Author's note: so I'm excited for this chapter. I have mid-terms next week. They're not that bad. Last chapter, identical twins and no Auslly baby. IDK when this story will end. Hopefully by April. December 24, 2014 Ally's POV
"Austin, this has been the perfect night. Thank you." I say.
"Anything for my Ally. Love you, Alls." Austin said.
"Love you too, Austin." I say and we kiss. A Christmas Eve kiss.
December 25, 2014 Ally's POV
"ALEXIS HARMONY DAWSON! GET UP!" Aaron wakes me up. He does this every year. It's a tradition. Even if we are 17.
"Aaron, I'm up." I say.
"Okay."
"Did dad make hot chocolate?"
"Like her always does." Aaron smiles. He's such a great twin brother. My question is, how did Mackenzie not wake us up an hour ago? Oh, Nicola, Logan, and Mackenzie came from Cali to spend Christmas with us.
"Nikki, how did Mackenzie not wake us up at 6?"
"Logan gave her some sleep medication so we could sleep." Nicola said.
"That's legal?"
"Totally."
No One's POV
Christmas morning went great. Mackenzie was mad because she didn't get the one thing that she really wanted. Nicola and Logan did this on purpose. They wanted to teach her that you can't get everything in life. And her birthday's in February anyway. After an explanation, Mackenzie semi-understood. She's 3. You can't blame her. You can't blame her at all.
Aaron got Ally something very interesting. It was all 10 season of FRIENDS but not in order. You see, Aaron Taylor Dawson, opened up the box set and changed all the DVDs. Each season in broken down into 4 DVDs. So, Aaron mixed them all up. All 40. He does something like this every year.
Ally got Aaron something special. It was the "Harry Potter" book set. You see, Alexis Harmony Dawson, knew that Aaron never read the books. Which made Ally mad. When Aaron opened it up, all her could do was smile. His twin sister WILL get him hooked on HP. No matter how she does it…
Ally's POV
"Mackenzie." I ask my niece
"Yes, Ally?" Mackenzie said.
"What do you want your baby brother to be named?"
"Mommy sev that she wantz it to starp wif an M like me. So, it fink Michael. It's prevvy." Mackenzie said. (Mommy said that she wants it to start with an M like me. So, I think Michael. It's pretty.)
"It is, Mackenzie. I got you something."
"Buv we alrevy opem prezants." (But we've already opened presents)
"I know." I give Mackenzie a very small box, "Now, you have to open this carefully." She opens up the jewelry box to reveal a locket.
"A looket, juzt leak yourz!" (A locket, just like your's)
"Open it."
"I can't." Mackenzie said. I open the locket for her, "Mommy and daddy."
"And on the other side, you can put a picture of your brother, once he's born."
"Good ivea, Ally." (Good idea, Ally)
Christmas Morning Austin's POV
"AUSTIN, WAKE UP! NICK IS HERE!" April screams in my face. NICK IS HERE!
"Are you serious?" I say.
"Yeah. COME ON!" I quickly get dressed and run out to see my brother. It's been exactly a year since we've seen him last.
"NICKY!" I run to my brother. I know lame but it's been a year.
"Austin, you've grown. Missed you, buddy." Nick said.
"Missed you too."
No One's POV
That morning, Austin and April just talked with their brother. Mike and Mimi were so happy to have their first born back in their lives for just a few days.
It was hard on April. Having Nick gone was like, her cell phone being taken away for a year. She can't live without Nick. Don't get me wrong, April loves Austin, it's just, she and Nick have something special. In a brother-sister way.
Austin told Nick all about Ally. And yes, Nick remembered Ally from all those years ago. He told Nick about Aaron and Grace and how they're having twins 17. Nick was surprised but, was okay with it. As long as they love each other and Aaron won't leave Grace, it's all good.
"I was something to tell you guys." Nick said. Everyone was scared. Being in the army, anything can happen.
"Is everything okay, Nick?" Mike asked.
"Tell us, Nick." April said.
"I'm staying in Miami." Nick said.
"How long?" Everyone questioned.
"I've been discharged." Nick said.
"For how long?" April said.
"Forever."
"Why?" Mimi said.
"I've met someone and they really don't need me in my unit. I had a choice, I could stay for another 5 years or leave. I didn't get fired or anything. It was my choice." (FYI: I don't know anything about how the army works but this is FICTION so don't kill me with a spoon)
"What's her name?" Mimi said.
"Andrea. We met when I was in LA in March and we've been together ever since." Nick said.
"Where does she live?" April said.
"LA. I'm gonna fly out there in a few weeks and help her pack. We'll fly back and then during the 2 weeks before, find a place in Miami. Don't worry, April. I'm not going anywhere."
"If you moved to LA…I-I-I would be sad. I just missed you." April said.
"Speaking of LA, I ran into someone there."
"Who?" April said.
"Just a DJ named Ryland." Nick smiles.
April screams, "YOU MET RYLAND MICHAEL LYNCH?!"
"And." Nick gives April a phone case.
"YOU GOT AN AUTOGRAPH FROM HIM?! NICK, I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!" April gives her brother the world's biggest huge.
"Merry Christmas, April Dylan Moon." Nick said.
"Right back at you, Nicolas Harley Moon."
No One's POV
After family time, Austin and Ally spent a few hours with Grace and Aaron. They talked about the future and you guessed it, baby names. Weird but, why not? It's Christmas Day and the twins are due in 5 months. Okay, 6 months and they don't even know the gender, but it's never too early to get out some possible.
They each gave 2 names per gender.
Ally liked Allison Lily Dawson and they would call her Lily. Grace loved it but Aaron liked Jessica Macie better. For boys Ally said, Zachary Luke "Zach" and Matthew Jayce "Matt" Dawson. Grace thought that was too classic. Aaron liked Jayce but not Matthew. They came up with Jessica Lily and Amelia Macie Dawson and Zachary Jayce "Zach" Dawson and Marcus Luke Dawson.
Austin suggested Kaylee Sophia and Lillianna Ava "Anna" Dawson. Grace LOVED Lillianna Ava so much. Aaron liked Kaylee but not Sophia and he liked Lillianna but not Ava. So he thought of, Lillianna Kaylee "Anna" Dawson. Now Grace loved that. Austin's named for twins boys were, Alexander Jackson "Alex" and Liam Riley Dawson. Both Grace and Aaron fell in love with Liam Riley Dawson. They came up with Lillianna Kaylee "Anna" and Ava Shannon Dawson and Liam Riley and Alexander Jayce "Alex" Dawson.
But, Aaron and Grace aren't ready to fully decide on names. They just wanted to know what the aunt and "uncle" would suggest…
No One's POV
Christmas went great. After the names, the fearsome foursome went their separate ways. Aaron and Ally went back home for desserts. Austin went back to his older brother. And Grace went to her crazy family. But that's just how each one of them pictured Christmas 2014 going. And it went well.
SO SORRY THIS TOOK SO LONG I had exams this week and yeah. I will update "Sole Mates and Second Chances" next. "Girl Meets Junior Year" after that.
As you can see from the beginning AN, I started this literally last week.
