I finally brought myself to write this. This will be the last true chapter of the story. There'll be an epilogue, though. I hope you enjoy.

Wintra's POV

I gasped for breath as I dashed across the sloped grasslands towards the entrance to the rebels' base. Quickly stepping, I went down the stairs leading into the computer room. A guy turned around and asked me what the rush was.

"Huuff... I just... need to tell... some people... something," I panted, bending over.

The guy turned back to face the computers, "I have a feeling it's important. Get along to your business."

I tried my best to walk casually, but I still went as fast as I could. As I got to the rec room, I saw Deadlox crouched over some game table, facing AntVenom. Going over, I tried to get their attention, but they were focused. Eventually, I reached into the "Playing Area" and grabbed the small ball.

"Hey!" Deadlox exclaimed, grabbing at the ball. I stuffed it into my pocket.

I eyed both of them, "You two. Help me find the others and then meet in the cafeteria. Got it?"

"Why should we do that, exactly? You DID ruin our game. I was even winning!" Ant complained, staring me in the eye.

With an unintentional smirk I told them, "I have something important to tell you guys."

Without another word, I walked off towards the shooting range. I gunshot rang in my ears as I opened the sturdy door. Alexis was shooting another small gun, but not her new one. Trying to sneak past her, she turned around.

"What are you doing!?" She yelled at me, her headphones still on, "Oh! Sorry! Forgot I had these on!"

She took them off and put them around her neck casually.

"Oh, uh, you wouldn't happened to have seen anyone from the group I came with, have you?" I asked, scratching the back of my head nervously.

"Not that I know of, but I'd check the room over there. Can't say I was paying that much attention."

"Thanks!" I told her, dashing off towards the large matted room.

As I entered the room, I saw Sky trying to attack a punching bag. He finally got it to move, and it almost took him out as it came back.

Looking over towards the wrestling mats, Jerome and Bajan were interlocked, both trying to ground the other. When one seemed to go ahead of the other, it would quickly go back to what looked like a big, violent hug.

As Sky threw another punch at the bag, I ran in and asked for him to meet me in the cafeteria in a little bit. He nodded and started to go to the room, but the punching bag came back and knocked him onto the floor.

I smiled as I walked towards the two friends. Bajan had the upper hand at the moment, throwing Jerome onto the ground.

"Hey! You two!" I yelled at them.

They stopped and stood up, Jerome brushing off his pants, "What?" Bajan asked.

"Meet me in the cafeteria. Soon. I have some important news."

I ran off to see Megan fuming in the rec room.

"Oh, uh, hey!" I said, trying to act normal.

"Why, the crap, did you run off like that!?" She yelled at me.

I backed off a bit, "I needed to gather people to tell them something I saw there."

She seemed to calm down a bit, "Why didn't you tell me?"

"Because it's kind of a private matter, and I didn't need everyone knowing about it."

She shrugged and followed me to the cafeteria. Ant and Deadlox were sitting at a table, along with everyone else but us.

I started to speak, "Um, how about we head into one of the conference rooms, so we aren't as much out in the open."

Everyone nodded and we went into the Pikes Peak Conference Room. We all entered and I closed the door.

"So, I have something..." I was interrupted.

Sky stood up from his chair, "Where's Sparkly?"

Ssundee gasped, "Did we forget about him?"

"When was the last time we saw him?" Jerome asked.

Silence shrouded the room. After a little bit, the door opened behind us.

"Hey guys..."

Sparklez was standing at the doorway, his head hung low. He closed the door and took a seat next to Sky and Jerome.

Sky turned to face him, "I'm sorry, I just... It's been hectic, and I didn't..."

"Don't worry about it," He snapped.

Everyone went silent.

"So, uh, I have some important news to share," No one looked excited for the news I had, "I found something important."

Some people perked up, but others didn't.

"I found," I took a deep breath, "The portal."

Most of them started to get excited, but Sky and Sparklez weren't. Sky was somewhat embarrassed, but a bit confused as well. Sparklez stared at the table, not moving.

"Shall we go?" I asked.

Megan's POV

We made it to the lake that Cal had been put in. Wintra was clearly excited, but I wasn't. They'd all be leaving for their world, and I'd be alone with, no offense to all of the guys at the base, weirdos.

They lined up along the shore, and while some went into a diving position, others were ready to walk in. Blaze held onto her beanie and Griffin held her other hand. Jerome and Bajan looked at each other and nodded, probably going to do flips or something. Sparklez stared at the ground and didn't do anything.

"On three..." Wintra stared counting down, "Two..."

"Bye..." I whispered, not sure if anyone heard me.

"One..." She paused for a second, "JUMP!"

As she howled the last command, Jerome and Bajan, as suspected, did flips into the water. Others walked and dived. Sparklez walked in, not moving his head.

I stepped up to the water, "Bye..." I said once more.

Once more, until the portal opened like a vacuum, sucking me into it.

So yeah. I hope you enjoyed. I will hopefully get the epilogue up tonight.
