"lets go" she looked at him curiously because of his mood change while he dragged her away.
They soon arrived on the roof. Ichigo placed her backpack at the table up there and let go of her arm. She stared at him "what was that for?" He scowled "I didn't like how they were looking at you... It was disrespectful!" She giggled and nodded. She then took a few steps closer to him and stood directly in front of him, her head meeting his chest. She smiled sweetly "were you jealous?" he awkwardly rubbed the back of his head " ...uh" BANG! The door to the roof slammed open and caused the two too look at who did it. "Oi! I've been calling you for like an hour! BAKA!" He paled. Shiro stared between the two, feeling jealousy course through her body. She looked at Ichigo "who's this?" The mystery woman raised an eyebrow at Shiro "the real question is who the hell are you!" Shiro stared at her and flashed a wicked grin while taking a step closer "talking like that wont make you any friends" the mystery woman narrowed her eyes "I don't need anymore friends. Now leave so I can talk to Ichigo." Shiro faked hurt feelings "but we could be fantastic friends ~ princess" then laughed wickedly. The mystery woman looked at Shiro cautiously then looked at Ichigo. Ichigo stared at Shiro then gently grabbed her arm and pulled her away "be nice. She's my friend." Shiro pulled her arm away from him" then what am I? She was being mean to me and you did nothing" with that, She turned around and crossed her arms, pouting. He groaned and walked to stand In front of her "you're my friend too" she looked away childishly. He sighed and grabbed her chin, pulling her to face him "you're important to me. I'm sorry she was mean to you" she stared at him unsure then nodded. he gave her a rare smile that made her weak in the knees "thank you, now let me introduce you guys" she followed him to the mystery woman who was standing there with an impatient but surprised look on her face.
Ichigo cleared his throat and motioned to the mystery woman.
"this is Rukia, and Rukia this is Shiro" he motioned to Shiro. Rukia raised an eyebrow while Shiro smiled in a seemingly innocent way but there was malice in her eyes. Rukia sighed "whatever. Now I need to talk to you. Alone." Shiro smiled at Ichigo and pointed to the edge of the roof "ill be over there" she then pranced off. Rukia stared at him" do I even wanna know?" He shrugged, staring at the white haired woman as she pranced away. Rukia sighed "we picked up an odd spiritual pressure. It resembles nothing we have ever seen before. Its not strong enough most of the time for our sensors to pick up on but every so often it spikes. Ikkaku and Yumichika will be here tonight. Can they stay with you?" Ichigo groaned "why would they stay with me? I don't have room" Rukia scoffed "you just got a 2 bedroom apartment for this reason specifically" Ichigo stared at her blankly " the room is taken but they can stay in the living room. I have a few extra futon mats" Rukia nodded and was about to speak but Shiro darted over and crashed into Ichigo, trembling. He looked down at her and grabbed her arms softly "what's wrong?" She shook her head and kept her eyes screwed shut. He grabbed her face in both of his hands "talk to me" she opened her eyes and took a shaky breath "A-Akuma" his eyes held a silent rage "is he here" she nodded. He pulled his phone out and texted Senji that Akuma was at the school. He looked at Rukia "we're leaving. Tell me more about the pressure while we walk" she nodded and stared between Ichigo and Shiro.
Ichigo placed an arm around Shiro while they walked down the stairs and out of the school. Akuma smirked and he saw Shiro looking down, then jogged over to her "hey baby girl" Ichigo pushed the small girl behind him "back the Fuck off before I make you" Akuma grinned and tilted his head to the side "you don't know what you're dealing with. With me or the beauty behind you" he felt Shirosaki successfully clawing his way out, he gave up the fight and let his demon out. Shirosaki lunged at the man that hurt his queen and slammed his fist into the unsuspecting mans face "you don't know what the fuck you're dealing with either!" He kept beating the shit out of Akuma until Rukia pulled him off. Akuma stood up and spit out blood and a few teeth "she will always be mine! I claimed her!" Shirosaki Pushed Rukia away and jumped at Akuma yet again but this time Akuma fought back. He punched Shirosaki in the stomach which did nothing to slow him down. Shirosaki laughed wickedly and slammed Akuma's head into the ground a few times, knocking him out. "trash." He looked to Shiro and saw tears streaming down her face while she clenched the edge of her skirt so tightly her knuckles turned pink, he felt pain in his chest at seeing her so broken. Shirosaki pulled her into a tight hug and whispered that she was safe now.. She sniffled and tried to control her emotions " thank you" Ichigo took control of his body again and he placed a hand on her cheek and wiped the tear that was threatening to fall from her long lashes "ill always be here to protect you" she smiled shakily "let's go home" Rukia stood there, dumbfounded at the scene "are you two having sex or something?" Shiro blushed while Ichigo blushed hard and a scowled "who the hell asks a question like that!" Rukia chuckled and started walking to Ichigo's place. They walked in silence.
As soon as they got to Ichigo's place, Senji slammed the door open " did anything happen?" Ichigo nodded "I beat the shit out of him" Senji smirked "good" Shiro went to Ichigo's room to change while Rukia and Ichigo talked about the spiritual pressure.
Shiro decided to take a bubble bath to relax and grabbed a few towels, clothes and headed to the private bathroom attached to ichigos room. She filled the tub with hot water and bubbles then dimmed the lights and got undressed. She happily sank into the water and closed her eyes, quickly falling asleep
*DREAM* she was in the kitchen cooking breakfast when she felt large calloused hands snake around her waist, she turned around and saw ichigo was the one holding her. She smiled sweetly as she stared into his amber eyes, he smiled at her and kissed her forehead then moved down and kissed her nose causing her to giggle. She kissed his cheek then darted off to the other end of the kitchen. He playfully growled and chased after her, soon trapping her In front of the sink. He smirked " I caught you. What's my prize" she tilted her head and smiled "what would you like?" He leaned in and whispered in her ear "you"
She blushed and looked at him, seeing his eyes clouded with lust as he looked at her lips and smirked. She then leaned in close and brushed her lips against his "okay" he nipped at her lower lip and lightly kissed her. She wrapped her arms around his neck and stood on her tip toes to deepen the kiss. Within minutes Ichigo grabbed her tush, lifted her onto the edge of the sink and pulled her shirt off. Moments later they were both naked. He picked her up and loved her to lay her on her back, she arched up at the cold counter. He pushed her flat against the cold counter and smirked then placed light kisses all over her chest and breathed out quietly "I love you" she got the chills as she heard him utter those words. She pulled his face up to hers and kissed him with as much love as she could and wrapped her legs around his hips. He groaned as she slipped out from under him and grinned. He stared at her confused and sat on the counter, she crawled on his lap. He grabbed her hips to guide her down onto him.
*DREAM OVER*
She looked around as she woke up and realized it was only a dream. she sighed.
Ichigo and Rukia were watching tv when they heard the doorbell ring. Ichigo answered the door to see Ikkaku and Yumichika arguing about something ridiculous, as soon as the two saw him they stopped. Ikkaku walked in "took ya fuckin long enough to answer the damn door" Ichigo sighed as Yumichika walked in. Yumichika smiled and waved at Rukia "hello guys, its great to be in such a beautiful town like this" Ichigo raised an eyebrow at the flamboyant man in front of him. Ikkaku went straight To the kitchen for food. Yumichika sighed "such poor manners are not beautiful. Oh and where is the restroom?" Ichigo pointed to the hall bathroom. Ikkaku stared at Ichigo "do you have another bathroom?" He nodded and pointed To his room, forgetting Shiro was in there. Within minutes of Ikkaku barging in, there was a loud scream and an even louder thump. Yumichika, Rukia and Ichigo rushed in to the most hilarious sight ever. Ikkaku was on the ground flailing comically while Shiro was wrapped in a towel and sitting on his chest. She was pouring soap on his face "take that you pervert! Its not good to spy on girls in the bath! You perverted bald man!" everyone burst out laughing, even Ichigo. He walked over to them and pulled Shiro off causing her to flail. The flailing made Ichigo slip on the wet floor. Ikkaku barely got up before he was taken down By a flailing shiro being held by a falling Ichigo. Shiro pouted as they sat on Ikkaku "pervert deserved it!"
About ten minutes later everyone was dressed and in the living room. Ichigo broke the silence "so how long are you guys staying?" They shrugged "until we get called back" he nodded. Shiro leaned closer to Ichigo and whispered "I'm hungry" he nodded "ill cook" Shiro smiled happily "yay!" She thought about cooking and her mind wandered to the dream, she thought 'i wonder what he's like' she blushed and shook her head to rid herself of the thought.
Shiro rubbed her neck and yawned "so what're you guys doing in town? Anything exciting?" Yumichika smiled and looked at her "nothing special, jus visiting Ichigo. You have beautiful pale skin" he got close to her face and stared at her. She giggled "thank you" Ikkaku stared at her "so are you Ichigo's girlfriend?" She smirked "why? Are you gunna be a big ol' pervert again?" He started coughing and turned red as he remembered seeing her in the tub, barely enough bubbles to cover her personal areas. " N-NO!...i was uhh... Just curious" she giggled " and no I'm not his girlfriend...he probably doesnt want someone as uh... Crazy as me" she nods as she points to herself. Yumichika raised a perfect eyebrow "you're crazy? It makes sense. Beauty is a crazy business" she giggled
Minutes later Ichigo walked out with a plate of sandwiches and a bag of chips. Shiro saw it and smiled but Was looking for something else as well. Rukia was studying her "what're you looking for?" Shiro wasn't paying attention. Ichigo held up a plate of cookies above his head so she couldn't reach and looked to rukia "she's looking for sweets. Almond cookies are her favorite" shiro stood up and jumped, trying to reach the plate. She sighed and looked Ichigo up and down "got it!" She wiggled her tush as she prepared to pounce. Ichigo looked at her nervously "w-what're you doing Shiro?" She grinned playfully and pounced on him, she landed on his stomach as he fell and grabbed the cookies, sitting on him while eating happily. Every started laughing while Ichigo groaned. Shiro froze, the cookie an inch away from her mouth "that sound" They all looked confused, Rukia looked at her soul pager "what sound?" Shiro stood up and walked to the window, she looked out and squealed happily. "SENJI!" He darts out of his room "you heard it too?" She nods and runs to the front door, throwing it open "lets go!" They both darted out and down the street. Everyone else followed, surprised at the speed that Shiro and Senji ran at. The two deadmen stopped running when they appeared in front of a large hollow. Ichigo quickly left his body and jumped in front of Shiro, sword drawn. She placed a hand on his arm "what're you doing?" While they were distracted Senji sliced his forearms and decapitated the hollow "dead center!" Shiro saw it and whined "Senjjiiii you killed it" he smirked. Ichigo stared at her "what's going on" Shiro smiled nervously as if she had done something wrong "we.. I ... Ummm... "she took a deep breath and spoke really fast" those things are really fun to fight. At the wonderland we would fight those things if too many of us were dying from our fights" anger flashed in his eyes which caused her to step back as he took a step towards her and grabbed her arms " are you stupid! do you know how dangerous that was! You could have gotten killed. Who the hell goes looking for those things to play with!" She stared at him with wide eyes then pulled away from him "I am not stupid! Where I'm from that was normal! those things are better to kill than my friends!" She turned around and walked away. She was struggling to keep her anger under control as she kept walking. Ichigo watched her walk away and immediately realized how idiotic he was. He didn't know her or anything about her. he took off after her and stopped in front of her so she couldn't go anywhere "I'm sorry ok! I just don't want anything to happen to you." She started to turn around to leave but he grabbed her arm and pulled her close, wrapping his other arm around her waist "I can't let anything happen to you. I failed before with Akuma and I wont fail again. You're too important to me " she looked at him with conflict in her eyes, he could tell she didn't know what to do or think. He took A deep breath, let go of her arm and placed that hand on her hip. He leaned in and kissed her softly, he closed his eyes as he lost himself In the softness of her lips. She blushed like crazy and Shut her eyes, unsure of what to do. She felt his lips against hers and she kissed him back shyly. He pulled her closer and lightly nipped her lower lip as if asking for entrance. She parted her lips and he slid his tongue in, he explored Her mouth and groaned lightly as her tongue brushed against his. He pecked her lips before pulling away, blushing profusely. he smiled and pulled her into a hug that she gladly returned "what was that about ichi?" He nuzzled his face into her hair "I'm not good with words so I used that to show you how I feel" she blushed and nodded. He kept her close to him "I want to know everything about you, your past and your thoughts" she blushed and gave an unsure nod.
Senji grinned at the sight of them together "it's about damn time they got together, we've been Here three and a half months. She deserves to be happy." Yumichika stared at them happily "a beautiful couple" Ikkaku rolled his eyes "eh, he's a lucky man though, she has a fantastic body!" Rukia stayed silent, trying to keep a neutral face so the others wouldn't see her disappointment.
Ichigo dragged Shiro back to the group, her grumbling about not being able to play. Rukia kept glaring at Shiro, she saw the glare and smiled sweetly "you okay Rukia-Chan? It looks like you have something on your mind?" Rukia smiled back "I'm fine... But how could you guys hear a hollow before our scanners picked up on it?" Senji shrugged "it's just something we do" Rukia tapped her chin "I think head captain would like to know about this" Ichigo's eyes widened "why are you bringing them into our business?" Rukia sighed "if there is a way to detect hollows earlier, we need to know" with that said she pulled out her soul pager and dialed her captain, telling him about the two mystery people. Shiro fidgeted " I'm bored. I'm gunna go for a walk" and she was about to dart off it then realized she couldn't move. Rukia smirked "its a Kido that I used, my captain wants to speak to you" Shiro scratched herself and drew blood, the blood essentially dissolved the Kido. She grinned at Rukia "didn't work very well, now did it" Ichigo grabbed her hand "please stay" she sighed and nodded. Within minutes a senkaimon opened, Shiro shifted from foot to foot and stared at the door.
the man that walked out smiled kindly "Hello Rukia" she Smiled and bowed "hello captain...these are the people I told you about" she motioned towards Senji and Shiro. The man looked at the two and smiled "I'm Jushiro Ukitake, its a pleasure to meet you" Shiro smiled happily "you have the same hair as me! Oh and I'm Shiro, this is Senji" she pointed to Senji. He chuckled at her childlike personality " I hope you both don't mind but my boss would like to meet you guys" Ichigo was about to object but Rukia immediately agreed. Jushiro smiled "wonderful! We will leave in the morning so you can pack and get ready" they all went to Ichigo's place to stay the night.
They woke early the next morning to leave. Shiro, Ichigo and Senji had one bag each full of clothes and things they may need. Shiro anxiously stared at the senkaimon, nervous to go through. Ichigo held her hand and gave it a reassuring squeeze "ill be here the whole time" she nervously nodded.
They made it through the tunnel in minutes. Shiro looked around and saw lots of people in the same uniform as Rukia and her friends. Jushiro noticed that Shiro was looking at everyone and everything " ill take you on a tour" he led Shiro and Senji through every division with Ichigo talking to Rukia. Shiro and Senji were paying attention to everything he said. Last on the tour was the head captains office, he led Shiro and Senji in but didn't let anyone else in. The head captain watched them while they stood there "you two are the ones that heard the hollow before our sensors could pick them up. I will have captain Kurotsuchi study you and see if we can update our sensors. That is all, you may leave" they promptly left, Shiro being very unhappy. People had 'studied' her before.
Shiro found Ichigo outside of the door "take me home. I don't wanna be here anymore" he stared at her "what's wrong?" Senji ran a hand through his hair "they want to study us...he sure all hell didn't mean that some guy would just watch us" Ichigo scowled as captain Kurotsuchi walked up "I'm so glad I found my two newest experiments" Ichigo got ready to grab his sword "you aren't touching them" the head captain walked out of his office "Kurotsuchi will do what I asked. He needs to find out why these people are sensitive to hollows." Shiro stood there, angry "I am no longer an experiment and I will not be treated as such" the head captain stared at her, clearly unhappy "you will do as I say or there will be severe punishments" she laughed darkly "what are you gunna do that hasn't already been done, I will do what is necessary to protect myself. If your men get killed in the crossfire then oh well. Their blood will be on your hands" Ichigo smirked at what she said. Captain Kurotsuchi was fuming at the threat and drew his sword. Before anyone could react he swung at Shiro.
