I DON'T UNDERSTAND! I SWORE I WOULD DO THIS LAST SUMMER BUT NOOO! HERE I AM IN FALL! WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME! GAH! I just died inside T-T Anyways, I don't own Shugo Chara, ENJOY!
Tears stung my eyes. I didn't care that the salty drops where flying onto nearby people. In school I may have been the "cool and spicy" chick, but that only made the skin under my shell softer and much more sensitive.
My running turned into a sprint. I wasn't the fastest person in the school, but I was probably running faster than anybody else in all of Seiyo. I don't know why I was running. Running away from Nadeshiko? Running towards Utau?
Running away from myself?
I'm eleven and I was already in the role of one of those annoying shoujo manga girls (without the large boobs).
Without thinking I ran into Utau. Before the blonde could complain I hugged her. The tears in my eyes began to drown out my common sense as I just cried into her dress like a baby. From the feeling of her dress' fabric, I could tell she raised her arm. I flinched, afraid she'd smack me, but instead she pet my pink hair.
"Your getting my dress wet," she muttered. I release her from my koala hug, still sniffling. I was surprised by her actions. I expected her to scoff at me or make an excuse to leave, but she just stood there, waiting for me to gain my composure. After a few seconds of sniffling, my tears stopped coming out of my eyes. Utau still didn't talk. Was it possible she, Ms. "I'm so cool", was also thrown off by a few tears? The egg in my bag began shaking violently/ However, I put it aside since I was still shaking a bit, too.
"Are you done?" she asked, being rude once more. It was my turn to be shocked. She was so gentle just seconds ago. I sighed. Good things must come to an end, I guess. I nodded. "So you remember the Embryo we talked about earlier?" I nodded again. "You see, to get these, we need to check through dozens of things called X-eggs. Do you have any special talents?"
I thought on it and came to a blank. I sighed. I was truly useless.
I opened my mouth to answer her question, but another, high-pitched voice answered for me.
"C-cooking..."
Before I could blink, the green egg flew into the air, shaking madly.
'Crack, crack, crack.'
Out of the egg came a chef, maid hybrid with lettuce green hair. Her bangs covered her hair. She turned to Utau.
"Erm, Amu is good at cooking. If that helps..."
I gawked. I couldn't cook! I burn water when I boil it! I bit the bottom of my lip. I saw what 'magic' Miki and Ran had. Maybe this chara would help her with cooking?
Utau thought over it. She looked to the left. I wish I had a chara who could read minds.
"Come back here tomorrow."
'Again?' I wondered. 'Don't all organizations have a base like the Guardians?' I didn't voice my opinion, nodding instead. We both went our separate ways. I turned to my newest chara who was facing her feet.
"Hey, what's your name?"
She jumped a bit, somehow tripping in the air. She cried.
"I'm sorry," she sniffled. "My name is... Saori."
OKAY! So, to all me 'fans' (if I even have any), check my profile to see what I'm updating. So far, a majority of my ff are on hiatus. KK, time to start the next chappie. SEE YOU NEXT SEASON!
