Sesshomaru
Today work was like any other. I had a meeting that concluded which vendors would be used for our new product and I demonstrated the plastic's strength and durability for a few investors.
As I was in a meeting discussing our companies investment in another company, the intercom beeped once, which means that there is someone waiting outside that I don't want to see. I took a deep breath and continued my meeting, they could wait.
My cousin came in unannounced a moment later. He looked livid and I found it mildly humorous.
"Excuse me gentlemen, I will need to finish this demonstration at a later date." As they all filtered out, my cousin had the good sense to wait till everyone was gone before he practically blew up, his face was bright red and he yelled something along the lines of
" I can't... You... Fuck!... This is my life! My life-"
"And it is my family's company as well as my family's money that is keeping your high maintenance lifestyle possible."
He swore under his breath and began to pace.
" that doesn't give you the right to marry me off to some girl just for the look of it!"
"Actually," I spoke with venom and a dark, unspoken threat, " If you wish to continue to live as you do you will be married to this girl. She is socially accepted and her father is the CEO of a company we very much want to be friends with." I took a breath, "You will be surprised." I said in a much lighter tone. " She may be someone that you find attractive."
At that I walked past him and left for the day I felt that I may have not been able to tolerate him any longer.
Inutaisho
"Father," I turned to my younger son.
"Yes Inuyasha,"
"Have you noticed Sesshomaru has been a bit more ...Evil than usual?"
I turned back to the drink in my hand. "Of course and you would be too if your mate was away for so long."
Inuyasha whipped his head toward his father,
"What do you mean 'mate' Sesshomaru hasn't taken a mate and he probably never will."
I turned to him, "Even if that were true would you wish that upon him?"
Inuyasha looked down.
" Sesshomaru's mate is Rin. The cheuffers daughter. He hasn't claimed her yet and this distance between them is hurting him. Its causing his demon to fight him."
Inuyasha looked up, "why hasn't he claimed her?"
"Probably because she is young or that fact that she has had a crush on Kohaku since they met. All I know for sure is that if Sesshomaru doesn't claim her soon his demon will and he might hurt her. We need to get him to stop being so foolish and talk to the girl."
"How would we do that?"
"Your mother might have some ideas."
