Journey With the Undead

After finding a strange end portal in TrueMU's Base, what happens? A world lies behind it; a world unimaginable to Minecraftians. An apocalyptic wasteland must be explored to get back to their world. 25. Epilogue

The epilogue isn't very long, but I summed up everything I needed to.

I summoned a wave up, out of the river and onto land. Several people were lying down on the ground, invading my space. After the water dissapated, they had yet to move. Getting out of the water, I saw who they were and gasped. One by one, I hauled them over my shoulders and into the basement of my house. The roots of the tree I called home splayed at the entrance of the basement. I set each of them on the floor and on comfortable items. Some of them I knew, others, I didn't.

I mainly took care of one in particular. Every chance I had, I went to the basement and tried to make sure they were warm and dry.

One day, though, about a week after I rescued them, the one I favored seemed to almost wake up.

As I was standing over him, he muttered something, "Mudkip! Why you haf to make me wet?"

I whispered back to him, "Guess again."

His eyelids fluttered open and he reached up to hug me, "Kermit!"

"Nice to see you, too, Sky..."

Unknown POV

He escaped me. Unknowingly, he did, but he escaped me. No one had ever succeeded in escaping my grasp. Seven days it would have taken. Just seven. On day two, he was no longer mine to get. Who will get him now? That fact is left to the Void.

It was fun writing this story. It took a while. April, was it? That was when I started it. And it took me until the First of February. I hope that you enjoyed this, just as much as I did, forming the personalities of my created characters, and trying to implement the non-created ones. So, if you will, leave a comment, saying what you'd like to see from me in the future. I currently have my Pokemon Mystery Dungeon story in progress.

But let me know, whether you'd like to see a sequel or just another story. You can always request another franchise for me to write in. Perhaps I will if you recommend, but I might not.
