(A/N: Welp, I'm gonna add a new character to this story, so, yeah wish me luck)
Link's PoV:
~~Dreamscape~~
I was in my human form, I was looking at some kind of Demon, and this Demon was making a fire ball, I look to my left and see, Dark Link… what? "If we're going to survive this, then I need you to help me block this!" I yelled at my dark counterpart, I thought He was going ignore me, or attack me, but he said, "I know that, I'm just waiting for the right moment to start blocking." He answered me, welp, this is an interesting future, the Demon shot its fire ball at us, and yelled "NOW!" and he whipped up his shield to help block it, but there were two weird glows, A purple one from behind us, and a black and gold one from in front of us. But apparently my 'friend' knew what was happening, and so did 'I' from the looks of it. When the ball was about to hit us, me and him thrust out our shields and 'Shield Bashed' it, apparently, I taught him the hidden move, or he already knew it.
The Fire ball was sent back at our assailant, and a look of horror wash over her face before the ball hit her, the was an explosion and the Element of Harmony landed at our feet, we picked it up and looked at Twilight and I said "Sorry you had to see that, but it was necessary." I looked at her, patted her shoulder and said, "and I think it's almost time to go, but, I think there's enough time for you to dance if you wish," and with that she slowly nodded and walked back to the recovering students.
~~Reality~~
I woke up with a concerned and asked "Hey link, are you alright?" I nodded and said "Yeah, I woke up like this last week when Trixie, it's just a vision, though, a slightly disturbing one." I told her, she looked at me for some specifics. "Well," I started "I did see me as a human, and next to me was Dark Link, My shadow Counterpart, to whom I thought was evil till just a few seconds ago. But, he helped me kill a Demon that was going to kill you, Applejack, Fluttershy, all wielders of the Elements, which was quite odd. But I have no idea as to why it would do that, and also the act that you lot were humans, which was odd, but, this is something that is going to occur, it was a warning." I finished off, in a mysterious and foreboding manner.
"So, what you're telling me is that, the girls and I are going to turn human, face a demon, and you, and a dark, shadow-like you are going to kill it?" Asked a confused Rainbow, to which I nodded
"Well, this morning, while you were having you vision, I was heading down to the markets to get something, to drink, this fan of mine, Scootaloo, she did an interesting move on her scooter, I complimented her, and I think she let it get a little over her head." Rainbow told me, I think still slightly worried about what I told her but was trying to push past it. "No, if you think it was interesting, and you complimented her, I think you did well." I answered her "Now," I said "I think it's time I get up and get something to eat, and Drink myself." I said while stretching.
She nodded and we got up and went into town to get something to eat, afterwards, she said "I'm going to get a nap in for a while, catch you later." She said that and zoomed over to Sweet Apple Acers to, what I assumed, get some clouds to sleep on.
So I headed over to Rarity's to see what she was doing. I walked in to see a child pouting at her, trying to get her to do something I suppose, "Ugh, Alright, I'll go." The familiar Filly smiled at her and Rarity said, "Ooh, of course I'll need to find an outfit more appropriate for, ruffing it." And with that she went upstairs, not even noticing me, the filly looked over at the two that stuck their heads' out of the changing room. "See, I told you she would want to go." The two that looked out of the changing room looked at each other. "Go where?" I asked them, startling them, because they didn't notice me, "Oh, hi there, I was just convincing my sister to go camping with us," said the unicorn filly, "Okay, my names link by the way, and yours?" I asked them, "Well, I'm Sweetie Belle," said the Unicorn and she then pointed at the Pegasus "And that's Scootaloo, and that's Applebloom." She said finishing her sentence pointing at the last filly. "An Apple huh?" I asked she nodded at me "Are you by chance related to Applejack?" she nodded and said "That's my big sister, why? Do you know her?" to her question I nodded. "Welp, I'm going to go find something to do, nice getting to meet you." I said starting to leave.
When I left, I started to head to Sugarcube Corner to talk with Pinkie Pie, and happened to bump into her. "Hey Pinkie," I said. She was about to say something when her tail twitched and she gasped and ran under cover, I paused and looked at her strangely, "What is it?" I asked her "My tail! It's twitching!" she semi-screamed. I looked at her oddly, "And that me-" I was interrupted by something large landing on my back. When I looked up, I saw that there was someone on my back. Though, I couldn't make out who it was. But when they got up, I stared in disbelief as I saw a nearly perfect mirror version of myself, but in darkness. "Dark…" I growled at the figure above me. He looked as if he was going to apologize until he saw who he landed on and smirked.
Pinkie's PoV:
After getting landed on Link jumped up right and glared at a pony that looked like, him? That's really strange, but, what's even weirder is that when Link was growling at the figure small amounts of lightning, or electricity was coming off of his skin. "Whoa, calm down you two!" I told them. Link looked over and nodded, it wasn't until then that he noticed the lightning on his skin, he was startled. He looked over to this, Dark, and asked him "Do you know what this means?" His friend smirked and he said "Yes I do, but that's for you to find out." His smirk grew as Link growled in frustration. "Why, of all people, did the goddesses have to send you?" Link grumbled in anger. His, mirror figure grew serious and said "Because they thought I would be the best person-" "Pony in this world," Link corrected "Whatever, but they thought I would be the best to help you with protecting the Princesses."
Link's PoV:
"Well," I huffed "we need to get you introduced with them." I sighed.
He laughed.
I quirked my eyebrow and looked at him, "What's so funny?" I asked, he answered me with "I already met them." I nodded at him. I sighed and said "I'm going to go for a walk in the forest." I said and walked off. I looked at Pinkie Pie and said "If anyone asks, I went for a walk in the forest Pinkie," she nodded as I walked off.
~~Everfree Forest~~
~~Three Hours Later~~
As I rushed through the forest in my wolf form, not thinking, just letting my instincts take over my form, just letting my mind run. It was enraging that of all people, they had to let him be the one to come, I mean, they were right in choosing him, for he is the most powerful person-pony- they could've sent for aid, I mean sure, Zelda is powerful, but not in the way of protecting, she is more useful for distance battles, and for strategies. So the most valuable pony they could send is in fact Dark. I didn't notice there was somepony in front of me until I bumped into-no, crashed into them. When I looked to see who it was I was surprised to see The Hero's Shade. I was frozen in shock, but before I could react, he lunged at me and bit my shoulder and I fell unconscious
~~Spirit Realm~~
"May your ears be pricked, and your eyes sharp. Let teachings of old pass on." Were the somewhat familiar words from my ancestor "What? Don't you usually teach me sword technics?" I asked, he laughed and said, "In due time child, but for now, let me teach you some hunting technics." As he finished a forest spouted around us and left us in a clearing. "Let your mind free of thoughts, strain your ear's to hear all things around you and us, from the smallest ant, to my heaving lungs." I cleared my mind of all thoughts and concentrated on my senses, particularly my hearing. When I finally got hold of it, I heard tensing muscles and jumped to the side as the Hero's shade lunged at where I was standing, I could hear everything. From the distant call of a bird, to an ant crawling past me and my ancestor, I kept my eye's closed and could hear my great grandfather's muscle tighten and tense as he was about to charge. I jumped away before he could land on me.
"Good job," he said "Open your eyes, it's time for your next part, do what you just did, but with your sense of smell." I nodded and did as he asked and released my mind and concentrated on my sense of smell, and I was surprised that I could… fear? It was coming from nearby so I put my nose to the ground and started to follow the smell, and when I opened my eyes I was face to face with a mouse frozen in terror. I chuckled and said "No need for fear my friend, I'm not going to hurt you." It seemed to understand and stopped fearing me, it came as a surprise to me when I lost the smell of fear and couldn't hear a heart racing a thousand miles a second anymore, apparently my ears just did that on their own now. I looked at my Mentor.
"What was the point of this?" I asked him, and he said "Look around you, is your vision impaired now as it was when you 'used' your senses?" and I looked around in shock and realized, I saw as good, if not better, then before. "Thank you for this." I said as I bowed to him, "your welcome, but this is not the last you've seen of me, I will still teach you, but for now, I am done." And with that, my world faded to black
~~Reality~~
I gasped as I awoke from that lesson, it looked as if a couple of hours had passed, Rainbow was going to be really mad at me for this. I stretched and froze, I heard some very heavy footsteps in the distance, so I ran in the direction of the footsteps and stopped short and saw a Manticore through the trees. This could be interesting, but I decided not to attack it, so I started to head back to Ponyville.
~~Ponyville~~
~~Five Hours Later~~
As soon as I saw the outskirts of Ponyville, I headed to the west and towards Rainbow's Cloud house in the little Valley just outside of Ponyville. As I arrived at the Valley, I knew was in trouble, I saw Rainbow Dash with red eyes instead of her usual magenta colored eyes. I could hear her heart pound with a fury from this distance, what did a Wise old Man say once? Hell hath no fury as a women's Wrath? I think, I was about to experience this first hand, I gulped and turned into a pony and started to fly up. The second she saw me she charged at me so fast I could've sworn there was a cloud like barrier forming around her, when she got to me, a pain exploded in my ribs, I bit back a yelp. We soon crashed on the ground, she was standing above me, "Were where you?" she asked with a rage in her voice "Um, in the Everfree, why?" I answered/asked. "Because," She said, "You've been gone all day, and the only information we could get was that you walked into the forest to blow off some steam, so why did you take this long to get back?" she asked me, to which I said "I was running and stopped for a moment and decided to fall asleep, and I was asleep for a couple of hours, that's why I took so long, and also, can you get off, I think you charging into me may have broken a rib and you standing on my chest and ribs isn't helping." I told her half off the truth, but for now, she didn't need to know about the Hero's Shade. When I said that her eyes reverted to their normal color and widened and she step off. "Thanks," I said "Are you alright?" she asked concerned for me, I grinned "Let's check." I lifted my tunic, chain, and under shirt and saw, that yes, some white was protruding and I was bleeding. "Oh my god! I'm so sorry!" she said.
"It's alright." I told her, I pulled out a blue potion and drunk it, I watched as my bleeding stopped and my bone went back into me, now I was just covered in blood "How did you do that?" asked Rainbow surprised at how fast I healed, "I just drunk a blue Potion, that's all, it heals all of my wounds, the only thing better than this is Rare chu Jelly and Great Fairy's Tears." I told her. She nodded and said "You… you should probably go and get cleaned up." I nodded and started to head towards a small river that I had passed on the way here, "Where are you going?" asked Rainbow, "To get cleaned up." I said. "You could just take a shower in the house." She said. "What? How do you have indoor plumbing without your house touching the ground?" I asked her, "Well, I don't have an explanation for you, just go take a shower." She said and I nodded and flew up to the house whist following her to the Bathroom, where presumably the shower was. When we reached the bathroom she said, "Get cleaned and go to sleep, I'm going to call it here, good night." And with that, she went to the bedroom. "Alright!" I called to her down the hall. I undressed and entered the shower to wash the blood off of my coat. After showering, I stumbled towards the bedroom and flopped on the bed and slept.
~~Dreamscape~~
I saw as a young teen, an unconscious satyr, and an adult, I assume the mother of the kid trudging up a hill, and behind them there was a Minotaur behind them at the base of the hill sniffing around, searching for something, the mother and Kid were talking about something when the Minotaur charged up the hill. They split was and the Minotaur charged after the boy, and he jumped to the side as his mother put the Satyr on the ground near the top of the hill. The Minotaur changed targets and rushed the mom, arms out at both sides to prevent the mom from escaping, and it worked, he had hold of the mother, she was in the air kicking and clawing, trying anything to stop the beast from killing her. She looked at her child and said "Go!" loud enough for me to hear, the monster squeezed her throat and she glowed a golden color and vanished. I could tell that she didn't die, she was teleported, by who? I've got no idea who saved her. Apparently her kid didn't seem to understand, he seemed depressed, but determined to kill the Minotaur but he had no options, I thought he was going to get killed, all he could do was run down the hill, but before the beast charged one of my arrows shot the beast in the eye, it howled in pain and turned towards the woods, My human form rushed out of the woods, or more properly, soared out of the woods, my sword did a quick arc at the confused and stunned beast, making quick work of it , the than monster disappeared and turned into a pile of dust. I turned to the terrified kid he quickly picked something up and held it as a dagger, it looked like the horn of the Minotaur I said "Hey, kid, don't be too hasty, I came here to help you, but I'm sorry I couldn't get here in time to help your mom." I said this as I wiped the monsters blood off my mouth and spit the rest out of my mouth. "Come on." I said, "Let's finish your mom's last wish." I bent over and picked up the satyr and started to head towards the top of the hill. "Hey kid," I started "What's your name?" I asked him. He looked at me and said "Percy, Percy Jackson."
~~Reality~~
I gasped. I looked around the world coming into focus and seeing that it had only been six hours at most I felt fully rested and got out of the bed to see that Rainbow Dash was sleeping still, I smiled and went to take another shower. When I got out of the shower I realized my clothes were still bloody. I took them to a river and started to wash them. When I finished washing my clothes I put them on. "So, how are you?" asked Dark Link. I glared at him and sighed "I'm fine, just don't be a total asshole, okay?" he laughed, "Well, look who's grumpy? What happened to you?" all the time he said it with a cheeky grin on his face. I looked around to make sure nopony saw us, and I told him everything that happened in the forest.
"So you saw your great Grandfather?" he asked me, I nodded at him and he said, "Good, it's been awhile since I've seen him." "You never actually told me the full story of your reformation, you told me it involved him somehow, what is the story behind this?" "Well, he killed me, but he revived me to regain what he lost in the process of killing me, and I was reformed after dying and reformed." He told me. I nodded and asked "What did he lose that was so important that he needed to revive you for it?" I asked, "His memory." "Okay, come on, everybody should be waking up now." I said looking at the sun. he nodded and he walked along back towards the Town.
As we walked into Ponyville I saw that the town seemed a little quite, maybe it was they time of morning and everyone was getting ready for the day. A little bit after that Ponyville started to get livelier. I came across Pinkie Pie and asked her "Pinkie, yesterday you said you had a twitchy tail, what importance did that serve?" she looked at me and said "You mean my Pinkie senses? They predict small event's that happen in the near future. Like, when my tail is twitching, that means something is going to fall, if my ears are fluffing then it means that a cart's going to get somepony muddy, all these little things affect my body for different things." She explained her interesting ability. I nodded, "Well, that would have been good information yesterday when you said twitchy tail." She giggled, "Well who's your friend, all you did yesterday was glare, and then walk off, so who is he?" "Well, in the world that I come from, there are goddesses, you remember them right?" I asked her, and she said "Yes I remember the golden Ponies." "So," I continued "Some of their champions have dark versions of themselves, well, only one in particular, the champion of Farore has a dark version of himself." I told her and she nodded and said "See you later!" and with that she disappeared in a pink blur.
I looked at dark and saw him just thinking over my explanation, and after a while he nodded. So we walked on talking about small things every now and again. That is until we bumped into a light green Unicorn with a lyre as a cutie mark, she looked at us then scowled and walked away murmuring about Humans, I stopped her and said, "You said human, what do you know about them?" her eyes light up and asked "What do you want to know about them?" she asked eyes twinkling, "Tell me anything that you know." I told her, to try to get her out of her grumpy mood, "Well, they are Biped's that where clothes on all occasions, they don't rely on magic for their day to day activities, that's what their hands and science is for. Brownish hair, tannish skin, and they have tiny noses, hands and feet. Though many people tell me that it's just old mythology, but I can study whatever I want right? So that's why I continue to study what I study because it interests me." She said. "Thank you, for the information and your time." I told her she nodded and said "Your welcome, but if you want to know any more, come get me, my name is Lyra by the way." She said "Link." I told her in response, after that we parted ways and saw Rainbow Dash's rainbow streak a good distance away. After a little bit when she was closer, I flew into the air to intercept her and talk to her. "Rainbow!" I yelled at her, she stopped and looked at me and sighed, "Where did you go?" "I went to clean my clothes and then went to talk with my friend/enemy." She looked at me odd, "What do you mean Friend/enemy?" I looked at her and said "Well, we used to be enemies and we made our peace, but were still rivals." She nodded at my answer. Then she randomly said "I'm not going to be home this weekend." I stared at her as we flew, "And why's that?" I asked her. "Well," She started "Applejack, her sister, Rarity, her sister, and that fan of mine, are all going to go camping this weekend." I just thought it over for a sec and nodded, "Alright, just don't say or do anything stupid, I'm just not comfortable with you going into that forest for a weekend without some sort of protection." I told her somewhat worried, she rolled her eyes at me. "It's not like we'll get robbed." I sighed at her response. "I just don't feel comfortable with you lot in there alone, but have your fun, I know I'll get my fair share." I grumbled, she looked at me oddly "my, Friend, is staying around here, apparently he was sent to help with the protecting of the Princesses." She nodded, then said "Couldn't he be in Canterlot to watch over them there and contact you if something happens?" she asked me and I smiled a grin for not thinking of it. "Be right Back." After that I Dive bombed the area where Dark Link is at. I came up at the last second and landed, I looked at Dark and said, "My friend just had the best idea, how about you go to canterlot to be the first line against any harm that will come to the Princesses, that makes sense right?" I asked him as we started to walk to the town square. He paused and looked at me thought it over and said "It would be for the best, togther we may cause a bit to much trouble." I grinned and said "Thanks, this is going to be easier now, we will be the first to know about this stuff, but now only a way for us to be able to get information to eachother as fast as possible…hmm…" he looked at me and said "Well, I have a form of comunication we could use." "And that is?" I asked him "Well, we could use telepathy." I looked at him oddly and then I heard a voice in my head "Hey, we can speak this way, just think your thoughts and project them to me, so try it." I looked at him and thought "Hey can you use this to read others thoughts?" I asked him through my thoughts, he paused and then said "You have to project you mind and then you can pick up others thoughts, but if people know about your ability, they can block it."
I thought it over for a second and nodded, at him. "And how do you block intrusion?" I asked him, he looked at me and said "Focus on one thing mentally, and if anyone tries to get through, they will be meet with a wall that will protect you from them." He explained to me. "Thanks." I told him grateful for the new ability. I thought for a second and said "So, what do you suppose we do for now, because I've got nothing better to do." Dark looked at me and shook his head. "Nah, I'm going to go to head to Canterlot and look for a house to buy or rent, something like that, maybe even join the royal guard." He said, I nodded and said, "Well, I'm going to go practice my swordsmanship." There was suddenly a gleam in his eyes, he then said "How about we train together?" he asked me and I nodded at that. So after that we found a place at the edge of town and drew our swords. I guess with Rainbow flying overhead and the sudden glare of light from our direction she got an idea of what we were doing at the edge of town and flew down quick before me and Dark could start she got in-between us. She looked at us then turned to me "What are you doing out here? And with your sword drawn?" I looked at her and said "Sparring." And with that me and Dark started.
We were both holding the swords in our mouths and we lunged at one another, he started with a normal slash, one that I ducked under and countered with an upper cut-like slash. He swerved his head to dodge out of the way, I swung at his legs to force him to jump, he did as I thought and I stuck my sword up as an attempt to impale but he took flight, so when I jumped into the air to meet him I was attacked in a flurry of stabs and wide slashes. I retreated for a little and brought my wings to my torso and landed so when dark soared over my head I stuck my sword up and I used the flat to smack his wing and he fell out of the air, but he caught himself, but not in time for me to lunge and press on his unbalanced state, in an attempt to win, he did a powerful stab, but I jumped out of the way and he stumbled forward and I knocked the sword out of his mouth and put my sword to his throat. "I think I win." I said, sword still in mouth, he clenched his jaw but nodded.
I sheathed my swords to see Rainbow slowly starting to clap with her hooves as she slowly hovered over the ground. "Thank you." I told her and turned to a grumbling Dark, "Don't feel bad, we are both really skilled, I'm just ever so slightly better, but we are really close." I told him, he nodded and said, "Well, I better go, I'll message you whenever I need help, okay?" he asked me and I nodded and told him "Go, I'll keep in touch and if you do need help, don't hesitate a second, so yes, message me when you need help." He nodded and headed towards the train station. I looked at Rainbow and said "Now that were out here, how about we practice?" I looked at her and she had a slight look of terror, but nodded anyways, I pulled out two wooden practice swords. I gave one to Rainbow and kept one for myself. "Okay, hold it comfortable, but not where it's too relaxed, there we go." I said, "Now come to me and try to slash me." I told her, and slash she did, it was a good powerful strike, but it was somewhat sluggish, "Okay, you're nearly doing everything right, all you need to work on is how fast you're swinging, you're strike was strong, but slow, try again." I told her, she swung at me this time with more force and more speed, it was good, she's a natural with a sword. With some training and instruction, in no time would she be as good as me and Dark. "Okay, now, adjust the sword so you can stab with it." I told her and she just slightly adjusted it so that she could stab with it comfortably, "Now, try to stab at me, it may be a bit more difficult than a slash, but, it can be a bit more useful in some places, but try." She tried, I'll give her credit for that, but how she tried stab, it made her trip over her own hooves. "Okay, so your stabs need a little work, but other than that you seem to be fine with a sword, you're a natural, just a little instruction and you could be the best in Equestria." I told her as I help her up.
She grunted but nodded, "Since were just starting this, I'll let you go for now, but the more we practice, the longer I'm going to have you stay, and here, take this." I told her as I pulled out the Ordan Sword sheath and all and handed it to her. "Take care of this, it was useful to me and I wish it to be protected." I told her as she looked at the sword I was levitating before her, she nodded and took the sword in her hooves and asked "Where am I going to keep it? I mean it's not like my house could hold it, I would need a shed or something like that to hold it." I nodded and thought about it and said "Couldn't you in theory make a weapons rack to place it on?" she paused then said "Yeah, I guess I could, but thanks for the sword anyways, I know it has sentimental value to you." She thanked me. "Now, I'm going to find something to do, unless you wish to speak." I told her and she thought it over and nodded and said "Let's walk and talk."
So as we walked towards town I looked at her and lowered my voice to ask her "When are we going to tell the others about us being a thing?" she also lowered her voice to say "Not yet, for now they don't need to know about us being a thing, now if they ask, we'll tell them, but until then, we don't tell them." I nodded and at that exact second we bumped into Pinkie Pie. "What you guys whispering about?" she asked jumping up and down in front of our faces, looked at Rainbow and said, "And that maybe sooner than expected." Pinkie stopped jumping and looked at us questionably. "Well, I was asking Rainbow a question, and she was answering me, that's all." I said, she looked at me with a looked that was just asking questions and turned to Rainbow dash and asked her "What did Link ask you about?" "Erm, he was asking me about when… when we were going to come out in the open that we were dating." When Rainbow said that, Pinkie's eyes bugged out of her head "WHAT!?" she asked before she could say more, I covered her mouth with my hoof, "Quiet down, we don't need the attention of the whole town." She nodded and asked us, "Why don't you want us to know about you two?" confused, "Well, we didn't want to draw attention. And we wanted our privacy." She looked at us and said "Okay, I promise not to tell anyone." And with that she hopped away. I watched her as she hopped down the road, I turned to Rainbow and said "She's quite odd." She smirked and said "That's just Pinkie being Pinkie." I laughed a little and said "I guess you're right." So after a little bit, we ended up at the Library and Rainbow said "Hey, how about you start the second book in the series." I nodded and I hated to admit this, but the books were actually really good, the story was fleshed out nicely, the detail was amazing, and it felt like they were real adventures. So we walked into the library and greeted Twilight. She looked surprised to see us walk in "What are you guys doing here?" I answered her by saying "Well, Rainbow saw it fit that I read the second book in the Daring Do series." She nodded and walked over to a bookshelf and pulled out a book and handed it to me. "This one should take you longer than the first one, but I'm impressed that you could read the first book in little more than an hour." I grinned at her and said "After reading the books that I've read, you wouldn't be surprised." She looked at me with a cocked eyebrow but shook her head as I took the book and sat down to start and read.
~~Three hours later~~
I set down the book and looked at them, they looked at me shocked, I quirked one of my eye brows and grinned. "Impressed?" I asked cockily, they shook their heads to clear them and nodded, "How are you reading these books so fast?" Twilight asked me, "Well, when you read stuff in an old tongue that very few know about, you read normal stuff faster." I answered her "What do you mean old language that barely anypony knows about?" she asked me. Instead of responding, I pulled out the magic book of the sky people. She took the book and opened it, her eyes bugged out of her head, she looked at me and before she could say anything I said, "Keep it." She squealed in Delight hugged me and said "Thank you!" and was up her stairs in a couple of seconds. I turned to Rainbow how asked me, "What was in that book?" I grinned at her.
"It's a book full of magical spells." She looked at me with wide eyes, "No! It's going to take her a month to be dragged away from her new book!" I grinned and shook my head and said, "Lets walk and talk." So me and her walked through the streets and we were talking, after a while of us walking I looked up and noticed that the sun was slowly setting, "Wow, the day sure went by fast, huh?" I asked Rainbow and she nodded and said, "How about we fly home." I nodded and we flew off towards the home. And after a shower, I got in bed and was followed soon afterwards by Rainbow.
~~Dreamscape~~
In this dream, I was in a very beautiful place, it looked as if it where the sacred realm. So I assumed that in this vision I wasn't going to see everything how it is. But anyways, there was a creature, humanoid in nature looking at some thrones, but it looked like a dark nut, except, there was no weak point on the armors back, it was instead on the thing left arm, on the underside.
But me and the kid from the last dream ran in, but it looked as if four or five years had passed since my last dream, and shortly after, a blonde haired girl came into the room, the creature turned to us and attacked, when it's sword and my sword made contact, there was a shower of sparks, but no noise, it looked like me, Percy, and the blonde where talking to it, but it only attacked harder, it was going great till the blonde got hit by the pommel of the sword, she went flying, her dagger flying out of her hand and to my side, my eyes suddenly brightened and it's as if the future me looked at me and nodded and dropped the Hylian shield and picked up the dagger, the girl was steadily getting up and was saying something, the creatures attacks slowed and it then started to get faster again, the Girl was talking again, and Future me yelled something and attacked the creature, and disarmed it, I passed the dagger to Percy and said something, he looked conflicted but steeled himself and plunged the dagger into the things arm, and suddenly, it stopped moving and the armor disappeared and there in its place was a boy, no more than my age, maybe a little bit younger. He said some stuff to me and Percy, we both nodded and he said something else and he passed on.
~~Reality~~
It was Saturday and it was time for Rainbow dash to go on her trip with Applejack and Rarity. But then an idea formed in my mind and I grinned but stopped when Rainbow started to stir from her sleep, and I smiled at her and said, "Good morning Sweat Heart." And then I said "Well let's get you something's ready for you camping trip." She looked at me and said, "Okay, thanks Hun." And kissed my check, I grinned at her and got up and stretched out my joints I grabbed a hiking back-pack. I grabbed some of the necessities and rolled up a somewhat small tent and put it in the loops at the top of the bag. After me and Rainbow finished packing her bag, I put it on her and sent her off. A small smile on my face.
Rainbow Dash's PoV:
As I flew towards the first Campsite I thought about the weird grin I had seen on Link's face this morning, hopefully he doesn't do anything that would get him in trouble. As I flew in, I noticed that the others hadn't arrived yet, so I set down my things and decided to do a small fly-by of the surrounding area. I saw something in the distance and saw that it was my friends so I waited a minute and charged down and through some trees for some logs to sit on. I then got some rocks from the stream for a fire place. After I did that, Scootaloo started to say something but tripped over one of the logs and spun through the air when she landed she looked like she wanted to cry out in pain but stopped herself and said "Hey Rainbow Dash, what's up?" I looked at her weirdly but turned to Applejack and asked "What took you guys so long?" Applejack looked pointedly at Rarity and said, "Well some of us didn't pack as light as the others, so we were slowed down." And Sweetie Belle came into the campsite and smiled, though I could tell she was tired. After that we all started to set up our tents and I flew over to little Scoots and said "It looks like we'll be sharing a tent." She shrugged and said "If that's okay with you." I ruffled her hair and she got the biggest smile on her face and I said "Sure, as long as you don't snore," I then got close to her and said "You don't snore do you?" no more than a second later did she say, "Nope, not me. I haven't snored a day- or night in my life." I put my arm around her shoulders and said, "Then you and I are going to get along just fine." And after I said that, I could of sworn I heard a scoff from the nearby bushes. And after that, Rarity opened up her tent and it looked more like a small house that looked noble.
Rarity then asked her sister "Sweetie Belle, do be a dear and gather me some fresh flowers for my bedside vase?" Sweetie caught the Vase in question and walked into the forest to get some flowers. I then put on a posh accent and said "Hey Scootaloo, do be a sweet heart gather some firewood." I said this while swishing my mane with my hoof.
