Looking at the food in front of him, Lavi gave a yawn.

"Cover your mouth when yawning."

"Yes ma'am!" Lavi squeaed before eating more of his breakfast. The food was better than Jerry's!

Finishing up his food, something wet rubbed against his face, causing
him to jump. He looked up to see Deak smiling, with a cloth in his
hands. Days turned into weeks, turned into months, of Lavi being with
his family again. He almost forgot it's his memories. Deak climbed up
into a tree that looked out to their home.

"Come on Lavi! You can see everything from up here!" Deak called down to his brother. Lavi gave a bright smile, then started climbing up the tree. Reaching his brother, he looked out towards his home.

(Outside Lavi's memory)

Deak gently picked Lavi up out of the bed, bridal style. Footsteps came running down the hall.

"Intruders: Heading to the hospital wing. I repeat-AAAHHHH"' There was silence until they heard a sickly sweet voice.

"Hello, nasty little limbs." The Earl's voice came out the overhead.

"You have something that's mine. I'm here to take it back."

Another moment of silence.

"See you soon, Deak-Chan, Lavi-Chan!" Road's voice came from the overhead. Deak laughs to himself. Heading down the hall, he could feel every tiny twitch Lavi gave. He heard Lavi murmuring under his breath.

"We're almost there Lavi." The footsteps from earlier were coming closer. Sighing, Deak turns to look at the exorcist in front of him.

"Lavi?" Allen shouts. Chills started running down his spine as he feels the heated glare that was shot at him.

"I told you before, it's Deak."

(Lavi's memory.)

Light blinded his eyes, as he sat up.

"Hey sleepy head." Lavi looks to Deak, he suddenly pounced at him squeezing him. "Promise, never to leave me alone. Please." His shoulder started dampening.

"I promise." As they separated, they heard screaming. They both looked to the house. Seeing strange people there.

"Mom!" They both shouted.

(Outside his memory.)

"Guh." Lavi whined. Bringing him closer, Deak started back at
Allen. Looking to Lavi, Allen gasped, not believing his eyes.

Crosses covered Lavi's forehead. Wet tracks trail down Allen's face. He understood, he knew what was happening. Looking to Deak, he whispered.

"Protect him." Closing his eyes, he de-activated his innocents.
Leaning Lavi against the wall, Deak walked toward Allen.

"Always." Hitting the right pressure points, Allen falls to the ground, passed out.

"Thank you, for watching over him." He picks Lavi up, and goes to
meet with the others.

(Inside memory)

Making it to the house first, Lavi starts searching for his mother.

"Mom! Where are you?!" Running from room to room, searching. Going into the kitchen, he screams.

"Lavi what is i-" There on the wall, is their mother, arms streached
out, shirt striped off- facing the wall with 'We found you, NOAH,' on
her back. Deak grabbed his elbow, dragging Lavi out of the room. Only
running into a room on fire.

"Help! Please! My brother and I are trapped!" Lavi grabbed his brother and cried. He feels like he justgot his family back and now he's losing it in front of him. All of a sudden he blacked out. "

Lavi"

He doesn't move.

"Lavi."

Still nothing.

"Damn it! Wake up!" Picking Lavi up, he notices crosses forming on his forehead.

"He's becoming a Noah." Looking up, Deak see's an old man, who looks to be in his seventy's.

"Who are you?"

The old man looks at the two boys. "I am no one, but people call me Bookman."

Suddenly Deaks grabs Bookman's shoulder. "Please, save my brother." Bookman gives him a sad look, shakes his head, and gives him a book. "Find me in the next town over, after you use this." A piece of the roof fell down, missing the old man, but separated him from the boys.

"Good luck." He says and he's gone. Deak picks Lavi up and runs out of the house, heading to the forest. Opening the book, he does what it says.

"Rufe, da aljan da ke tsiro a ciki. Toba a saki a cikin shekara masu yawa. Don ajiye ta auna. Don ajiye toauna. Don Allah a kare wannan matasarai." (Concluding, the demon grows inside. To be released in many years. To keep the balance. To save to measure. Please protect this young life.)

Searing pain shoots though Lavi right eye.

"AHHHH." Deak watches in amazement as the crosses disappear from Lavi's forehead. What happened next, scared him. His body was disappearing.

"So this is my payment huh." Looking at Lavi, he smiled. "It's worth it, if I got to save you, little bro."

Hugging Lavi, He whispered.

"I'll never leave you, I'd promise."

(Outside Lavi's memory)

Road and the Earl waited on the roof for their family members.

"Ah! Deak!" Road shouted, when they came into sight.

"Hello, Road."

She pulls Deak down gently and kisses him. "Let's go home."

-In the Ark.-

"We're back!" Road shouted. Tyki looked up, to see his niece holding onto a red heads hand. "Is that... Eye patch-chans?" Before he could take another breath, a hand was wrapped around his
necked. "You're lucky you're my little brothers mate, of I would've killed you by now."

~My friend edited the last chapter! It's so much better now! Also, I have decided to pick up this story again. I'll try to fix it up. Please be calm with me.~
