'Hmmmm…. How should I start?' Haru thought to herself. After several seconds, she brightens up and in her mind she thought that as a first timer diary writer, one should definitely start off by WRITING YOUR NAME and showing off to others that this diary is hers. She laughed softly to herself at such a simple but yet meaningful thought. It did not cross her mind to use any special pen nor decorate the first page of her diary. The sole thought of writing her name was something so meaningful that it does not matter whether it needs to be elaborated or simple.

This book belongs to Haru Miura

'Yup, it looks nice! It is wonderful!' Haru said to herself, double confirming what is happening before her. To Haru, this moment is a precious one. One that will remind her that she can be herself without being afraid of others' judgemental on her. One where she can badmouth about others and say out her true feeling. It was moment never to be forgotten.

As Haru smiled silently to herself in her pretty pink room, just then a thought popped up in her mind. 'What if I lost this book?' fear consume her thoughts, quickly enough under her name after leaving one line she wrote:

She stays at Vongola Street 10

Her home number: 442277788

'Yup. This is enough. It looks decent enough. In fact it is absolutely gorgeous! Haha!'

Just then, Haru heard a 'click'. She walked out of her room and welcomed her parents back home.

' Mum. Dad. Today, in class everyone wished me happy birthday!'

'Really?! Woah. Haru, you really have lots of nice friends!' my parents said in a honestly-happy-for-you tone.

I smiled sweetly at them and brushed off what they just said.

" Nice?! Are you joking with me? Firstly, they are a group of bitches prancing around with the paws in front of their body. Secondly, they have NO BUTT but still they are swaying their hips like a SLUT! It was nauseous to see it upfront especially Kyoko Sasagawa, who swayed her hips so hard that I actually think that without her cronies supporting her she would have fallen over long ago! What a bitch! Still dare to appear in front of me smiling SO DAMN 'SWEETLY' and wishing me a happy birthday in such a nauseating voice. I thought she decided to forgo her urge to go to the toilet in order to wish me, THE GREAT ME, a happy birthday.'

'Haru. Haru. Are you listening to me? HEllOOOOOOO! EARTH TO HARU!'

"Ah! Err. Yes mom."

'Go take a bath and we are celebrating your birthday outside today!'

Haru nodded excitedly and headed her mom's advice.

(1 hour later)

'Mom. Dad. The food here is nice! Thank you for treating me such a nice dinner. The soup was nice. The steak is AWESOME. It was coupled with a very sweet smelling brown sauce that heightened the taste of the steak to another level. It was THE BEST STEAK I HAVE EVER EATEN. The steak was tender and chewy. It was cooked perfectly the way I want. Medium rare. When I first sliced into the steak using the knife, brown juicy sipped out. It was that juicy! It was the BEST. Mom. Dad. Thumbs up!'

'Haha. I hoped you enjoyed it and once again happy birthday!' my parents exclaimed.

Haru nodded her head and clenched her fist eagerly waiting to get back home to start writing her first entry….
