way she squoze him harder the quicker the flew, he had to smile along with her.

It occurred to Draco then that the absolute unthinkable has happened. He is full heartily happy, and free, and head over heels in love with a goddess. Now his only motive in life was protecting her and having her by him forever.

Pru snuck a few glances at her beautiful blonde marvel. He was gorgeous when he smiled, and even more when his eyes were soft. She hoped to see his face like this a lot more often. She realized she was clinging to his hard body quite tightly. The feel of him reminded her of his porcelain skin and lean perfection...

Get a grip! She scolded herself, they were high above the clouds!

.

Draco landed them softly onto a grassy knoll not far from Hogsmeade. He guided her gently off the broom then proceeded to watch her twirl around in circles while looking at the stars. Her happiness was brilliant, a marvelous and contagious spectacle he wasn't able to fight.

He reached out to catch her hand and pull her close to him as she yelped. He looked down at her glowing face as their middles collided gently. He wore a grin trying to disguise itself as a smirk, "You're so beautiful Prudence," he whispered to her honestly.

She tried not to blush but it was impossible. He was charming and delicious and she felt lucky and light as air to be in his arms.

"How do you do it to me?" She questioned him as she rested her arms around his neck.

There was a change in her flirty attitude, did she just sound seductive? He was thriving as he asked her back silkily, "Do what?"

"Make me feel like every time you touch me is the first time?"

Draco's eyes lit up, he liked that. He couldn't really find any words to actually describe how she made him feel so he just dipped his head to kiss her lips firmly.

Pru laughed out loud when he suddenly pulled away and looked off, "Enough of that now, I thought we came here to talk. Pull yourself together." She loved when he teased her.

"So I heard what you said to Potter," he told her once they had sat down on the grass.

She gave him a shy smile as she remembered how she told Harry never to talk about Draco again. "Did you now?"

He sat behind her, her back resting against his chest, "I did."

She knew he wasn't going to pry her anymore so she gave in, "He was acting like such a twat! He yelled at me in front of an entire class that you led a raid and tortured and murdered people and blah blah blah... it was all so desperate and annoying, not to mention incredibly unattractive! Honestly, whats wrong with him?"

Draco watched her wild gestures with amusement. He wasn't even bothered by what Potter said because she spoke about it so distantly he could tell she could care a less. He was still compelled to ask, "So you don't care about what he said?"

She scoffed, "Well if any of it were true, but it's not...so no, not really."

"How do you know?"

She cocked any eyebrow, "Someone is forgetting that I've recently been blessed with a little thing called All Knowing Power..."

He couldn't hold in his chortles, "So you know everything there is to know about me?"

Her brow furrowed slightly, "Well no... not everything." She turned herself around to look into his eyes, "I only know like... large scale things. Like, I know the exact Hogwarts History of what happened last year. It's odd to explain. I don't know people's personal things..."

He was thankful for that. He had the choice to tell her all his ugly secrets with out them being part of a jumbled mass of magic memories.

"So you know that I had no choice..."

"I do."

"And I've never mur-"

"I know Draco." She interrupted with a rushed smile. "We don't have to talk about all those terrible things-"

"But we do," he told her suddenly with earnest.

She stayed silent and looked at him to continue.

"Because of all those terrible things I've been through your grandfather doesn't want me near you. In fact, I don't think anyone does, even Severus looks at me like I don't deserve"

"Draco please!" She hushed him with her fingers, "Please don't say that." She felt like maybe tears were welling in her eyes. They were threatening to spill because it was heart breaking that he actually believed the things he was saying. She wrapped her arms around him, "You deserve me, like I deserve you."

Draco wrapped his arms around her to feel her close, he just couldn't argue with her.

.

"Well I'm not waiting for them," Daphne clipped as she interrupted the silence left between her and Blaise after Draco and Prudence flew off into the sunset. "They'll take forever."

Blaise watched her gather her things grumpily and get ready to leave.

"Daphne." He said boldly, causing her to pause.

She felt silly, the tone of his voice literally stopped her in her tracks. She straightened her back and looked at him sternly, "Yes?"

He was surprised that she actually responded, and for some reason speechless.

The beautiful blonde was immediately overly annoyed with him. "Then good night," she snided when he continued to just stand there.

Blaise's body twitched as she turned to walk away from him. He found himself chasing her with out a thought. His hand reached out for hers and grabbed it bravely, "Daph, wait... please..."

She looked at him with wide eyes, her silence urging him to continue. She watched his ebony locks shield his eyes as he shook his head nervously, "I hate this Daph, I really... really hate this." There was no need to ask him what he hated, she knew what he was talking about. He hated the enormous walls that she was forced to build in order to keep her pain from showing. He hated that they couldn't even be in the same room together anymore... he hated that they were some how now strangers...

Because she hated it too...

But that doesn't change what happened...

"Then you shouldn't have-!"

"I know Daphne!" He cut her off before she could finish her thought, "I fucking know..."

His intense burst of sound stilled her. She watched him carefully as he looked at her wildly. It was the first time she has witnessed him completely lose composure. Yes, they've argued with each other... but this looked like he was really fringing on mad.

"Damnit Daphne, I know I fucked up... it's the biggest mistake I've ever made..."

Daphne wasn't sure if she were breathing or not. Blaise Zabini ripped out her fucking heart and shit on it... How was she ever suppose to take him back with out living in constant fear that he would do it again?

And yet, at the same time, she didn't care about any of that because in that moment he looked so beautiful and spoke so gut wrenchingly sincere. He looked so raw and genuine, his large emerald eyes seems traumatized. No, she wasn't breathing after all...

Blaise took a bold step even closer to her, "I've never stopped thinking about you... every moment since you broke up with me... It's been torture..."

He spoke as soft as possible, he didn't want to alarm her. Her expression seemed just as torn as her light blue eyes looked at him with caution.

Daphne's minor lapse of insanity passed. She couldn't believe she actually entertained the thought of... them. Did he honestly just use the word torture to describe how he felt when he was separated from her? "It's been torture for you?" she whispered, trying her hardest not to let her words crack.

Blaise felt the imminent storm brewing in her. He shouldn't have said torture. It was how she described to him how it was when she found him and Pansy together. She screamed it into his face until she couldn't breath. In other words, he doesn't get to say that.

"I know I hurt you," he told her quickly, "I just wanted to let you know... that I hurt too." He always admired her stubbornness, but not right now. He was tired of the distance she forced between them, he wanted her to just be honest with him. He wanted her to just admit she missed him back.. even just a little.

Finally, Daphne's anger simmered only to leave her quivering with pent-up emotion, "Why did you fuck her Blaise?" She stared at him, every second fighting off her tears and waiting for a reply.

Except... Blaise didn't have an answer, he doesn't even remember what happened that night. All he remembered was waking up next to Pansy and Daphne walking into the room...

Daphne heaved an angry breath, not happy with his gaping mouth and stupid blank stare, "You don't even have an answer for me?!"

He thought that maybe for a second he had got through her barricades, but then it all unraveled so quickly. He was stupid for not saying anything at all. He truly did not have an answer for her though. She would never believe that he doesn't even remember it happening, that it was possibly all a horrifying scheme Pansy plucked up... He had no proof... So for the millionth time he watched her stomp away from him furiously.
