Let's go back to the present…
"Let's go back to Pretty Top, shall we?" Leo said.
Everyone agreed.
As everyone gathered, Kyoko called the Harune family.
"Leo, you're alive!" Omi said as she hugged the said character with tears in her eyes. In fact, the whole family was in tears.
"Yes I am mom." Leo hugged her back.
After a heartfelt reunion, they all stopped.
"Now, about Ho- Christopher." Takato said.
"What about him?" Rizumu asked.
"Well you see…" Mary started.
"Wouldn't it be better if I told her?" A voice asked.
"What will you tell me Christopher?" Rizumu asked.
"My real name is Hotaru Amamiya." Hotaru admitted.
"Wait what?" Rizumu asked. "I have a brother?"
Hotaru nodded. Everyone gasped with the exception of Leo, Takato and Mary.
"You see I got lost. I was raised inside an orphanage and I distanced myself from you guys." He explained.
"Why didn't dad tell me about you?" Rizumu asked.
Hotaru shrugged. "You mad?"
"Mad?" Rizumu laughed. "I'm so happy that I have a big brother!"
"Eh? Really?" He asked.
She nodded.
"You should really tell this to Mr. Ryutaro though." Leo said.
"Then let's go!" Rizumu grabbed Hotaru's arm. "See you tomorrow guys!" She rushed out dragging Hotaru with her.
"Please explain everything to us later!" Mary yelled.
"Seriously Mary?" Takato asked.
She shrugged. "I wanna know."
"Let's go and celebrate." Omi said.
"Sure!" Aira said.
"Awesome." Leo added.
They all left except for Mion who stayed back, Leo stopped at the door.
"You coming?" Leo asked.
"No." Mion replied. "I need to do something."
"Oh really." Leo said with a doubting voice.
"Yes I am." She replied with a cold voice.
Leo paced towards her. "Mion, come on everyone's waiting." He pulled her.
"Hey wait, I have something to do!" Mion yelled.
Leo laughed. "You won't get me with that."
Mion knew that she was defeated and went with Leo.
With the Amamiya family…
"Hotaru is your name, huh?" Rizumu said. "It's a nice name."
"Thanks." Hotaru said. They arrived at their door. Rizumu unlocked the door.
"It seems dad isn't home." Rizumu remarked as she looked around. "Make yourself at home."
"This place is technically my home too." Hotaru said as he sat down on the chair.
"Good point." Rizumu said as she sat down next to him. "Mind telling me where you've been?"
"All over Japan. You see the people who adopted me were travellers so we had to move from place to place." Hotaru explained.
"What happened to them?" Rizumu asked.
"They died in a car accident. They left all their fortune to me." He replied with a grim expression.
"I am so sorry Hotaru." Rizumu said as she patted his back.
"It's fine." Hotaru replied. "And dad and mom?"
"Dad's fine. As for mom, she disappeared." Rizumu replied.
"Is that so? Last time I saw mom was when I was a little boy just before I got lost." Hotaru pointed out. "She was a great Prism Star. I hope one day I could see another Prism Star do the Aurora Rising."
Rizumu then was lost in a train of thought.
Hotaru waved his hand in front of her face. "Rizumu? Hello?"
Rizumu just stared in space.
"Gods, don't tell me you want to perform the Aurora Rising?" Hotaru said with worry. Rizumu nodded. "Do you know how many people lost a lot of things just to master that Prism Jump?"
In all honesty, Hotaru knew that it was the Aurora Rising that caused their mother to disappear but it was best not to tell her, if she doesn't know yet.
"I know the risks. I want to reach mom using that jump." Rizumu said.
Hotaru clenched his fists in frustration but softened. "I won't stop you but you need a professional to teach you about it."
"I already kno—" She was cut off by the opening of the door.
"I'm home Rizumu. Sorry I took so long." Ryutaro said. "I'll prepare dinner."
"Hey dad, I want you to meet someone!" Rizumu yelled as she pulled Hotaru towards Ryutaro. "Tadaa."
"Hotaru?" Ryutaro gasped.
"Dad." Hotaru managed to say.
"I didn't know you're still alive." Ryutaro said with tears in his eyes.
"I won't die in such trivial things such as getting lost dad." Hotaru said. They hugged with tears and Rizumu joined in.
