"I can't believe that you have grown up Guardiana. One moment a little sparkling and the next a full grown princess ready to be bonded." Guardiana's nurse said brushing the last bit of Guardiana's metallic hair and pulling the jeweled headband.
"You look beautiful." The nurse finished hugging Guardiana's shoulders.
"Thank you nurse." Guardiana replied hugging her back.
"I hope you have lots of fun and dance your spark out okay?" The nurse said pulling Guardiana to her peds.
"I will. I promise." Guardiana smiled lleaving the room with a huge smile.
She ran down the hall right up to the kings balcony.
"Sire." Guardiana's sire turned around and stood in awe.
"Guardiana you look absolutely stunning." He said.
Guardiana held back of delight as she hugged her father.
"Thank you sire." He replies.
"Shall we." He holds out his servo for her to take.
"Yes." She takes his hand gingerly as they make their way to the edge of the balcony.
Two guards stood ready on either side of the two. Another pair was posted on either side of a curtain that was ready to revile the king and the princess.
The king stopped a few steps away from the designated spot and took Guardiana's servos in his.
"Guardiana."he started.
Guardiana's pulse accelerated ever so slightly.
"Yes?" She replied.
"Are you ready to meet your bond mate?"
'No.' Was the reply that Guardiana wanted to say. Her free servo trailed up to the necklace that Vector had given her.
"Yes sire. I am ready." She replied bowing.
The king let go of her servo and step foward first. The curtain was drawn back and everyone below the balcony bowed in respect for their king.
"Rise." The king boomed. All of his subjects obeyed and watched him intently.
He stayed silent for a few moments before continuing.
"Joyous citizens." He started. "Tonight is the night that present to you your future Queen." At this sentence the Primes entered bowing and slightly cursing themselves for being late. "My daughter Princess Guardiana." A round of applause went up as the king held out his servo to Guardiana.
Shakily she took it, the applause died down and the room went silent waiting to see what the princess would look like.
Guardiana stepped into their line of view making sure she held her chin up. She stepped up the edge of the balcony.
"Good Cybertronians, I promise to carry on my Sire's ways and continue to have peace in Hellesta."
Cheers and applause went up from the crowd. Vector from where he was standing couldn't really see Guardiana but he could hear her angelic voice casting a spell over the crowded ball room.
The king held up his servos for silence. "Tonight we shall also introduce Princess Guardiana's future bond mate. Prince Sunblaster of the kingdom of Tither Pax (Tiger pax in future) our neighbor to the west. The kingdoms from which these two shall rule shall unite us bringing peace forevermore.
There was applause again and cheers again. "I am proud to present Prince Sunblaster." The king gestured towards the entrance and standing before the crowd was a mech that was so bright he looked like a sun. He armor was bright yellow with details of orange and red up his arms and legs. His helm was shaped with a crown that came up into a little hill.
'Is this why Guardiana had said if only?' Vector thought feeling a sinking in his spark.
Guardiana took one look at the prince and thought, 'why couldn't I be with Vector.'
"Go Guardiana." She turned and saw her father gesture for her to go up to him.
All she could do was nodd as she walked to the top of the stair case right into the line of view for Vector.
*Vector'sPOV*
I saw her. Standing at the top of the elegant stair case. Her armor white with gold accenting all of her delicate framework. A long silver cape trailing behind her. Her matalic hair dancing behind her and a small but stunning headdress gave her an angelic look.
The prince stood at the bottom of the stair case and held out his servo. She looked down hesitantly but then made her way down. She took his servo and he led her to the dance floor.
When she saw me her optics widened and a small smile appeared at the edge of her lips. I felt my face plate heat up.
That's when I made up my mind. I quickly sped up time. The song ended and they bowed to each other. I see Guardiana sneak a look at me her violet optics meeting mine.
I start to head over to her when I hear Megatronus call for me.
"Vector where are you going?" He asks.
I simply smirk to him and reply. "To thank our host."
I approach Guardiana and hold out my servo to her. She looks at it septically but then sees the Prince flirting with another femme at the drink stand. She smiles and takes my servo. A slow song begins to play and we begin to dance to the beat.
"I see you kept my gift." I say to her.
She blushes and looks down. "I did. It matched." She replied.
"Come with me." I whisper pulling her closer.
"Okay." She replies.
We continue to dance outside out into the garden where no optics followed. We stopped in front of the flower rooms.
"Okay you took me out here why are we here?" She ask putting her servos on her hips.
"Shh..." We quickly hide as guards pass by.
When they are at a far enough distance we came out from where we hidden. I turn to check if there were any more guards coming down the path.
Nothing.
"Princess they're g-" I turn to find Guardiana gone.
"Your Majesty?"
"It's Guardiana. Ana for short." She says.
I do a quick turn around and see nothing. I heard her but didn't see her.
I hear her laugh. "Look up."
I do as she says and see her on top of the flower house. Sitting casually legs crossed chin resting on her servo.
"How did you get up there?" I ask.
She stand up. "That's need to know and right now you don't need to know." She smirks at for the last part.
"You know. I didn't know you could act so..."
"Undignified?" She tries. "You think just because I'm a Princess that I just act like that all the time. Ugh. That is just so typical from those who don't know me." She growls pacing back and forth across the roof of the house.
"Please come down from there." I say starting to worry.
"Why should I?" She asks jumping off the roof. I rush to catch her but she simply does a back flip and lands perfently on her peds.
"I'm not helpless." She says giving me a smirk.
"Then why act like it?" I ask.
Her smirk fades. "You know what." she starts as she draws her sword from her side.
How did I not notice she has a sword on her side? Why is she carring a sword?
"If your wondering why I have a sword, its for protection. Now draw your princess comands you." she orders.
'This will not end well.' I think to myself as I draw my own sword.
