I only own Anastasia

Gunner and Anastasia were having a good time cooking. She was teaching him the simple stuff first like Mac and Cheese. At first gunner kept burning it, but now he has the hang it.

Anastasia said "This is pretty good." She started eating it.

Gunner smiled taking a bit and said "Thanks, I had pretty good teacher."

Anastasia blushed and look down at her food.

They ate in silent. They didn't know what to say to each other. Until gunner broke the silent.

"Are you going to forgive your father?" He said

Anastasia started playing with her food and said "I want to, but the last person I yelled at was my mother and she died."

Gunner said "Why?"

Anastasia said "There was an art show , one of my drawing was on display, she said she coming but she was two hours late, I called her and ask her where she was, she's never late, she said she got caught up."

Gunner said "Got caught up with what?"

Anastasia said "She was probably with her new boyfriend, I yelled at her saying I hate her, you never done this before, I tried calling her but she wasn't picking up, Kevin said he will seat with just in case she shows up. But she never did, a cop came up and told me she got into a bad car accident, a drunk driver hit her on impact, they both died instantly."

The tears started to fall; gunner leaned over to wipe them away.

Anastasia said "My so called friends at the time, got me hook on drugs so bad, I was taking heroin like it was nothing. When I almost died, I saw my mother she told me it wasn't my time to go and that I need to find my father, so I went to rehab, got clean, and now here I am."

Gunner cupped her cheek and said "It's not your fault; it was that stupid drunk driver. I grew up hating my father, my mother tried her best, I just needed an escape, before I meet your father I was killing people and doing drugs really bad, and even when I did meet your father it got worse, but your father had knock some sense into me, and I've been clean ever since."

Anastasia said "I never told anyone my story before but besides to the doctors."

Gunner said "Well I'm glad you told someone."

Anastasia said "I feel like I can trust you."

Gunner said "You can trust me, I'll protect you."

Anastasia smiled and said "I think it's time to go."

Gunner nodded and they left to tool shop.

When they arrive to tool shop, Barney was standing outside with his arms cross and said "Where have you guys been?"

Anastasia said "Um, gunner showed me around; he is a really nice guy."
Barney didn't look convinced to what his daughter had said about gunner being a nice guy.

Anastasia walked in with a smile on her face. Gunner went to walk in but Barney stops him.

"I don't know what's going with you and my daughter, but I don't like it." Said Barney.

Gunner moved Barney hand and said "I'm just being a friend, that's what she needs right now."

Gunner walks in without saying a word. Barney follows shortly after.

Later on that night, the guys decided to go to the bar and invited Anastasia to come along with them, at first she didn't want to go but she had nothing else to do and she didn't know anyone, so she decided to go along.

They were at the bar, sitting at their normal table drinking. Well, Anastasia was drinking water; she wanted to be the only sober person if she has to take someone home.

They were having a good until called Anastasia name, she turned around and her eyes got wide.

"Well, this is a surprise, it's nice to see you again Ana." The person was her ex-boyfriend Kevin

Anastasia said "Um, what are you doing here?"

Kevin smiled and said "I'm here with some friends for business."

Anastasia said "That's good, um excuse me, I have to go to the bathroom."

She got up and walked away, but Kevin firmly grabs her arm. All the guys stood up quickly. Kevin saw this and let her go. Anastasia ran quickly.

Barney came up to Kevin and said "You touch my daughter again, you will lose that arm."

Gunner said "He'll lose more than the arm."

Barney said "Gunner relax."

Kevin looked over and smiled and said "Oh I see the boyfriend is here, I know all about you guys, the expendables, does your daughter know that you kill people.

Barney said "I think you need before someone gets hurt."

Kevin smiled and said "sure thing, but watch you back."

He walked away without saying anything else.

Tool said "What hell was that about?"

Everyone looked at gunner.

Gunner looked at everyone and said "Me and Anastasia we out, and came about of nowhere, I saw she was scared and I protect her telling that dude I was her boyfriend."

Hale said "What's that guy deal anyway?"

Gunner said "She knows some stuff, but not everything."

Barney said "Thank you."

Gunner said "you're welcome."

Anastasia came back and said "After I came from the restroom, I hide and saw you guys talking, is everything ok."

Barney stood up and said "Yea, do you want to go home?"

Anastasia said "Yea, I think I had enough of all this tonight."

Barney nodded and told the guys he was leaving, they waved and left.
