Title: Innocent Ideas
Author: Nesma
Disclaimer: I, obviously, do not own Harry Potter or the characters, all that goes to JKRowling.
Summary: It's hard to predict the results of words and actions at such a young age. It's difficult to fathom that an idea formed without much logic or reasons at a young age will carry on through to adulthood. It's terrifying and exhilarating that the ideas and stories from childhood have such curious results in adulthood. And this could be no truer than with the case of Lily and Petunia Evans and Severus Snape.
A/N: I won't lie, I won't be updating this particular story often. Whenever I feel like it. I have this spurts of inspirations regarding the younger years of the Maruaders. Scenes and moments. So, enjoy!

When Lily's second-year letter arrived in the mail, it was quite different then the first one that arrived. It was still exciting but hardly exhilarating. The novelty of the whole school had worn off, and though Lily was happy that she passed her exams, it was hardly a cause for a celebration dinner.

Instead, she went with Severus to the corner ice cream store to get an afternoon treat. They even started to plan their trip to Diagon Alley. Trying to figure out a way to convince their parents that they could venture into London by themselves.

While they failed to convince Mrs. Evans, for she really was the one who would be taking them into London, they knew what tactics to try for the next year.
