Hello lovelies! Holy shit, guys...it's the last chapter! It's done. It's finally done. Oh my god, I did it. *Celebration music* Thank you all so very much for sticking with me and reading my story, it really means a lot to me. I love you all and you all deserve cupcakes and huggles! :'D
Anyways, I'll shut up and let you all enjoy~
Sasori awoke early the next morning, having a horrible night's sleep without his love. Deidara had spent the whole night out with some guy doing god knows what. He felt so sick to his stomach. His heart sped up as he heard the front door opening.
Deidara quietly shut the door behind him and tip toed over to the bed where Sasori was lying. He sat down at the foot of the bed and shook Sasori lightly. "Hey, Danna, un. Wake up."
Sasori gritted his teeth and sprang up, startling the blonde and causing him to fall off the bed. The older male glared at Deidara, moving to the floor on top of the blonde and roughly pinning him to the floor. "Damn you, you stupid brat!" He shouted, tightening his grip on the blonde's wrists.
Deidara hissed at the firm grip on his wrists, staring wide eye up at the red head. "What the hell, Danna?!" He was taken aback when tears started to form in the furious yet hurt chocolate eyes of his lover.
"Once you begin...once you get into this world, you can't stop. You don't understand, you idiot!" He lowered his head and tried his hardest to keep it together in front of Deidara, releasing his hold on the blonde.
Deidara stared up at Sasori, shifting his gaze to the side before speaking. "You want to know why, un?" He took a breath and let out a shaky sigh. "I wanted you to know the feeling of waiting for you every night to come home after you've been with your customers." His eyes flicked up to meet Sasori's. "How does it feel, un? Horrible, isn't it?"
Sasori didn't say anything as he stared at the floor, silent tears streaming down his face. Deidara frowned before continuing. "Last night, I didn't go with that guy, un." Sasori's eyes widened and he slowly turned his gaze, locking eye contact with the blonde. "I got off his bike and kept wandering the street the whole night, thinking about our relationship."
Sasori chewed on his lower lip as he stared into the blonde's gloomy azure eyes. Deidara didn't actually have sex with that guy. He just went out and thought about their relationship. Did he really want to know what exactly Deidara thought of last night? What conclusion he came to? No. But he knew he was going to have to face it either way and he needed to know. His stomach was in knots and he was dreading Deidara's next words.
"I..." Deidara swallowed a lump forming in his throat, his body began to tremble slightly as he tried to get the words out. "I-I think we need to break up, un."
He knew it was coming, it was only a matter of time until it did. He was dreading those words, but he knew. Just because he already knew, didn't make it any easier. Sasori nodded numbly and slowly slid off of Deidara and onto the bed. He stared off into space, his eyes were like those of a dead fish.
Deidara sat up and frowned at Sasori, moving to sit next to him on the bed. "You and I came to this city imagining it to be a paradise, but in reality, we're living in a nightmare, un. A personal hell which we've been creating ourselves all along." A few tears slipped from his eyes and he sniffled. Grabbing Sasori's hand and shaking his head slowly. "Sasori, I can't continue to live like this, un. This is not the way I want to live."
Sasori squeezed Deidara's hand, staring at him as he continued. "Let's quit the job, un. How long do you think you can keep on doing this? Do you want to be a ragged old man, staggering on the pavement, waiting for a customer?" Sasori averted his gaze and swallowed hard. "Is that how you want to end up, un?!"
Sasori didn't say anything for a moment as he stared at the floor. He took a shaky breath before speaking. "Yes. If that's what fate holds for me, then I accept it."
Deidara snorted bitterly and put on a sorry excuse of a smile, shaking his head before glaring at the red head. "What a cowardly, pathetically unhappy man you are, Sasori, un." He wiped some fresh tears from his eyes. "Do you know what makes life interesting? The unpredictability of it all, un. It's interesting because we don't know what the future holds for us. Don't blame fate or that destiny bullshit! We decide our own fate, it's our choice, un."
Deidara shifted his gaze to the floor and pulled his hand from Sasori's, replacing it into his lap. "You can't pick and choose your sexual persuasion, but you can certainly choose the way you live your life, un."
Sasori didn't speak, he didn't trust his own voice. He simply continued to stare at nothing, wiping away his tears as they fell from his eyes. Deidara wasn't wrong. His way of thinking was fucked up and he knew it, but he couldn't change it. He felt like a failure. Everything and everyone he comes in contact with leaves or crumbles away sooner or later, it's his own fault for getting attached to things that will eventually leave him in the end. He's use to getting hurt, but he'd never felt a pain this intense as he watched Deidara stand up and begin to pack his bags from the corner of his eye.
Deidara's just another precious thing he let slip through his fingers and he can't fix it. He was scared of changing his way of life. He was scared. What if he changes now for Deidara but he ends up leaving him later down the road? He'd be in the same state he's in now but worse. He'd have nothing and that scared the hell out of him.
Deidara finished packing, grabbing his bag of his belongings and heading to the door. He stopped with his hand on the doorknob, closing his eyes and taking a deep breath before turning around and setting his bag down on the couch. He walked over and sat beside Sasori, gazing into his puffy brown eyes with his own sorrowful baby blue ones.
Sasori slowly raised his hand to gently cup the blonde's cheek, leaning closer and connecting their lips in a tender kiss. Deidara closed his eyes and kissed back, holding the kiss for as long as possible before parting from his lover. He placed his own hand over the one still cupping his cheek, nuzzling the older male's hand and closing his eyes before whispering. "I love you, Sasori Danna, un."
Sasori smiled sadly and pulled the blonde into a strong hug, wrapping his arms around the younger male's lean frame. Placing a soft kiss on his neck and muttering into the skin of his neck. "I love you too, Deidara."
Deidara fought back the hot tears stinging his eyes as he hugged his Danna back, burying his face in his neck and taking in his unique scent. After a while, the two parted, sharing one last loving kiss before Deidara stood and retrieved his bags. He spared one last glance to his ex lover before exiting the apartment.
As soon as Deidara was out of sight and he was sure he wasn't coming back, he let out a loud sob and buried his face in his hands. His body shook violently as he sobbed uncontrollably at the loss of his lover. He felt worse than shit. What has he done? He just lost the best thing that's ever happened to him and for what? Some stupid, bullshit fate as a worthless prostitute. Way to fucking go Sasori.
Over the course of the next week, Sasori went about his life as normally as he could, going back to how it use to be before he got with Deidara. The lonely world of prostitution. He'd thought a lot about his ex lover, hell, he never left his thoughts. He had a plan to get as much money as he could so that he could quit his job for good and not worry about anything, then he would go looking for his one true love so that they could finally have their life together without worry. He didn't know where his blonde was, but he swore he'd find him someday.
It was a warm night in Konoha, Sasori hopped on the back of a customer's moped and they drove off. "Could you stop here?" Sasori piped up as they drove through the middle of nowhere.
The man raised a brow at Sasori's strange request. "Here? But I live just past this road!"
Sasori frowned and urged the man to stop. "Please. Stop here."
The man sighed and rolled his eyes. "Alright, fine." He stopped his moped and smirked at the red head. "Adventurous, aren't you?" He wrapped his arms around the smaller male's waist and pulled him closer. "Let's get started then~"
Sasori glanced around and smirked back. "Let's~" He shoved the male away and pulled out a pocket knife. Narrowing his eyes while holding his sinister smirk in place. "Now, give me your necklace, watch and wallet."
The brunette man's eyes widened at the knife, his eyes flicking back up at Sasori as he let out a frightened chuckle. "A-are you really robbing me or just playing a game?"
Sasori's smirk dropped and he yanked the necklace off from around the man's throat. "Does it look like I'm fucking playing? Take it off before I stab you, and way out here, no one will even hear your pathetic cries for help."
The man trembled as he handed over his wallet and watch to the red head. Sasori took the money from the man's wallet before throwing it back at him, pocketing everything and grunting. "And your phone." He snatched the phone from the man's quivering hand.
Sasori nodded and held the knife to the man's throat, shooting him a menacing glare and speaking in a dangerously low voice. "If you report me to the police and I am arrested, I'll tell them why I robbed you. You will be shamed." He pressed the cold steal blade to the man's fleshy neck and hummed. "What will your family and friends think about you?"
He backed away from the man slowly and smirked. "Just think." Was all he said before disappearing into the bushes.
Sasori leaned on a tree on the usual corner he whores himself out to, smoking a cigarette he'd bummed from Itachi. "Why haven't you been here all week?"
The red head glanced to his raven hair friend, taking a long drag and blowing the smoke into the air. "I'm working another street and hooking up online."
Itachi nodded and hummed. "Has Deidara contacted you yet?"
Sasori sighed and stuffed his hands into the pockets of his leather jacket, glancing up at the starry night sky. "When I have money, I'll go looking for him." He took one last long drag from his cigarette before removing it from his mouth. "To be happy, one needs money. I need lots of money however I can get it, even if it's dangerous." He dropped the burning butt of his fag and stamped on it until no embers remained. He was willing to do anything to see his love again, even if it killed him.
Sasori continued stealing and prostituting for weeks, skipping meals here and there and only buying things that were absolutely necessary so as to save as much money as he possibly could.
One night, he went out with another customer with the intentions of robbing him as well. He stopped him at the usual spot where he could easily escape into the bushes after the job was done. The man stood up from the moped and grinned at the redhead, glancing around and giggling. "I love it here. So adventurous~"
Sasori smirked back at the man and nodded. "Oh I'm sure you'll love it."
The customer chuckled before glaring at the red head, kneeing him in the groin, causing him to double over in pain and fall to his knees. Sasori let out a pain filled yelp and clutched his manhood through his pants, looking up at the man with confusion and anger apparent on his face. "W-what the fuck?!"
Several men strolled out of the bushes, all holding metal bats and a look that meant bad news for Sasori. One of the men, however, didn't have a bat. Sasori looked up at him, his eyes widening and a horrified look found its way to his face.
The man glared at the pained redhead, a wicked grin taking over his features. "Hey, son of a bitch, remember me?" It was the first man he'd robbed. God damn it all.
Sasori stood, shakily and glanced around at the armed men surrounding him. This isn't good, there's no way in hell he even had a chance against these guys. He swallowed hard and looked the man he'd robbed from before with pleading eyes. "I'll return all of your belongings. All of them, I swear."
The man snorted and crossed his arms. "Your thought is simple. I don't need that shit, what I want is revenge. You have humiliated me, you little shit, so now it's your turn to pay the price. Hit him!" Immediately after the order was given, all men holding bats charged after Sasori, kicking him to the ground and beating him as hard as they could. He helplessly cried out in pain, tears mixing with blood as the beating seemed neverending. His vision started to go black and he felt his body going limp, one final blow to the head and he was finished.
The next night, Itachi walked through the streets, silent tears streaming down his face as he wandered. He'd caught word of a local prostitute found dead on the side of the road, beaten to death by several men who were never found. His heart sank as he watched the news broadcast from his television the night it happened. There, on the television screen was a picture of a bloodied red head, his best friend and colleague, Akasuna no Sasori.
Oh my god, that ending. Q.Q I cry every time I watch this movie and typing this was no exception, I'm a big baby. *Cries*
