Chapter 6 Opposites::Servant

AN: Sooooooo hey giys! Sorryabout making you wait so long! You never know when I will loose interest for like a month (As you know I've done it before for a longer period of time xD )

OMG KANDA'S CHAPTERS ARE GOING TO GET LONGER AND MORE INTERESTING :D SO HAPPY! SO EXCITING AND I JUST CAN'T HIDE IT! And now my companions are wondering why i just burst out into that song ^_^ Well have fun with this wonderful thing! :D

Cana99- Aw man! You're excited now? The exciting part hasn't even begun! This isn't even the pre-exciting part! It's more like the eve of the eve of the pre-exciting part! xD

Lily- Lol it was nighttime when i read it but is morning time now as i write this! Tahnkyou, motivation is indeed wonderful!

Allen- Is this a happy chapter for me? :D

Alice- You're not in this chapter! Sorry Allen!

Allen- I don't get reunited with Kanda yet?

Kanda's P.O.V Age 10

Tiedoll was traveling to a town apparently because the was a certain cottage and swamp he wanted to draw. The only reason I cam along was because said swamp had lotus flowers in it. I don't know why but they interest me, but they do. Maybe its that they rise from the mud. There's more to them that meets the eye.

"Yuu!~ We're almost there! I'm going to need you to go get a few supplies for me from the town!" I growled.

"What kind of supplies?" annoyed I glared at my father.

"I need some more water colors, maybe a few more oil pastels, Pink, yellow, brown, green... on second thought just get all the colors!" He seemed over joyed at the idea of having all the colors. I hopped off the cart with the money he'd given me and made my way to the art shop. On the way I noticed an angry crowd. Curious I took a closer look. I saw that the crowd was spitting insults, throwing things and being cruel to two identical girls. I was going to just continue walking but then i saw a certain Moyashi in my head begging me to go help them. I sighed and stepped into the crowd.

"You leave these girls alone? What could they've possibly done to deserve this?"

A random townsman called out "They're witches! Every 100 hundred year identical girls are born and bring havoc upon this town! You'd better not stand so close!" I rolled my eyes and thought of a plan.

"O-oh no! The witches have taken control of me! Hurry, run and stay away from them or else they'll get you too!" I suddenly jerked my arm towards the crowd and they ran off screaming. I just smirked at how gullible they were. I turned around tho greet the girls. I saw one of the girls covering the other. She appeared to be very sick. "Hey, don't let people pick on you and you sister while I'm gone okay. I'll be right back and I'll take you guys home." I said.

"Th-thank you." She whispered.

"Don't thank me, thank that damn Moyashi." She looked confused but I just walked into the art shop. I picked all the supplies Tiedoll asked for. Then I noticed the weary looks I was getting. "If you're going to stare at me at least be subtle about it." Everybody looked away immediately except one huge guy who was eating ice cream. "Did you not hear me? Look away, go find something better to do than to drool over little boys!" He smirked and walked out the door. I bought what I need and went back to the girls. the sick one asked,

"What's your name?"

"Its Kanda."

"Oh, well mine's Angela, and this is my sister Sophia." I just che'd and continued to walk with them to their home. Once we got to the woods I started wondering where in the world these girls lived.

"Oi. Where is this place anyways?"

"We live in a cottage in the forest. Because We've been exiled. The only person in the town that knows that we're not actually witches is our grandfather. He comes to visit us every so often." Sofia said struggling to help Angela along.

"Here get on my back." He said to Angela. They complied. "What about your parents?"

"When mamma died daddy started acting real weird. Then he left without a word. After that we went to live with a grandfather." Angela said hoarsely.

"Sorry." I said.

"That's alright. Anyways, our cottage is just over this hill." Once over said hill I saw Tiedoll sitting right there sketching the cottage and swamp. There was a lack of lotus flowers though.

"Who are you? Leave us be!" Sophia shouted.

"Its alright, he's my.. father." Tiedoll got stary eyed and clung to me.

"Oh Kanda! You've finally acknowledged me as your father! I'm so touched!" He was being weird and it was kind of embarrassing.

"Yeah yeah, now get off!" I shoved him off and shrugged Angela off of my back.

"What are you doing here?" Sophia asked sheltering Angela.

"Well I was under the impression this cottage was abandoned. An old friend of mine lived here. I heard of her death recently, though.

"Yes, the old woman did die. She was the town witch before us. But the day we were born she died. Her sister had already been dead for a few years though. She was our great great grandmother." Angela said sadly, Tiedoll offered his condolences.

"Well I will have to come back tonight if I want to get the lotus! They should bloom tonight." He said as he left.

Tiedoll and I headed to the inn. he asked me why they kept on getting frightful looks and I told him it was because he had red paint on his head, when truthfully it's because the townspeople from the crowd gossiped about my "possession".

I woke up to the sound of celebration. Who is up this early? Tiedoll came rushing into the room. He had a grim apologetic look on his face.

"What's wrong? Why the long face? Not like I care but you're usually all jumpy and happy."

"Its Angela and Sophia." I jumped out of bed and put on my clothes and was out the door in record time.

I ran down the way the crowd was going. Finally I made my way to the attraction. There was Sophia burned to a crisp on a stake and Angela face down in the swamp. I quickly made my way to Angela.

"Angela wake up! What the fuck is wrong with you people? Did you honestly believe they were witches? How could you do something this cruel to two small children?" I felt tear pricking at my eyes. If Allen knew I let this happen he'd be disappointed in me. "They were just two innocent girl!" I screamed at the towns people.

"What do you mean? You were possessed by them! Of course they're witches!" I saw red at that moment.

"NO! I WAS ACTING SO YOU WOULD LEAVE THEM ALONE!" I roared. "They're only playing the witch role so the town will feel better! Knowing that all the reasons that something goes wrong can be blamed on one person, that's the purpose of the witch! Now who will you blame?Your next victims won't be born for another 90 years! Are you going to kill them too?"

"Hey kid, we didn't kill them. I mean obviously someone did but we only know that the grandfather came into town early this morning screaming bloody murder! We assume it was him who did it. Either that doesn't matter! They are witches, and now no more bad things will happen!" The crowd cheered. I felt nothing but pure disgust. I saw something by their bodies out of the corner of my eye. A puddle of melted ice cream. Ina trail? I followed said path into a clearing where I saw the guy from the art shop?

"You! Did you kill them?!" I yelled to him.

"They weren't sweet enough. I like sweets, do you?" I smirked when he pulled out a sword.

"Absolutely despise them." With a monstrous grin on my face a charge him.

Just as we're about to clash swords a man dressed in jeans with suspenders over a torn white-ish long-sleeved shirt blocked both of our swords with two of his own. I couldn't see his eyes due to the thickness of his glasses. I got chill bumps at the speed and accuracy this guy showed. I didn't even know he was here, and we're in the middle of a clearing!

"The Lord Millennium requires your presence Skin." The man said.

"Let me just kill the boy!"

"Skin Bolic, The earl needs us right NOW." In a fit of rage the man pushed the bolder sized man off his feet and to the ground, "They will have a sweets bar with your name on it." At that the man began walking away mumbling about sweets.

"If you know what's good for you girly boy, you'll not mess with someone like him. Be glad I spared your life." The mysterious man said and then he was gone.

AN: Chapter Summary

-Kanda meets twin girls and"befriends" them xD

-Kanda meets Skin and mysterious ("mysterious") guy

SO I decided Kanda gets his own chapter :D I'd say it was pretty eventful :)
