It was just a normal Thursday morning. Grace Blake Anderson hadn't been to school in a week. A, she is due in 4 weeks. And B, she's huge. 18 and carrying twin boys. Living the dream. However, she had been emailing and video chatting with her teachers. So she wasn't missing the work. She was just missing physical school. Everyday Aaron comes over. To be the dad that he'll know he'll be.
For the past few hours, Grace had been feeling pains. She knew it was nothing. Or was it? Grace was warned that twins come early. She just didn't want to accept it…
What happens next, is expected…
Grace calls Aaron, "Aaron."
"Grace, I'm in history, is it important?" Aaron said.
"Oh just your sons being born."
"I'll meet you at the hospital."
Grace hung up. How did she know she was going into labor? A gush of water…
"Danni, come on." Grace yelled to her sister.
"I'm coming." Danni said.

Aaron was in history. All his teachers new that his girlfriend was pregnant. And that she was going to have twins any minute now. Thankfully, Grace and the history teacher have a great relationship. So she knew that Aaron wasn't kidding.
"Thank you so much." Aaron said.
"Good luck."
"I'll tell Grace that."

"My sister is in labor." Danni said to the nurse.
"Name?" The nurse said.
"Grace Anderson age 18." Danni said.
"You're lucky, we have one privet room left. Follow me." The nurse said.
Danni and Grace follow.

"Grace." Aaron ran into the room. He's next to his girlfriend in a second.
"Dr. Watson, this is Aaron Dawson. My boyfriend and father of the twins." Grace said.
"Dr. Gwen Watson. What's your date of birth and age?" Dr. Watson said.
"June 21, 1996. 17." Aaron said.
"Thank you." Dr. Watson said.

It is now 2:45 PM , Austin and Ally have joined there friends. Grace's mom is on her way and her dad is watching. From heaven.
It has been 6 hours of labor.

5:31 PM, Danni had to go to work. It was an emergency. Grace knew the boys wouldn't be coming anytime soon. She let Danni go. Actually Danni had no choice.

10:18 PM…
"One more, Grace." Dr. Watson said. It was just Grace, her mom, and Aaron, in the room. "And the first one is out"
Dr. Watson holds up a baby boy, "He's beautiful." Grace said. She gives him to another nurse to get cleaned off.
"The second one should be here soon." Dr. Watson said.

10:24 PM…
"Grace, one more." In a few short seconds, a cry can be heard. Grace and Aaron's baby boys have been born. Twin number 2 gets cleaned off.
Dr. Watson and the nurse, Dr. Alexis Lynch, give Grace each a baby boy.
"They look just like you." Grace said. And it's true. The boys could not look any more like Aaron.
"Have you decided on names yet?" Dr. Lynch said.
"Not yet." Aaron said.
"Dr. Watson will be right back. I'll be in the next room over." Dr. Lynch said.
"How about for this one," Aaron said pointing to the boy in Grace's left arm, "Liam Riley Dawson. I know how much we loved that name at Christmas."
"We really did. What about for this one?" Grace said. She's thinking of something. Something that will make someone smile.
"What about, Shane? After your dad." Aaron said.
"Shane Matthew Dawson." Grace's dad died when she was 10. It was really hard on the family. It wasn't because of a car crash. He was building something and something went wrong. To this day, they really don't know what happened.
"Do you guys have names?" Dr. Watson said.
"For the twin in my left arm, Liam Riley Dawson. And for the twin in my right arm, Shane Matthew Dawson." Grace said.
"Those are beautiful names." Dr. Watson said.

What really happened was…
Two identical twin boys were born to teenagers. That didn't matter to them though. It was there "mistake" to do…you know. And now, Grace and Aaron could not be happier.
Liam Riley Dawson, born on May 28, 2015 at 10:18 PM. Weighed 5 lbs. 3 oz. Shane Matthew Dawson, born on May 28, 2015 at 10:24 PM. Weighed 4 lbs. 15 oz.

A week later, Liam and Shane got released from the hospital. At 5 lbs. 13 oz. and 5lbs, 8 oz. they were perfectly healthy.
Now in 3 months, they're moving to Cali. Grace and Aaron already have a place. Just two 18 year olds taking care of twin boys. Oh dear god help them. But they don't need help. The help is in the love that will be shared with Liam and Shane.
