there is something that has been bothering me a lot about the phandom that i wanted to discuss with you guys :

i just wanna put it out there: im not here to judge.
if you do ship phan , and you dont step over the line, and youre not mean or disrespectful , then that is completley fine . youre allowed to have your own opinion .
but i dont get it, i just dont.
why? why are people obseesed with love and romance and putting everyone under a microscope?
i personally really love and admire ( not in the creepy way XD ) and respect dan and phil , as human beings . as them . and i think they are really funny ans smart and creative and nice and i think they really do care about us " fans" , and they really help me feel better when i'm sad or scared , and they have truly made my life better , but i don't get why people need to step over that line and put them under a microscope , and analize every step they make , and everything they say , and try to figure out things that if dan or phil wanted us to know , they would have told us.
why do people have to make everything about romance? why can't someone just be friends with someone without people assuming things about them?
i just feel like it can get really disrespectful and like it can really invade peoples personal space .
i obviously don't really know dan and phils opinion , since i haven't been fotunate enough to meet them , but i can tell you what i feel.
i feel like all the comments about how dan and phil HAVE TO be together , and all the "proff phan is real" videos and all the talk abot how dan or phil are dating cat or whatever , and the fans that are just not very nice about everything , and the things " fans " say to other fans who don't ship them , its just too much . and it is ruining things about the phandom we all love.
so i'm asking you guys to respect the people you love. please dont step over the line.
and im also asking you guys to explain why people are so obseesed with romance? why does everything have to be about romantic relationships and whos dating who?
