Undertaker studied the building as he searched for his daughter's energy signature. When the small flicker of light reached his radar he felt a hint of relief as he used his own source to embrace the tiny spark. The spark reacted in delight, before it winced back in pain. Undertaker's own flashed in anger as he approached the manor.
Morica could feel her signature respond to her father's before it withdraws in pain. Angela smirked as she observed the younger grim reaper.
"Poor little Princess Morica," she taunted. " All alone and your dear demon husband can't find you. And as if he would when he finds out the truth."
"Go to Heaven, " Morica growled weakly. "The all father is missing its psycho bitch."
Angela narrowed her eyes before she struck the grim reaper. Morica's face slammed into the wall once again. Blood had pooled into a puddle around her feet and rained across her dress. The life force of her children was growing weaker as Morica's own force weakened. Her violet eyes had dimmed before she felt the stronger force of her father wrap around her own and hold it in place. Morica frowned mentally when she felt another life force that she hadn't felt since her wedding day.
"Release her," Undertaker growled, his eyes flashing in rage.
"Or else what?" Angela questioned smirking. "This place is full of my minions. Good luck getting out."
Morica observed her father, before the presence of another rested beside her. William looked at his friend in sorrow before he opened his mouth.
"Puppets don't work well when they are destroyed," he spoke. "No minions means no escape for you. If I were you I would run."
Angela narrowed her eyes before she looked at Morica.
"When Sebastian finds out about you, I will be watching Princess," Angela spoke before she disappeared. "
Undertaker relaxed his stance and the hold on his axe briefly before he approached his child. Resting his forehead against hers, he repaired her force and his grandchildren's, before he pressed a hand on the chains on her wrist and pulled. The clang of them breaking and hitting the floor was the only noise, before he lifted her into his arms.
"Sebastian is here we must hurry," Undertaker ordered before he left the dungeon.
Morica could hear her father talking as she removed her torn dress and took the cotton nightie that hung in her old bedroom. the smell of the dead did't reach her side of the home but the smell of lavender and honeysuckle did and she smiled as it reminds her of her decreased mother.
taking one last look at her reflection, the young mother and grim reaper nodded before she left her bedroom. Undertaker looked up from talking to William as he sensed his daughter approaching. His hidden eyes observed her, taking in the exhaustion that was evident on her posture and the bags under her eyes. Reaching his arm out, he pulled his child into his warm embrace and placed a kiss to her forehead.
"You two are always the same," William said as he watched the small family.
"Hey William," Morica greeted, "Long time, no see."
William smiled, watching his old partner and friend.
"So what are we going to do with the angel?" William asked.
Morica snorted and shock her head, before she spoke.
"Kick her head," Morica growled. "How's that?"
"You're not kidding are you," Will said, shaking his head. "If she tells Sebastian you and him are finished."
"All due to some stupid law," Morica said, crossing her arms across her chest. "No inter breeding with humans, demons, angels or any other creature that is not a Grim Reaper. Stupid Law."
Undertaker didn't say anything as he pondered what the angel could want with his daughter and the Phantomhive boy.
"Your his soul guardian," Undertaker finally spoke. "A Grim Reaper that has to harvest his soul."
"Yes father," Morica replied. "But with Sebastian having already made a contract with him, I may not harvest his soul when he dies. But for his parents I never did get to harvest their souls, due to what the bitch created; an abomination. Two souls forced to fuse together for that creatures sick amusement."
William frowned, before he felt the pull of the grim reaper domain.
"I must be going," William said. "Morica be safe. I will see you all very soon."
With that he disappeared leaving the parent and child alone. Morica gave a sigh, and leaned against one of the coffins. Undertaker looked at her, before he went to pour his child a cup of tea and placed into her hands gently.
"He can never know," Morica said. "Father he will hate me. I can't have him hating me... I love him too much to lose him."
A few tears left her eyes before she quickly wiped them away and gave a shaky sigh. finishing off her tea, she swept her hands over the night grown she was wearing and her blue maid's dress morphed into view.
"Thank you Undertaker dear," she said. "I will be off now. I believe I will be seeing you soon."
Undertaker didn't reply as his daughter disappeared.
A party was happening in the manor as Morica appeared in her shared bedroom with her husband. Straggling a bit, she placed her hands out, to grab the side of the dresser. Giving a deep breath, she tensed at another's presence around her.
"I was wondering when you would come back," Sebastian said behind her. "What happened?"
"Nothing," she answered, turning to look at her husband.
Sebastian frowned, before he stepped forward and rested his hands on either side of her waist.
"Morica what ever is happening tell me," he pleaded, before he pressed a kiss to her forehead. "No matter what it is."
Morica's violet eyes widened in shock, before her husband walked away to serve their master.
"If only I could," she whispered when she was sure he was out of ear shot.
