Chapter 8

Set during Feud.

"I can't believe the Glee club freaked out over my new boyfriend. I mean, yes, he's done some things wrong, but he's honestly not a bad guy. And-" Jeremy zoned out as his brother spoke to him on Skype. Ever since him and Kurt made up, things had shifted. He wasn't sure if the change was good or bad, but it was always on his mind. "Are you even listening? Jeremy!"

"Yeah, you said something about a boyfriend," Jeremy replied. Sasha rolled his eyes.

"I said we're coming to visit in a couple weeks. Isn't that exciting?" he asked.

"We?" Jeremy asked.

"Yes, we. Sebastian and I. See, you went paying attention," Sasha told him.

"Sorry. I just have a lot on my mind right now," Jeremy replied.

"Is it Kurt? I thought you two made up," Sasha said. Jeremy nodded.

"We did. But we're kinda keeping our distance it seems," he replied. Sasha groaned.

"You guys are so complicated. It shouldn't be that hard to talk to him. This isn't like you. My brother goes after what he wants. Grow a pair and ask him out. It's not that hard," he snapped.

"Kurt is different. He-"

"I don't want any excuses. Next time, I call, you better have a date planned," he threatened. Jeremy shot his younger brother a small smile.

"So tell me about your guy. What's he like?" he asked. Sasha smiled.

"He's kinda crude and almost doesn't understand when he's crossing a line. But he's real sweet to me and he tries hard to keep me happy. I'm good first actual relationship and I think he's afraid of screwing things up," he explained.

"This isn't the guy you met at the bar is it?" Jeremy asked. When Sasha's face turned red, Jeremy laughed. "So he broke you down then."

"Shut up! He's somewhat sweet," Sasha defended.

"You're going to break poor Elliott's heart when you bring him down here," Jeremy said. Sasha frowned.

"I know, but... I mean, he has to know I was at a bad place when everything happened. I slept with a teacher for God's sake. I never meant for him to actually fall for me," he stated. Jeremy nodded.

"But he did. Still, this Sebastian guy is closer to your age and it sounds like he could use you. This is going to be good for you. Trust me," he said. Sasha gave him a small smile.

"Thank you. Now I've got to go, but I'll text you later. I miss you," he stated.

"I miss you too. I'll talk to you later," Jeremy promised. Sasha smiled and they logged off. Jeremy coded his laptop and laid back on his bed. He really did miss his younger brother and worried a lot about him. Hopefully the new boyfriend would be good for him and get his life back on track.

So I haven't updated in a long time. I've been going through an awful lot recently. One of my best friends and I aren't so much friends anymore and I've been dealing with that, I got a full time job, so I've been working a lot. I'm also taking care of my cousin's three year old a lot of the time. But I'm back and I shouldn't disappear like that for awhile. Hopefully you guys are still reading. I got really inspired after I met the man who I based Jeremy off of. It has helped a lot with writing this. I've planned how I want this story to go and all the pairings that will be endgame. Hopefully you guys like them.
