Hello! I meant to post sooner, but the holidays were crazy! Here are the next couple of chapters (sorry this one is pretty short).
A New Year Surprise
Bruce and Diana sat together on the couch, the fire doing its best to stave off the frigid cold outside the manor walls. The couple was enjoying a very rare quiet moment (all the kids were out) as the fire roared in front of them. Diana's thoughts wandered once again, trying to think of the best way to tell him. Bruce quickly noticed that Diana's attention was elsewhere
"Diana?" He asked as he grabbed her hand.
"Bruce I have something I need to tell you," she said as she turned back to face him.
"Okay…" The World's Greatest Detective was now curious.
"I'm pregnant." Bruce said nothing but the faintest of smirks crept onto his face before he grabbed Diana and kissed her passionately.
"It's been awhile since we did this." He said with a light chuckle.
"Yes, it will be awhile before we can have a moment like this again," she said with a smile as she squeezed his hand.
Just then all the kids (some that weren't even theirs i.e Barbara and Wally ect.) came charging through front door.
The couple simultaneously rolled their eyes; maybe a new baby wouldn't change that much after all.
