Surprise!

Back in Magnolia Natsu and Lucy were just returning from an S-Class Job. Lucy was humming as she counted out the money from the job.

"8,000,000!" She said to Happy.

"Can we buy fish with it?" He asked.

Lucy handed him a few bills and he gleefully ran off to the market stalls. A little while later at the guild hall Natsu burst in and ran straight to the bar for one of his flaming dishes.

"Oh Natsu! You missed it we got a new guild member. A new Dragon-Slayer." Mira said.

Natsu choked a little. He hit his chest and took a deep breath.

"Really? What kind?" He asked.

"Hmm what did he say? Oh Water and Ice." She said.

"Hmm I should fight him. Maybe he could make S-Class to." Natsu said.

"Hmph! Make S-Class? He might be as strong as you, Salamander. I asked around about him after he left and found out a quite a few things from my former contacts." Mest said rocking in his chair.

"Like what?" Natsu asked curious.

"Like the fact that he's wiped out entire Dark Guilds alone. Or that he fought against Crime Sorcerie. He's tough." The former Rune Knight said.

"I've done all that. Remember Eisenwald?" Natsu said.

"Yeah, but you had Erza, Gray and Lucy at your back. He did all that kind of stuff alone." Mest said.

Natsu grumbled. Then the doors opened and Wendy, Ace and Xena stepped inside.

Natsu took one look at the team and leaped at Ace. He missed his punch and instead hit Xena and Wendy.

Wendy growled at him while Xena took out the small sword at her waist and hit the Fire Dragon Slayer in the head. He gripped his head and looked at the girl.

"A sword? This looks like one of Erza's! Did Erza shrink down into a Kid?" Natsu asked pulling on Xena's cheek.

The little girl gave him a Death Stare and he backed up.

"Leave my Mommy out of this! Oops I wasn't supposed to say that." She yelled.

The guild hall went Pin Drop silent. Natsu was the first to speak.

"M-m-m-mommy?!" He yelled.

"Ugh I guess we cant hide that secret anymore. Everyone meet Xena Fernandes. Or Xena Scarlet whichever you prefer." Wendy announced.

Ace was covering his face and shaking his head.

"Wendy! May I speak with you a moment?" Makarov yelled.

They went into one of the back rooms while everyone else stared at Xena and Ace.

"So mini Erza are you strong?" Natsu asked with a stupid grin.

She punched him and gave him a black eye. Macao, Romeo and Wakabe laughed.

"Natsu gets beat up by a little girl. We should put that in Sorcerer Weekly." Romeo said.

"So your Ace? Can you make some ice on this?" Natsu asked pointing to his bruised eye.

Ace grinned and froze Natsu's whole face. The fire dragon Slayer angrily stomped into the wall and passed out.

"Ace come here. And Xena to. The rest of you find something else to do before Laxus assigns jobs!" Mira yelled.

Ace and Xena both sat at the Bar while Mira put a freshly cooked meal out.

"Here. Food for info." Mira said smiling.

"Shoot."

"So did you meet Erza?"

"Yeah, she'll be along in a few days. One last thing to take care of." Ace said.

"Alright, and we've heard a lot about you from informants. How strong are you really?" She asked.

"I honestly don't know. I've never reached my limit. Can I eat now?" He asked as Xena tore into her meal.

"One more question. Do you like Wendy?" Mira asked slyly.

"Like her? I've just met her." Ace replied completely oblivious to her question.

"Hey mom? Can I go with Romeo and Asuka?" A small boy with spiky yellow hair asked.

"Sure sweetie. Just be careful." Mira said.

"Hey Romeo! Wait up!" He yelled running after the teenager who was leaving the guild hall.

"So Mira, Whats the old man wanna talk about?" Ace asked.

"Probably about Erza. She's an S-Class wizard but she's been gone for six years. No one has seen her since then." Mira told him as she inspected someone's job poster.

"Well she should be back soon. She said that they had only been avoiding that guild because they didn't think Xena would be safe." He said looking over at the girl.

"I can handle myself. I'm not weak you know." Xena said acting proud.

Ace poked her and she tumbled out of her chair. She stood up and tried to grab him but he kept her at arms length by putting a hand on her forehead. Mira smiled and smacked him in the head with mug.

"Ow! What was that for?" He asked.

"Be nice to kids. Oh hello Master." She said as Makarov and Wendy returned.

The Guild Master looked Troubled and he sat on the counter.

"I fear even Crime Sorcerie might need help with the Dark Guild that they are targeting. What do you know about Hel's Chosen?" He asked looking at Mira.

"Well I've heard about them before. Supposedly they are led by a Teenage Girl named Terra-" She stopped as Ace dropped his fork.

Both she and the Master looked at him curiously.

"What's wrong Ace?" Wendy asked.

Ace gripped his necklace and looked at the floor.

"Is she a Dragon Slayer?" He asked.

"I believe so. Right Master?" Mira said.

Makarov nodded.

"Then she's the one who killed my Parents." Ace said grinding his teeth.

"What?! She was able to kill a Dragon?!" Makarov said.

"Weren't you listening? Parents! I was raised by two Dragons!" Ace yelled.

The guild hall went silent. Natsu walked over.

"I'm sorry." He said placing a hand on Ace's shoulder.

Ace took a deep breath and brushed the hand away.

"Don't be. But she's the one I've been looking for. I brought down dozens of Dark Guilds before I came here. All in search of her." He said.

"Well in any case this is going to be a fight that Crime Sorcerie can't win alone! We will help them!"

Mira stood behind him smiling sadly.

"But Master… only Jellal knows where their headquarters is. We don't." She said.

The master stood heroically for another few seconds then he grabbed a mug.

"Well then. I guess we can't go help." He said.

Everyone fell over.
