Well that's enough of an author's notes on with chapter 5.
Sata Tower
Kuto and Dave entered the main office and Kuto looked at the photos of his great grandfather, his grandfather and his father before he said "Dave I know you're going to say it, so come on and say it."
Dave said "Sir you going after Kim Possible like this is going to hurt us. How bad a hit do you think the stock will take by the end of the day? How much money we'll lose. Not to mention what the public reaction to this will be and the political reaction. Like it or not Kim Possible is a person people like and people who go against her lose and they lose big."
Kuto said "Which means she is overconfident and has a lot more to lose. Besides she never faced a Sata before. Ask yourself Dave what my father would do. Do you think he'd let someone like Kim Possible intimidate him, she wouldn't intimidate him and she won't intimidate me either."
Dave merely said "I hope your right or at worse we could lose the company. Oil companies have already had people try to kill you before as your green energy policy in China cost them millions potentially billions when they stopped polluting and started to tackle global warming. I just don't want to see the son of one of my best friends die a young man."
Kuto said "That won't happen Dave. Now I want a meeting with the board later today, we are also going to arrange a meeting the department heads in the morning and I want an update on Project Energy on the Sata Reactor by tonight. Tomorrow afternoon I'm meeting with the mayor and district attorney and I'm going to have the DA files charges against Kim Possible for attempted murder."
Dave nodded and left the room as Kuto looked at the photos of his family and knew in his heart they'd support him if they were alive and that he was doing the right thing.
Middleton Possible Residence
Kim Possible and her family were shocked as they had watched Kuto Sata's press conference. Her father had already contacted their lawyer in preparation for what Kuto was planning to do and Kim at the moment was in her room and contacted Wade.
The young hacker said "What do you need Kim?"
The heroine replied "I want you to look up Kuto Sata and see if he has any connections to any of my enemies or any criminals at all and what is his connection to Shego aside from being lovers with that green freak."
Wade was shocked to hear Kim say that about Shego and did as he was asked, in a few minutes he had the information Kim wanted and said "Kuto Sata has no connection to any of your enemies besides Shego. He funded Team Go and built their tower, he was an old friend of the family and as we know they were lovers for several years before they broke up. Doesn't say why though. Kuto Sata is clearly a legitimate businessman."
Kim said "Give me the details of his past then what's he been up to since he funded Team Go."
Wade said "Here's a news report from Go-City recently that can give you his background.
A video appeared on Kim's computer screen and when she clicked on the screen the video played.
A news reporter for Go City News said "There are movie stars, there are rock stars and there are sports stars. But there is only one Kuto Sata. The mega billionaire is Go City's biggest celebrity who is known for his wealth and charity work. Tonight we take a look at the CEO of Sata Industries. The son of Lisa and Patrick Sata, Kuto grew up a beloved son and had a great education at the best schools in the city, while the country struggled due to the oil crisis when Kuto was but a baby. His parents worked hard to help those less fortunate. At age 18 a moment of tragedy ruptured his life and set on an unexpected path. Kuto Sata's parents were killed along with their driver when they were coming from a party as a drunk driver hit their car and left them behind as he drove off and still to this day, hasn't been caught. It was Kutos great grandfather Liu Sata who established what is now Sata Industries and turned Go City from a small farming town into an urban metropolis. In his position as CEO Kuto Sata has influence over the entire city. With the death of his parents Kuto used his now majority stock in the company to take control of the corporation. With his authority he secured his position as CEO and made old family friend Dave Anderson the Chief Operating Officer which many say is one of the best moves the young 32 year old man ever made. He has tackled global warming and his company's latest invention the Sata Filter which has erased the pollution over Bejing and made China into a green energy nation and earned him millions of dollars. 7 years ago Kuto Sata denounced President Bush and his war on terror. He then moved to China and is doing what he can to help people all over the world by tackling world hunger. Some people in the company are critical and think Sata's charity could bankrupt the corporation which has been a staple in the city for over 100 years and would plunge Go-City into a depression with one stock analyst calling for the board to remove Kuto as CEO."
Kim said "Hes a rich man who does what he can to help the planet but he dares to call me a criminal like Drakken, Monkey Fist and Gemini."
Wade didn't reply as Kim shut off the computer and went to bed determined not to let Kuto Sata get to her.
Middleton General Hospital
Shego didn't know where she was at the moment all she knew was that she was somewhere dark and that was taking a trip down memory lane. Specifically she was reliving her past as a member of Team Go and her romance with Kuto Sata.
She had already relived the meteor hitting the tree house now she was reliving the night she woke up in hospital after the comet hit.
Flashback 15 years ago Go-City Hospital
Sarah woke up with a start and gasped, she looked around and saw she was not at the tree house and in Go City Hospital and at her bedside were Kuto's parents Patrick and Lisa.
Patrick smiled and said "Great to see your awake Sarah, your tree house was hit by a comet. You, your brothers and Kuto all fine just a few broken bones from the fall off the tree aside from that you're all fine."
Sarah looked around and asked "Where are my parents are they with my brothers?"
Patrick and his wife as Sarah asked again "Where are they Patrick?"
Lisa answered "Sarah the comet hit your tree house, Your parents didn't make it Sarah. I'm so sorry."
As she heard this Sarah burst into tears and Kuto's parents hugged her just as Kuto himself entered the room with his left arm in a sling and also hugged Sarah.

Go City Sata Manor
Richard Garner entered the basement level and saw the TV had on the news reports of Kuto's press conference earlier today, a majority of people worldwide especially in America thought Kuto was wrong to go after a hero like Kim Possible while people in Go City defended the actions of the city's favourite son.
He then saw his boss nearby putting a mask over his head and ask his head of security with a voice modulator to protect his true identity "How do I look Richard?"
Richard smiled and honestly said "Like a true hero sir."
Kuto smirked under his mask and brought up all the recent info on Eclipse on a nearby laptop including most recent sightings by the Go-City Police since the criminals escape from prison.
Kuto then used his super speed and was gone looking for the killer, at the moment Eclipse was the priority for Kuto and Team Go at the moment.
