Angel walks into the office of her school, excited for the plans she has. She hears a news radio playing as she walks in.

"Vilo was murdered yesterday during dinner with a mystery guest. None of the servants knew the name of the young woman who did the awful deed, but the distinct outfit she was wearing gave detectives a lead. With DNA evidence found at the scene and the description of the woman's outfit they were able to track back to Bianca Velen, a notable trouble maker in recent weeks. She has been arrested and the trial is set for next month." Angel smirks as she listens and walks up to the counter.

"Hello Miss." Angel smiles at the woman behind the counter.

"Angel, what are you doing here? Class is about to start. You don't want to ruin your perfect record." The woman says. Angel smiles and shakes her head.

"That isn't something I'll be needing to worry about today. Is the principle in?"

"No. There was an accident on the route he normally takes, so he's a tad bit late. I'm sure he'll be here any minute now though."

"I was hoping to speak with him." Angel sighs. "I'm transferring to class E."

"I see. Thats... WHAT!?" The woman stares at Angel in shock. She continues to smile at her.

"Something wrong?"

"B-but, why..."

"Simple, I'm tired of class A. I want to transfer to a different class, and thankfully no one can argue because of some extra circumstances."

"But class E?! Why them?!" Angel glares at the woman.

"What's so terrible? They've proven they aren't some simple dunces, despite what everyone is constantly saying to them. They also seem more fun than anyone in any of the other classes. I'm going to inform my teacher and my class now." She turns and walks away, leaving the office lady dumbfounded. She walks to her class and opens the door.

"Angel! You're late! This is strange!" The teacher looks at her. "Did something happen? Were you sick?"

"No, but please listen to what I have to say." Angel looks around the room, her usual sweet smile on her face. "I'm leaving this class today. I've decided I'm tired of playing around with such fake people like all of you. I'm going to enjoy some time with class E, and so I won't have to bother with most of you anymore." Everyone stares at her in shock. "I know some of you are wondering if my grades suddenly dropped. They haven't. I'm still getting excellent marks, nothing less than normal for me. I'm just tired of dealing with a bunch of idiotic and fake people. I'll be leaving now." She is about to leave when board chairman Asano suddenly shows up.

"Angel! I'm glad I found you!" He smiles. "Listen, there's no need for you to transfer anymore. I know you were dreading being separated from your friends, and must have said some awful things to make it easier for everyone, but I've taken care of the little problem."

"What are you talking about?" She frowns.

"There's no need for you to transfer. Please, go back to your normal seat."

"No." He frowns. "I'm going to my new class, that's final."

"It's only final if I say so." He says. "So please listen and..."

"Then I'll stop doing my work." She smirks and pushes some hair behind her ear. "You'll either be forced to transfer me, or lower this class and ruin its reputation. Either way you lose, don't you?" He doesn't have a response. "Please allow me to continue as I was. I don't want to make this anymore troublesome than it already is."

"Ah, well, if it really is so important to you. Oh, perhaps I understand now." He smiles. Angel glances back at her classmates, they're all watching intently. "You must be so insistent because you want to help those students. I'm sorry if I missed such an important thing initially. Still, are you sure it's worth it? You could hold extra study lessons for them and work as a tutor."

"I want to transfer. Please allow it."

"I suppose I have no other choice then. I'll take you there myself. Lets go." They start walking. Once they're out of the school Angel looks up at him.

"You made that way too hard for yourself." She smirks. "You know full well I don't give up easily. Besides, the situation you've created with class E made this far too easy."

"Yes, I see that now. But most students don't want to be in that class."

"You have now met the exception." Angel looks up at the building in the distance. "This is going to be interesting." They travel in silence. When they reach the building they walk to the classroom. Asano opens the door and what Angel sees makes her stop. A strange Octopus looking thing is up front, holding a book and writing on the board.

"Visitors! That's splendid! But we're in the middle of a lesson, so could you come back later?" The octopus says.

"Actually this is Angel Chi, and she will be joining your class from now on."

"What are you talking about?" Karma shouts. "She's an A class student. Why would she suddenly be thrown in our class?"

"She was insistent. Perhaps you can make use of her presence and grow yourselves with her help. I need to be going now." He leaves, and Angel is still frozen in place, staring at the strange teacher.

"Well miss Angel! I'm Korosensei, welcome to our little assassination family."

"Ah, uh, yes, thank you." Angel timidly says. She walks into the classroom, completely nervous now. She sees a big box in the back with a girl's face on screen. She can't imagine anything weirder she's ever come across. "Hello, my name is Angel Chi. I will be with you from now on, so please take good care of me." She bows.

"You seem a bit nervous and confused. Were you brought here as an assassin?" Korosensei asks.

"Ah, y-yeah." She looks at him, still nervous.

"Splendid! After class why don't you see me and I'll make sure to explain everything. For now enjoy the lessons and observe your classmates." Angel nods. She sees a seat near the back and quickly walks to it. When she takes her seat Korosensei continues with his math lesson he was giving.

"What have I gotten myself into?" Angel whispers to herself as she sinks a bit into her seat...

"This is crazy." Angel sighs. She is sitting in class with Korosensei. The other students are gone, but she stayed after to have her weird day explained. "So we have to kill you? And we have to do it with these special weapons?" She flicks the tip of the knife she was given.

"Exactly! And you have until March to do so! I'm surprised no one told you anything before you came here."

"Ah, well, father probably didn't get the details because he didn't take me seriously." She sighs. "I can't believe I got myself into something as strange as this."

"Do you want to leave?" She looks at him, then at the knife. "It's not like someone like you could kill me anyways." She looks up and sees his face has changed to stripes, what she was told means he's mocking her. She tightens her grip on the knife and smirks at him.

"Of course I can kill you. Don't underestimate me." She stands and casually tosses the knife at Korosensei. He dodges of course. "Thank you for explaining things in detail for me Korosensei. I look forward to killing you alongside everyone else."

"I look forward to your attempts." She walks out, a better understanding of and new excitement for her situation. She starts her walk downhill where a car should be waiting for her.

"Hey, A classer." Angel stops and looks to her left. She drops to the ground, avoiding a real knife that was thrown at her head.

"What are you doing?" She stands up properly and glares at her attacker, Karma.

"That's my line." He walks out from the shadow of a tree. "Why did you come into our class? Was it just to kill Korosensei?"

"Yes. Now answer my question. Why are you trying to kill me?"

"That wasn't killing." Karma chuckles. "That was just a little friendly toss. If that had killed you then you wouldn't stand a chance with Korosensei."

"I suppose." She pushes some hair out of her face and behind her ear. Her normal pleasant smile is wiped from her face and replaced with a cold, serious expression. "Is that all you wanted from me? Or were you planning to bother me about something else?"

"Not so sweet now." Karma smirks. "What happened to the cute little girl who stood up for class E?"

"Well, since we're classmates I guess I can tell you." She starts walking again. "That girl, she died years ago..."

As class starts again Angel finds herself watching her classmates, trying to get a better feel for what it's like to try and kill this unkillable monster. She sees attempts here and there, but as they fail class continues as if nothing else is going on. She finds herself fascinated by the strange happenings. All the way through to lunch she just sits in back quietly, observing the situation. Finally though the students are free to go out and relax for a short while. Angel stands and starts to head for the door with the rest of the class.

"Ah, Angel, are you doing anything for lunch?" She stops to look at Nagisa.

"Ah, well, not really." Angel says with a slight smile.

"Do you want to join us?" He motions towards a few of his friends. "We were going to go outside and think about some plans to kill Korosensei."

"That sounds like fun. I'll join if you don't mind."

"Not at all. Come on." She follows Nagisa outside, along with a group of other students, and they sit beneath a few trees to talk.

"So, Angel, are you any good at assassination?" Tomohito asks as the students start getting their lunches out.

"I suppose." Angel pulls out a plastic tub with a lid and puts it in the center of the group before removing the lid. Inside is several dozen cookies. "Cookies anyone? I thought it'd help to make friends if I brought something sweet." She smiles and everyone happily grabs at the cookies. They all take a bite, but after a few moments the pleasant feeling Angel had created disappears. She smirks as everyone suddenly becomes sick.

"What's in these cookies?" Karma shouts through his coughs.

"That was really too easy." Angel laughs. "Those cookies could have been poisoned for all you know! And you just ate them, no problem! I even made it easy. They have a distinct bitter taste and smell." She shakes her head, ignoring the glares of her classmates as they begin recovering and glaring at her. "Oh calm down. Here." She removes the top layer of cookies by pulling out a sheet of wax paper. Underneath is more cookies. "These ones are real. I just wanted to have a little fun and see how observant my classmates are." She grabs a cookie and takes a bite. Everyone is hesitant to take a new cookie. "Just compare them. If you pay attention to your surroundings, even to things so small and simple, you won't be in danger." Nagisa is the first to take a new cookie. He looks it over, smells it, then finally takes a bite. This time he finds it to be a pleasant chocolate chip cookie, no poison.

"This is good." Nagisa says. Angel giggles.

"Thanks. And, I think those cookies should answer your question." She smirks at Tomohito. "That was a lesson from my childhood."

"You're an expert then?" Karma asks as he grabs a new cookie, also inspecting it before he eats it. The others follow suit.

"I guess." She shrugs. "But I won't be divulging too many details. After all, my favorite client would be mad at me." She smiles. The others look at each other. Their plan to properly assess the new comer isn't going as well as they had thought it would. She's not being straight with them, but she isn't being rude or trying to hurt them.

"Angel, I have a question." Karma says.

"Still not going to the movies with you." Angel says with a playful smirk. Karma keeps a smile on his face, though he's a bit annoyed by her comment.

"Why should we trust you? Who says you aren't going to kill us and steal the glory for yourself?"

"I suppose that's a fair question in this situation. Hmm, well, perhaps I might trust you with a little secret. Then again who says I need your trust?" She opens her lunch and pulls out a sandwich quarter. "I mean I don't have the same experience with Korosensei as you do, but I'm sure after a little while I'll be able to get closer to killing him than any of you have this entire time." Her smug attitude seals the deal. Angel can feel the cold air that's suddenly gripped the group. "Ah, well, perhaps I'll eat somewhere else." She puts her sandwich back and stands up. "You can keep the cookies. Just bring the container back to class, that's fine." She turns and walks away, getting around to the side of the building and finding a new tree to eat under. She sits down and opens her lunch, taking her sandwich piece back out and taking a bite.

"That didn't go well." Korosensei says. She looks up and to her left to see him standing there. She swallows the food in her mouth.

"Not really." She looks at the food in her hand. "You could say I've never been good at the social thing. I mean..." She sighs and leans back against the tree. "I can pretend quite well. I'm proficient at acting the part of a good friend and sweet girl, but when I stop pretending I'm forced to face the fact that I've never had the skills nor desire to make friends." She takes an angry bite of her food. "You think you can fix me, don't you?" She looks up at Korosensei with a cold stare, almost a glare.

"I bet I could." He says. She smirks.

"That's a joke." She laughs. "Ah, really, thats funny." She finishes her sandwich bit.

"Whats so funny about it?" Koro asks.

"You think you can change me." She grabs another piece. "That's a joke. I admit I had a little hope I could get along with my new classmates, but if I don't have any friends I won't care." She tears the piece in two. "After all, even mortal enemies, in the right circumstances, can work together quite well." She eats one half.

"You should realize that if you're isolated and all alone you won't fair well." Koro points out.

"Of course. I never said I would isolate myself. But its not like I've ever needed friends or pleasant company before." She looks up at the sky. "I've always been alone, getting empty kindness and praise from everyone but my father. He cares, but he's engulfed in... other things." She looks again at Koro. "I've grown up without the warmth of friends, and I can continue like this. I'm here for some fun to liven up my life, not for friends." She then turns her attention to her food. Korosensei walks away, the wheels turning in his head as he contemplates how to tackle such a tough case...
