In this chapter of this story, things are made more clear, as I have been getting a few reviews about the confusing story-line so far...

LAST TIMMEEE

"Do I know you?" I asked her impatiently.

"Well... not personally," she squeaks out. Afestus mentally facepalms at her unprofessionalism. She was serious a moment ago, then I introduced myself, and now she's shitting herself.

Unfortunate...

"Well then, I have a few questions. What's your name and why did you come here?" I asked her as I plopped myself down on a log. Most likely blown over when the thing in the sky opened up.

"My name is..."

THIS TIME! AND WITH AFESTUS POV!

"...Yuuki,"

Yuuki? Interesting. Didn't expect a Japanese name from this interdimensional girl.

"Yuuki?" I managed to say, still thinking deeply on the matter.

"But I do believe you'd better know me as Grongo..."

Final nail in the coffin that is my life. Well, it does sum up one thing. I thought Grongo's voice always sounded a bit feminine since we talked a few days ago. Wait, that was yesterday?

Who knew.

"Well, that explains the seemingly feminine voice from yesterday... But the main question is, why are you here...?" I want answers now.

And I bet 90% of you are tired of all the confusion as well.

Yes, I really can read your thoughts.

"...Cosmos found out about me talking to you, but I do wonder why he didn't just kill me on the spot for it..." She explained, whilst in deep thought.

"You make it sound like he makes a habit of killing traitors," I say with a bland face.

"Well, he kinda does at this point," Yuuki returned the bland face with equal force. Between that and the fact that my brother kills people on a regular basis, made me shocked to say the least.

"He does?!" I jump back a little at that.

"Unfortunately, yes. 9 times out of 10, he kills the traitors before they can even finish their sentences of revolt," Yuuki sits down with an exhausted face.

I was silent for awhile, mauling things through in my head.

"Why did you come here of all places?" I finally squeaked out. She looked at me for a moment before answering.

"This was the first place I thought of. Also, Cosmos won't come here since you're here. He doesn't want to risk anything before the actual invasion begins," Yuuki answered.

"Why did you say your name was Grongo, and not Yuuki?"

Now, that's a question.

"Cosmos gives code names to anyone above the rank of what you humans call 'Petty officer'," she replies.

"I wonder if she really is on my side..."

"I'd like to think I am," Yuuki suddenly says. I stutter for a second, looking very shocked.

"I have a natural ability to read minds, along with telepathy," she explains.

"Hmm... Guys, you there?"

Yuuki looks at me weirdly for a moment but waits a moment for something to happen.

[Um... Hello?]

"Hear him?" I inquire. She simply nods.

{You better have a good reason to wake me from my nap...}

"The first voice was Panthornon and the second was Tiamat, for your information," I introduced.

"There's a lady listening to us right now, named Yuuki"

[Oh?]

"Remember Grongo? Same person"

[{Really?]}

"Mhm"

[Are we sure she's on our side?]

"I'd like to think so..."

[I suppose you can prove your worth]

"Anyway, I have more questions, but for now, I know what I want to know. Do you need shelter?" Exiting the mental conversation, I question her about shelter.

"I haven't a home, unfortunately," she slumps down onto a log she's been standing next to.

"I have a apartment with a guest bedroom. You can stay there for now," I stand up and stretch my hand out, with a big silly grin on my face.

I'm in that mood.

She hesitates for a moment, but eventually grabs my hand. I help her stand up.

"What about your pod-thingy? We're by a town that might find it, and knowing humans, they'll have aliens posted all over the news," I chucked to myself at the idea of people freaking about that an alien might be on the loose.

Not sure if Yuuki is a human or not, but at this point, I can ask later.

She doesn't reply. Instead, she presses a button on a controller she whipped out of God knows space.

How the hell do women even DO that?! And why haven't I mastered it yet.

Just pull a soda and Doritos out of no where.

Fun times!

On another note, I just realized that the sky had just returned to normal. The hole must've made all the clouds disappear, making the sky completely cloudless. The closer you get to the horizon, the more light blue it gets.

I'm describing this because 90% of people reading this don't leave the house.

Yes, I also have hacked your street lights and cameras.

Oh right, back to the remote thingy. Whilst I was daydreaming, she pressed a button on the remote. The pod started steaming and finally started melting.

"Is it melting?" I ask dumbly. She giggles a little and nods. After a moment, the pod finally completely melted, and disintegrated.

"I personally designed a majority of Cosmos's devices. Including his pods, robots, tanks, planes, space ships. You name it from Cosmos's army, I probably designed and helped build it," she said in a very smug voice, but then she immediately made a 180 mood swing.

Probably realising that her inventions might bring death to billions of people.

"Hey, c'mon now. It's fine. Let's get to my place and we can help get it off your mind,"

For a second, I bet she thought I could read minds.

Haha... No man should have that power. If they did, romantic drama wouldn't be a think.

Not like I like that crap.

She simply nods before she starts walking in a seemingly random direction.

I don't think she talks very much, but that's fine. I sigh before letting my wings come out.

They were starting to cramp, so thank God for this.

I quickly catch up to Yuuki. I grab her in the most cliche way possible.

'Grabs her bridal style' cliche.

She 'Eep's' as I grab her and fly into the air.

How the hell do you THINK I got here? Took the bus? Taxi?

Hell, not even sure this town HAS that...

Churchill, the town nearby, is about 150 miles away from my apartment.

How did I get here so quickly?

I found out that the more wings I get, the faster I can fly.

Panthornon says once I get my final pair of wings, I can travel faster than the speed of sound.

It took about 10 minutes to get to my apartment. Once I got there, I was met with a few... uninvited people.

Rias, Koneko, Akeno, Issei, you name a main character here, they're probably here.

Fortunately and unfortunately, I left the window open, so It was kinda flooded.

Rias was tapping her foot on the wet carpet, Koneko was being her usual unemotional self, Issei was drooling, Kiba was eyeing his sword and Asia was spinning a little globe on a stick.

Ya know those right?

I entered the room via the windows and dropped Yuuki on the floor before landing myself. I put my wings away so I wouldn't accidentally slap something and break it.

Rias gave me a death glare and kept tapping her foot.

"Before you start throwing crap around, can I explain?" I almost begged there.

I'm probably stronger than her right now, but women are scary.

Sorry.

"Fine. Please, enlighten me,"

Sorry if this is kinda short, but I do hope this chapter has explained a few things...

Cya next time!
