This is the second part of 'Truth, an old relationship. P.3'

Noctis was bored. He was siting with his back to the table and eating his lunch, he was day dreaming and wished that time would go fast for a moment. Ever since he put lightnings life in danger that time, he decided to give her, her space.

Noctis whispered to himself "Damn you Pr-"

"Hey! Get back here you two!". There was a yell from around the corner which caused Noctis to look up at where it was coming from and saw Zack and Cloud running for their dear lives while lightning was catching up to them. They jumped over trash cans, slid over tables, and pushed past other obstacles. Noctis snickered.

-that looks like fun- he thought to himself

"What are they doing!" A student said

"They look like bloody morons"

"I don't know how they became so popular. What a bunch of bloody little sh-!"

"Enough Seifer" Cecil approached

"Popularity has nothing to do with it" noctis yelled

Everybody looked to Noctis, he got up and slung his bag on his back before putting his hands in his pockets and walking off.

"What was that about?" Seifer spoke to the group

"Probably what you said!" Cecil replied. After a short lived moment the group began to laugh and went back to idle conversation.

Noctis was walking away from the 'cool kids' that were now laughing. He turned the corner and saw a shadowy figure from the bush patch beside him. He sighed. "Gladiolus what are you doing?" He asked. The small bush patch moved showing a big lad, gladiolus smiled "hi noct".

"Why are you stalking people?" Noctis asked crossing his arms, waiting for an answer

"I..im not" gladiolus stuttered

Noctis rolled his eyes "i saw you stalking lightning and Firion on the first day back and have constantly seen you jumping in and out of these bushes!".

"Oh.. Um.. I-" gladiolus started before getting interrupted

"You could always talk to them you know, they wont bite" noctis spoke in a calm collective voice.

"U-uh yeah" gladiolus nervously rubbed the back of his head.

Gladiolus is a childhood friend of Noctis, he only just transferred from his old school mid way last year. Gladiolus has short straight dark hair, but is quite tall and muscular. His full name his Gladiolus Amicitia, his family has protected the Lucis royalty for many generations and is very loyal to Noctis.

"Come'n Glad, ill sit with you" noctis suggested, "thank you Noct", "dont mention it" noctis smiled.

Shift to Lightning

Lightning was tapping her foot against the floor impatiently as she looked up to the two boys in the tree.

"Get down here now Strife" lightning roared causing cloud to lose his footing and break of a branch.

"Yeah, get down there Strife!" Zack said looking up at Cloud who was about three branches higher.

"Shut it Fair" lightning steered up at zack

"She's last naming us cloud, thats not good" zack shuddered

"Well keep you mouth shut Zack" Cloud looked away from lightning and glanced at zack for a mere second then directed his eyes back to where lightning was standing only to find she was not there.

-oh no where is she- cloud spoke in his mind, he looked round to the possible places lightning could have gone only to feel breathing at the back of his neck.

"Got you!" Lightning whispered

Cloud and Zack looked back in horror...

Many moments of that day went past which felt like hours to the two young boys.

'In loving memory of Cloud Strife and Zack Fair. Two beloved boys who frankly broke several bone on this unfaithful day, in whic-'

"Oh grow up" lightning rolled her eyes when she watched the two young boys in grave a R.I.P status on the base of the tree.

"We need to write this down as a memory!" Zack said earning a smack behind the head from Lightning. Both boys were lying on their stomach with one of their elbows leaning on the floor to help support them when there other arm was writing the 'moment'. They began carving into the wood once more.

'In which. The beast Lightning Farron un lovingly beat them up-' lightning rolled her eyes at her name and grabbed both of their ears.

"Ow owww" both boys said in unison. Lightnings eyes were like red blood as she stared at them.

"Whats with... Beast?" She growled

"Cloud quick lets run!" Zack yelled slapping her hand away and again running away with cloud. The chase began once more.

-Skip-

Finally the final bell went for last session. Music.

The music teacher is very laid back and constantly spends most of her time on her phone. This year there was only 5 students in lightnings music class, these-five~ lucky students consisted of: lightning (of course), Tifa, Aerith, Cloud, and... Noctis (afhsgwjh) :3

The five sat their in idle silence, staring of into space. The music room was quite small, enough to fit in 4 amps, one set of drums, a desk, two couch's (yes there are couch's), a piano, and some guitars and bases hung up on the ceiling.

"Ms what should we be doing?" Aerith broke the silence and immediately everyone looked at the teacher. "Hmm well, practice i guess. There are some competitions this year, so i guess you should start writing some songs, or doing those things called covers" the teacher spoke not once taking her eyes of her phone.

-i thought this school was supposed to be a good school- noctis thought as he rolled his eyes at the teacher.

-first the english teacher, always being hangover, now the bloody music teacher- lightning slouched further into the couch.

Tifa jumped up and dusted her skirt of "Well~ how about we go and practice" tifa smiled. Both boys shrugged, "i guess, lets go" aerith stood up holding a hand out for lightning to take it. Lightning reluctantly throw her hand out and grabbed aerith's hand. "Only if i have dibs on the guitar" lightning silently put. "There can be more than one guitar you know light" tifa smiled at how stubborn lightning can be. Cloud got up "i can play the second guitar" he smiled, "great!" Tifa replied.

Noctis closed his eyes and ran his hand through his hair, once he opened them he saw that everyone was staring at him. Tifa slightly bent over so her face was the same level as his, aerith was standing with her hands behind her back, cloud had his behind his head and lightning was standing with her arms folded.

"W-what" noctis spoke staring at Tifa

"Well~ we need a drummer" Tifa winked at Noctis

"Oh.. right" noctis got up and walked with the rest of them to the practice room. After each person set up their equipment they spoke about what song they should choose.

"Oh hell no, not some gay crap" lightning spoke, she was no way gonna do some gay song sung by a girly gay boy band.

Cloud spoke following on from what lightning had said "I agree with light, no girly boy songs or lovey dovey crap" lightning looked over to cloud. "Doesn't it make you just want to roll your eyes so far back you see your brain" she said. "Yeah! Id like to go up to those gay boy bands and say "screw you and your pathetic face!"". Cloud and lightning kept bickering about boy bands while the others silently watched.

-Man what is it with teachers today! They dont know how to teach and the something like this happens- noctis sighed

"Oh boy, i better break this up" tifa rubbed her fore head. "Ok guys enough wasting time!" Cloud and lightning both looked at her and said in unison

"Time Spent Wasted Is Not Wasted Time!" Then they went back to bickering. Noctis had had enough and went on his phone.

Noctis was shocked when he read that message, he could believe that lightning had messaged him. -Does she know what really happened" noctis thought.

After music class Lightning went to her locker to grab her book and found a little white letter. Lightning opened the letter.

-Dear Light

Thanks for my headphones, can we talk! I have something to tell you!

-From Noctis

Lightning wrote a quick letter and forced it into the gap of Noctis locker.

-Bell goes-

Like allways Tifa left and said goodbye to Aerith and Lightning when it was time to go home. The other two continued forward when Aerith asked about Lightnings day. Lightning told Aerith everything about her and Noctis, the laughing, the art, and the staring. Aerith and Lightning had a good laugh together.

"So did you forgive Noctis?" Aerith questioned

Lightning looked at her with one eyebrow raised "would you?"

Aerith placed a finger on her lip and thought about it for a moment "hmm... Maybe... Then again i guess not, especially seeing as he could have killed someone".

"Thats what i thought" lightning spoke.

-Maybe one day we can be friends again- she spoke in her mind.

Thats it for todayyy,

as for the 'time spent wasted is not wasted time' bit, i felt like putting that in because my brother said that for his graduation book under his photo and i was just so funny and stupid.

I apologise for my bad grammar and spelling. Also the part with the music teacher being on her phone all the time was actually true at my school lol she wasnt our everyday teacher she was just a relief but the best relief ever.
