The group of five arrived at Solaire. It was looked quite expensive. They proceeded upstairs where a newly installed ice rink stood in the middle of the grand ballroom. There were a lot of people enjoying the ball. If one was to guess, everyone didn't know each other but got acquainted tonight at the ball. Some were dancing on the ground and some were dancing on the ice rink. The group of five sat down on the table nearest to the stage. Just then a teenager appeared on stage, it seemed like he was the host for that night.

"Hello there everyone!" He greeted. Everyone stopped and looked at him. He wore a blue mask, black coat that's has been closed so that only a part of his red shirt was shown. He also had a black cowboy-like hat like Jun's. "Is everyone enjoying the party?" Everyone shouted yes. "Good, today we have special guests! You all know them as one of the greatest Prism Star groups in the whole world! From Japan, I present to you MARs!"

A spotlight made its way to the said group's position. Everyone cheered. Struck by embarrassment and shock, Aira and Rizumu suddenly froze in place. Mion, being the more experienced, nudged at them to just wave and smile. They did as they were told and the crowd cheered more.

"Now, everyone continue to party!" The host exclaimed. "Before I forget, the ones who hired me told me that my stage name should be 'The Host' so please call me that!" The Host said as he bowed. "Please enjoy! The buffet tables are now open and so is the bar! If you want to order something, you may ask the waiters and they will bring it to you! Please enjoy you're night!" The Host exited the stage.

Beside MARs's table, girls were talking about how cool The Host is and how handsome he would be under the mask.

"You aren't going to dance?" Jun asked the girls.

"How about yourself?" Mion asked.

Jun suddenly stood up and went to a table beside them, not containing the girls gossiping earlier, and asked a woman to dance with him. The woman gladly accepted. Jun looked at his table and flashed a smile and he winked but it couldn't be seen through the mask. As they arrived to the dance floor, the song turned into a song for slow dancing.

"You need some ice Mion?" Rizumu asked as she raised her cup containing iced tea with a smirk.

"S-Shut up Rizumu." Mion said. A teenager approached the girls and turned out it was The Host. Mion looked at him as he extended his hand.

"Will you have this dance with me?" He asked as he bowed.

Kyoko, Aira and Rizumu looked at Mion with smiling faces. It seemed that Mion had no choice. She accepted and reached out for The Host's hand. She could hear whispering from another table.

"Don't mind them." The Host suggested.

"I'm not." Mion said as she followed The Host's steps to the dance floor. They stopped and started dancing. The Host placed his hands on her waist and Mion on his shoulders. "So, why me?"

"Can't just be because you're by far the most beautiful girl I've ever seen?" The Host asked.

"You haven't seen me without my mask." Mion replied.

The Host smiled. He can't break through an exterior like that. Usually once he says his first line to girls he danced in masquerade balls, they'd swoon for him immediately. "You're one hard girl."

"I don't break as easily as other girls." Mion said as she looked The Host straight in his eyes. "Better remember that." She patted his chest before place her hand back to its original position.

"I guess." He shrugged. "I will get through you eventually." He remarked with a smile.

"Good luck with that sir." Mion replied. "What should I call you? The Host isn't a name."

"Call me Alexander… Alexander Glass at your service." The Host said.

"Well Mr. Glass, I suggest you go find another girl to flirt with." Mion said as she tried to break away but Alexander had his hands firmly at her waists.

"Can we at least finish the song?" He asked. The song ended at that moment.

"There, song finished." Mion said. Alexander let her go this time. He clicked his tongue and disappeared into the crowd.

Mion made her way back to the table where Aira and Rizumu sat.

"So how did the dance with The Host go?" Rizumu asked as Mion sat down.

"It went alright I guess." Mion replied.

"You put up your cold attitude at him." Jun said as he got back. "I saw you."

"He's nobody." Mion said. "I don't even know him and he just approaches me like that."

"Well, I guess that's acceptable." Jun said.

"Well anyway, let's eat!" Rizumu exclaimed. "I'm hungry…"

They all laughed. "All right, let's go then." Aira said. They all stood up and headed for the buffet table but she looked back to see The Host leaning on a pillar looking, watching them. He then walked away.

"Hey Aira, let's go!" Rizumu waved at her as she noticed Aira who stopped.

"Right." Aira said as she reluctantly looked away. She walked to the buffet table and picked out her food. They came back with plates containing their food. By far, the one who had most food on his/her plate was Rizumu. It was filled with a variation. It had chicken, rice, beef and others. It mostly contained meat of course. Rizumu began to dig in and the others did as well soon after. They finished their food eventually and The Host climbed up in stage.

"Hey everyone!" Everyone turned their heads to The Host. "As I said earlier, we have special guests from MARs… So if they're here then… they sure will do a Prism Show for us!" Everyone cheered so much. MARs looked at each other. They didn't bring their Prism Stones with them. The Host made his way to their table and tilted his head in confusion on why they didn't stand up yet.

"We don't have any Prism Stones." Aira whispered.

"That is a problem, isn't it?" The Host thought about something and gave up to his thoughts. "Here." He took Prism Stones out from his pocket. "I designed them myself."

They all looked at the Prism Stones. It was actually a beautiful coord if you look at it. It was like he designed it for someone to wear it in the Prism Queen Cup. A beautiful dress, they all held. Mion held a Prism Stone which held a cream colored dress. She also held another Prism Stone for the sandals and the long white gloves. Rizumu held a Prism Stone which contained white dress with beads going around her waist. Another stone for the sandals and earrings. Aira held a Prism with a red lightly colored dress in it. She held another for the sandals, gloves and earrings.

"You designed this yourself, Mr. Host?" Aira asked as she admired the dress she held.

"With a little help from another friend." The Host replied. "Now go out there and give us a blast." He smiled and the smile reminded them of a certain someone who was missing. They shook it off and quickly got in their dresses.

They didn't get to say anything before the music started. They performed and the crowd cheered. When they finished, The Host called for everyone's attention again.

"Now that's a top notch performance!" The Host exclaimed. Everyone cheered in agreement. The Host grinned. "I expected nothing less of course from the Prism Queen Cup contestants!" MARs went back to their table meeting Kyoko and Jun's smiling faces.

"That was amazing." Kyoko said. "You really have gone a long way Aira, Rizumu, Mion."

"Thanks Prez." They all said with beaming faces. The Host came to them.

"Good job out there." He said with the similar smile he flashed as they went to the rink.

"Oh yeah, the stones…" Aira said as she hands The Host the stones they borrowed.

The Host shook his head. "It's yours. I've never seen anyone carry it like you guys."

"Then, thanks." Aira said as she put the stones in her bag. Mion and Rizumu mirrored her movement.

"No problem." The Host said. "It is an honor beyond words for participants of the legendary Prism Queen Cup to wear my designs." He bowed his head slightly and left. "It was meant for you three after all…" He muttered with a smile.

Aira, Rizumu and Mion looked at each other.

"He might as well be a designer." Rizumu said. "I mean, he makes costumes that fit someone very well."

"It was like these stones were meant to be worn by us." Mion said.

"They do say that when it comes to Prism Shows, the human doesn't pick the costume, the costume picks the human." Jun said as he remembered Kei telling him such a thing.

"That makes it sound creepy." Aira said as she shuddered from the thought of costumes picking her.

Kyoko chuckled. "It's a little story my mother told me when I was young…" Her voice was sounding weaker as she mentioned her mother.

Suddenly two men came up to their table and asked Aira and Rizumu for a dance. Kyoko and Jun also got asked leaving Mion alone on the table. She didn't mind though, being alone can be quite comfortable. A waiter passed by holding a tray with iced tea and chocolate on it. Mion asked for a batch of that. The waiter comes again and gave her the iced tea and chocolate… As she drank the iced tea, she felt like she needed some fresh air so she took the chocolate and went outside.

There she sat down on the fountain side and ate almost half of the chocolate and stared at the stars. Funny, she felt… dizzy. She didn't drink anything, did she? No, she didn't… She tried to stand up to get back to the party and tell her conditions to her friends but she ended up just tripping because of her drunken state. She sat back down and tried to get a grip of herself. Just then, she saw a glimpse of the man who previously tried to flirt with her and fail. The Host, Alexander Glass, made his way to Mion.

"Hey, you don't look so good." Alexander said.

"What do you think?" She asked with a slightly different tone.

"You're drunk aren't you?" Alexander asked as he looked at Mion with concern.

"What? I didn't even drink!" Mion protested. "I just ate some chocolate…"

"What chocolate?" Alexander saw what Mion was holding and snatched it from her hands. He took a bite of the chocolate and immediately knew what it was.

"Hey, don't eat my chocolate!" Mion yelled as she saw Alexander eating it. "Give it back!" She tried reaching for it but Alexander just kept his iron grip on her shoulder to prevent her from reaching the chocolate.

"No!" Alexander replied angrily. "Do you even know what this is? This is rum chocolate! It's painfully obvious that you can't hold your liquor!"

"What do you mean?" Mion asked.

Alexander groaned. This is so painful to watch, the once stone hard girl he talked to earlier became this after eating half of the liquor infused chocolate. "I'm taking you home." He said as he reached for Mion's hand.

Mion quickly retracted her hand and stuck a tongue at him. "No way I… am going…. with you!" She said between hiccups. "Call Aira… or Rizumu or… anyone else but you!"

Alexander thanked the Gods they were alone or else someone would've called a police on him. "Come on. You're drunk and you need to get home as soon as possible." Alexander gripped Mion's shoulders.

"But!" Mion protested as she flailed as Alexander touched her.

Alexander retracted his hands as she flailed. "But what?"

"I don't know you!" Mion replied as she behaved.

"That's understandable but don't you trust me?" Alexander asked as he held out a hand.

Mion thought about what Alexander, The Host, just said. Trust him? A stranger? But she felt this comfortable feeling whenever he's around. Mion took his hand. He slung her arm around her so he would guide her all the way home. They were walking through the streets; there weren't many people since it was night. Also, the Diamond Hotel is pretty near, okay maybe it wasn't that near but it was at least a mile or two away, there weren't much cars on the road so they HAD to walk it. Halfway to a mile, Mion suddenly collapsed. Alexander sighed and began carrying her bridal style.

Mion opened her eyes; everything was akin to a blur. She was able to make out something though, the man carrying her. The Host's mask wasn't there and so was his hat. The Host had fiery red hair and matching red eyes and the all too familiar glasses. It was none other than her own coach, Leo Harune. Leo looked down and noticed Mion was awake.

"Evening." Leo greeted with a smile.

"Leo… you were… Alexander Glass?" Mion asked wearily.

"Wasn't it obvious?" Leo asked her.

"So when you said… that I was the most beautiful girl you have ever met… you didn't mean it?" Mion asked as she tried to keep her focus on Leo but her drunken state prevented her from keeping her fully awake.

"Since you won't remember what I'm going to tell you, no… I wasn't lying. You are by far the most beautiful person I have ever met… and that's from someone who might have traveled all around the world already." Leo admitted. Mion couldn't focus anymore but she heard the words Leo said before drifting to a deep slumber.

"I loved you… ever since we first met… even up to now… Mion Takamine."

Mion woke up on her bed. Rizumu and Aira were already beside her. She sat upright but she still had a hangover and it seemed like the world was spinning. It was only 4:30 in the morning. She noticed Jun and Leo weren't in their beds. Her look drifted to the door. She got off her bed careful not to awaken her sleeping companions. She looked down to see she was wearing her pajamas. Maybe the girls dressed her while she slept (They indeed did). She stood up and made her way to the door with the aid of the wall. Before she had the chance to open it, it opened revealing the two missing boys with breakfasts on their hands.

"Mornin' Mion." Leo greeted as he saw the blonde leaning on the wall. "You should sleep, you know? When did you get back anyway? You were already there when I arrived at the hotel room."

Mion's head suddenly hurt. "I don't remember."

"I guess you were drunk." Leo said as he put the breakfasts on the table and Jun did the same.

"You just disappeared on us while we were all dancing. Good thing Leo sent a message saying that you were already home." Jun said.

"Here drink some water and get an early meal. It might help with the hangover." Leo suggested as he placed one meal on the table for Mion to eat. "After that, go take a bath if you don't want to go to sleep again."

"Thanks…" Leo guided Mion as sat down on the chair. She suddenly gripped her head as she felt a sudden pain strike to her brain.

"I'll go check if they have any medications that would help you Mion." Jun said as he ran out of the room.

Leo sighed. "How the hell did you get drunk anyway?"

"I don't remember alright." Mion said angrily but it only came out as a worn out voice.

"Alright." Leo said. "Go eat your food."

Mion started to eat but she kept stopping every now and then to close her eyes. Leo guessed she was having headaches. Jun opened the door and closed it quietly. He approached Mion holding some medicine.

"Drink it after you finish eating." Jun said as he handed Mion the medicine.

"Alright." Mion said. She finished eating and drank the medicine. While she was eating, Jun already prepared the bath. Mion took a bath after.

"So, not going to tell her?" Jun asked.

"Why would I? That easily was the most embarrassing thing I've ever said in my life." Leo replied.

"If you say so." Jun said.

Leo smiled bitterly as he remembered what he said before Mion passed out…

"I loved you… ever since we first met… Mion Takamine. But, fate won't let me be with you no matter how hard I try. I've learned to accept that… So I hope you can find someone who will love you."

A/N: I'm am really sorry for the very late update. Our internet providers hate us so much that they said that our internet had a 'problem' and they couldn't fix it. My mom personally went there and demanded to have the internet fixed and just like that, our internet was fixed right away. Oh yeah, the reason why the title is 'I'm walking on sunshine' because that's Solaire's theme song. Yes it's a place here in the Philippines, a casino/resort.

And that's the end of that. It was pretty obvious that Leo was Alexander from the start, wasn't it? Are any of you surprised that Leo likes Mion? I doubt it. Anyway, they didn't recognize Leo by the costume was because he made modifications with it. Remember his 'date' with his 'old girlfriend', he made it with her. Yukki was actually an extremely famous Prism Star and designer. Leo asked her for her help and Yukki was glad she could help her 'kouhai' or junior. They also made the Prism Stones together before way back into time. Maybe I'll tell you guys about her on the next chapter on how she and Leo met… I'll think about it. I just made that thing about Mion having low tolerance with alcohol so it could help me think about how Leo was supposed to tell her for the first time his feeling towards the blonde. Oh yeah, I don't have a good sense of fashion so the Stones might not really be all that amazing since I seriously have a problem… Seriously, I don't know how to differentiate what's pretty from ugly, what matches with this color and etc…

Gods that's a long Author's note. Anyway, if you have time, review, if you don't, don't review. Please continue reading and have a great day.
