Bee was asleep when the alarm went off. Bee awoke and changed into her clothes quickly and ended up in the lobby where everyone else was.

"What's going on?" she asked as she approached the others.

"Give me a sec," Speedy said as he typed some things into the computer, "Not sure there not coming up in the system."

"Well then we'll just have to figure out who it is when we get there," Aqualad stated to the others.

"You sure that could be dangerous, we could send Mas and Menos and have them look," Speedy said.

Aqualad shook his head, "No its better if we just go and find out now, let's get going," he stated and headed out.

"You heard him, let's get a move on," Bee said and followed him out of the tower. Bee was in the air as she headed towards the center of town. She looked around, "I don't see anything," she said into her communicator as she looked around.

"Be careful Bee they have to be around somewhere," Aqualad's voice came.

Bee was going to say something but she didn't have a chance to when she heard an explosion. She didn't have time to react when part of the building next to her fell onto her. She screamed as she hit the ground and was covered quickly by the building.

Her name was yelled as the others came closer to where she was. "Where is she?"

"I won't state the obvious to that," Aqualad's voice came. Speedy and him started moving building parts away trying to find Bee under everything. Plus, they heard a roar of types. It had barely registered to either of them but the fact the ground felt like it was vibrating pulled their attention up. They both looked up and saw Cinderblock coming down the street.

"Cinderblock what's he doing here?" Speedy asked

"I don't know. Mas, Menos distract him," Aqualad stated as he continued to pull building pieces off. After they pulled off a few pieces Bee's form came into view.

"Bee," Aqualad said as he came over to her. She was breathing but not awake.

"We have to get her back to the tower," Speedy said.

"We can't leave him out on the street though."

Aqualad felt conflicted, he wanted to get Bee back to the tower but he couldn't leave the three to take care of Cinderblock they wouldn't be able to do it themselves.

"We'll have Mas and Menos take her back; give Cyborg a call to go there and they'll be back before we know it," Speedy state.

Aqualad nodded his head and got Mas and Menos over giving them orders. Once they were gone, they went over and we're dealing with Cinderblock. Aqualad had given Cyborg and told him about Bee. Cyborg said he would head over to the tower and take care of her.

Mas and Menos where back before they got too far into the fight. Course without Bee the fight seemed to just lag on or that's just how it felt since her presence was missed. Speedy's arrows seemed to have little effect on Cinderblock if anything they seemed to just be an annoyance to the man. Speedy was soon changing his arrows up so they had more of an effect on him. Which was helping them bring down Cinderblock. When he went down, he went down with a thud. They were soon getting him to the jail and where heading back to the tower faster than they usually did. All wanted to see how Bee was doing.

When they got back to the tower, they were walking to the medical wing and could hear talking.

"Sparky I'm fine," Bee's voice came.

"Bee you were under pieces of a building it could have killed you. Not to mention you have a broken wrist, some fractured ribs, and a possibly concussion."

"As I said Sparky, I'm fine, I'm alive and awake," Bee said in an annoyed voice it sounded like.

It was quiet when they entered is when Cyborg spoke again, "Why didn't you shrink?" he asked her. They all knew she could shrink and it could have saved her a lot of damage.

She looked at him with a tilted head, "Because if I shrunk and didn't land in the right spot it would have squashed me like a bee," she stated to him.

"Okay, well orders Bee. You need rest till your healed no going out. If you guys need help don't hesitate to call us okay," Cyborg said standing and turning to Aqualad.

"Sure Cyborg."

"And I mean it make sure she gets rest. It should only be a few weeks for her to heal as long as she doesn't strain herself or re-hurt herself," Cyborg stated then headed out.

Once he was gone, they looked at her. "Are you okay Bee?" Aqualad asked her.

"I'm fine, I'll be fine. Sparky just likes to over react," she stated and moved to get out.

Speedy was the one to stop her though. He placed his hand on her shoulder lightly and made sure she stayed, "Cyborg doesn't overact when it comes to injuries. He's right you need to rest and heal."

Bee looked at him, seeing this side of Speedy was different, it was there though when he needed to be the logical one or close to it, he could be.

"You can move out of the medical wing after forty-eight hours Bee," Aqualad said to her.

Bee knew it was pointless to argue with both Speedy and Aqualad at this point so she just nodded her head to them. She leaned back on the bed and closed her eyes; she could hear them leave the room and the door shut. But with her eyes closed, she didn't realize not everyone had left.

"Karen," Garths voice came.

She opened them and looked at him, "Yes Garth?"

He just looked over at her for a few moments. He walked over to her then and the next thing she knew his lips where against hers. She kissed him back as his hand was placed against her cheek. She kissed him back but he pulled away from her after a few seconds. She knew he was worried she got that the moment he kissed her. He would have been worried though even if they didn't show the other there was feelings there. He was the leader the leader was always worried about his teammates. But they were also worried about each other no matter what, they were like a family just like the other titans where.

"I'm fine Garth, I promise. Besides some bumps and bruises I'm fine," she said to him. Reaching her hand out to him and placing it against his cheek. She ran her thumb over his cheek lightly.

His eyes went over her and he placed his hand on top of hers. She looked at him for a few moments before he pulled his hand away from her and moved slightly away from her, "I'll let you get some rest. I'll come check on you in a few," he said to her.

She looked at him she just wanted to tell him to stay with her. But she couldn't bring herself to do it. Why couldn't she? They already kissed, wasn't that enough to show that each other had feelings for the other? Or did they still need to say it aloud. Even if Jinx was right which she wasn't because they were far ahead of how long it took Robin and Star to even get to be with each other. She was confused and it made her head hurt just thinking about it all. Maybe because it was still private it didn't feel real right now. No one else in the tower seemed to realize the two had feelings for each other. Mas and Menos wouldn't say anything but Speedy would be like Cyborg and Beast Boy and tease them about it and possibly get another few titans in on it. But that hadn't happened at all. She just kept her mind on it and kept thinking about it even though it gave her a headache. She closed her eyes and started to quiet her thoughts as she let sleep come over her.
