"Babe wanna have our marathon night today?" Asked Jon as I stepped out of the shower.
Marathon night was some stupid excuse for Jon to have sex with me non stop, literally. We just have sex in every position available until I can't handle it anymore and then he goes to the kitchen to eat a sandwich.
"No." I said as I dried my hair completely and walked out of the bathroom naked.
"Why?" Asked Jon as he stepped closer to me and began to kiss my nipples and insert two fingers in me.
I moaned. Sure, why not enjoy it a little when a handsome guy goes to third base?
"I have a dinner." I said.
"Then let's have sex now. I bought you that vibrator so it could be used." Said Jon.
"Yeah I know." I said.
"So, c'mon." Said Jon, pointing at the bed.
"Don't you have to go to work? You're late. And I have to get ready. Alec's picking me up." I said.
"Who are you going to see anyway?" He asked.
"Alec's brother." I lied.
"Bullshit Clary. Who are you going to see?" He asked, his tone raising slightly.
"It's an old friend of ours. He's staying for a week and I haven't seen him in a long time so I'm going to welcome him." I said.
"Welcome him? How exactly Clary? Huh? Are you gonna sleep with him?!" He yelled and I sighed. Not this again.
Jon was a very jealous person, mostly when it came to Alec. He doesn't believe he's gay, he thinks it's just a fake mask so he can get closer to me.
"Calm the fuck down Jon, seriously." I said, slightly annoyed.
"Are you seriously telling me this?!" He yelled.
"Jon will you just shut the fuck up?!" I yelled back but fell to the grown when his hand collided with my cheek. He had slapped me, like total back hand bitch slap.
"Don't speak to me like that." He spat and walked off.
"I'm off to work." He mumbled before closing the door.
I sat on the ground and cried.
Cried because it was the first time he hit me. Cried because I knew what it would lead to. Cried because I remembered father. Cried because I needed Jace.
I didn't just sob quietly. I was gasping for air, hot tears running down my cheeks, and sprawled out on the floor.
"Jace, I love you please forgive me." I whispered to myself.
After some minutes, I gathered myself together and went to the bathroom. I splashed my face with cold water and my red puffy eyes went back to their normal state. I got out my make up bag and started getting ready.
Some foundation, bronzer and highlighter contoured my face. Then after filling my eyebrows, I put some black and silver eyeshadow, blending it out so it gave my eyes a pop. I then proceeded to apply winged eyeliner and some coats of mascara.
I changed into a black and white checkered dress that was tight on top but flowy on the bottom. It reached my mid-thigh. Then I put on some simple black flats and a white jacket over my outfit. I got my purse and cellphone.
After a few minutes, Alec texted me to come downstairs. I locked the apartment and hurried into his car.
"Are you sure he was okay with me going?" I asked nervously
"Yeah. He said he'd like to see you." Said Alec.
I took a deep breath and smile.
We arrived in the airport after an hour and waited for about 15 minutes until we heard a voice.
"Alec!" We heard someone call out. I wasn't ready for this, can I still run out the door? No, the voice sounded really close. Oh god, Clary, breathe.
I turned around and regretted it. He was wearing some black jeans and a white button up shirt. The first three buttons were un-done. I looked at his face and smiled a bit. He was tanned, sexily tanned. He still wore that irresistible white smile of his, his hair remained golden and his eyes still had that mysterious look.
"Jace!" Called out Alec and we walked towards him.
"Look at you!" He said, giving Alec a man hug.
"I brought Clary." Said Alec and pointed at me.
"Clary! How've you been?" He asked.
I've been miserable thanks. What about you?
"I've been good thanks. You?" I said.
"Good I guess. You look... Woah. You look mature, it suits you." Said Jace smiling and I smiled with him.
"Thanks. You look tanned, loads of sun?" I asked.
"Yeah, I got roasted the first week I was there." He said chuckling.
"C'mon guys, give each other a hug." Said Alec and we laughed. Jace and I hugged and I could smell his cologne. It intoxicated me.
"So, are you seen anyone?" Asked Jace.
"Uh yeah. It's been a month since we started going out." I said.
"That great." He said smiling.
"What about you?" I asked.
"Actually, I have a girlfriend now." He said and my heart dropped.
