Sarandara: "Last time on Reign of Chaos, a Fairy Tail Fanfiction. I Erza, Natsu, Gray and Lucy were alerted to Jose's true form by a Phantom Lord turncoat, Rhianus Swiftarrow a Night Elf Hunter, who in turn lead us to Jose himself where we put him down with the help of another Azerothian, Feng Shattershield an Orc Shaman. We killed Jose and dismantled his guild and soon after gained a few new members. The Dragonslayer Gajeel and Water mage Juvia joined Fairy tail along with Rhianus and Feng. Lucy also had a brief emotional moment, causing her to return home for a while, but only to basically flip her dad off before coming back to us. Now that everyone is accounted for its about time to start up this thing called Fantasia for some festival which is being held here in Magnolia! These rumors about the alleged Bronze Dragonslayer however have gotten me worried, but since he's going against Dark Guilds I'd assume he's on our side!"

"What's this?" Sara asked as the Orc Shaman, Feng, handed her a slip of paper.

"I saw it on the Guild's pinup board and took a copy to show you." he replied, sitting down at her table, with Rhia the Night Elf just next to her.

"Fantasia Parade?" Rhia read, snatching the paper from Sara.

"Hey!"

"Build your own float, enter the parade, yada-yada-yada..." She read off the page "Miss Fairy Tail contest? What like a pageant?"

"Pfft! Hahahaha!" Sara laughed "Alright then you have fun with that you wouldn't catch me dead in a pageant HAHAHA!" she then paused "Ok... rephrase, you wouldn't catch me undead in a pageant..." she muttered.

"The reward is 500k..." Rhia added, causing Sara's smile to fade... she searched in her bag, pulling out a horrid Runic potion, downing it and putting up her Respec magic and adding color to herself. "Where do I sign up?"

"Oh so as soon as money is involved you are ok with exposure?" Feng asked "Don't you have like several Thousand gold on you which is considerably more valuable than this world's currency? I was able to buy a new Talisman for only a few gold pieces which was on for like a thousand Jewel. Jewel is worthless to us!"

"Hmm... point taken." Sara agreed and shrugged "Oh well nevermind then"

"Well I'm still signing up!" Rhia smirked "I can finally show my Night Elven superiority mwahahaha!" she cackled evilly, but also jokingly... however Sara saw this as a challenge.

"Pfft! Blood Elves are way better than you dingy Night Elves! Challenge accepted! How about this!? We both sign up, whoever places higher on the list owes the other... uh... 2k gold!"

"Hmmph... fine! Challenge accepted!"

Feng sighed "I'm the only guy of the Azerothian team... but I'm also the only Orc... I'll never understand Elven women..." and put his forehead to the table.

"Feng? What was that?"

"Nothing, just go get ready." He shooed them off with a wave of his hand.

"Ok!" Sara chirped, "see you later Feng!"

"Mhm..." he mumbled then muttered under his breath "I sign up for what I thought was a hard as nails guild due to the battle that they fought... turns out its house of Darkmoon carnies with magic...

A few days later, upon the arrival of the day of the Harvest Festival.

Both Rhia and Sara were out wandering around the festival grounds, viewing the sights, both dressed in normal clothing, Rhia in a purple and white dress which had been handcrafted by one of her friends back on Azeroth while Sara wore a entirely black dress with fancy maroon stitch work, she was also in her lifeguise.

"A little much?" Sara asked Rhia.

"Oh as if you are one to talk." Replied the Night Elf.

"Please, your outfit resembles that of LITA week." (Love is in the air, Valentine's day week event)

"Well yours isn't exactly all innocent!" replied Rhia...

Sara huffed "Well you need to know what the audience wants, besides, I have a feeling the other competitors aren't going to hold back!"

"I'm still placing higher than you!"

"Oh yeah? Why so certain!"

Rhia smirked and stuck her chest out. "Just look at me, I'm so much more than that scrawny figure!"

"Scrawny huh? It's called petite! And guys like girls who are shorter than them thank you! Rather than towering above them like a freaking amazon!"

"I'm more toned!"

"I'm cuter!"

"I have cuter ears than you!"

"Oh no you didn't go there! Everyone knows vertical ears are so much cuter than rear pointing ears!"

"On the contrary!"

Sara facepalmed "Are we really arguing about whether Night Elves or Blood Elves have cuter ears?"

Rhia narrowed her silver eyes "Yes, yes we are..."

"Ladies." Said a more commanding voice off to the side, causing Sara and Rhia to shift their attention away from their argument.

"Oh Erza" said Sara, looking over at the typically armored battlemage, with her Heart Kreuz Armor on and... sporting a new sword from the looks of it, replacing her usual Fairy Longsword. It was pretty in a menacing way, it traded the pretty and angelic look of her Fairy Sword for something darker.

"I see you've noticed my new sword?" Erza commented, grinning at the girls. "Believe it or not, I actually forged it myself."

"No kidding?" Rhia added.

"Yep, moddled it after Sara's own longsword, that... Ebon Longsword of yours."

Sara used her inventory magic to look through her personal armory, finding all four of her main Death Knight weapons... her Ebon Greatsword, for two-handed heavy attacks, her Ebon Longsword, for medium speed and power one handed attacks, shield optional... her dual Ebon Shortswords for fast and light dual-wielding and lastly her Ebon Daggers, of which she had several, for sidearms or quick draw emergencies. She also had a large supply of Saronite knives for quick ranged attacks. She drew her Ebon Longsword... "Mind if I see it?" Sara asked.

Erza hesitantly unsheathed her new blade, "Careful with it, it's my first work and I don't know how it will hold up till I test it."

Sara held the blades next to one another, they were almost identical, well... Sara's was blue with glowing runes, made of Saronite... Erza's was red and looked like it was made of common Steel... no... wait... it glowed with a tint of silver... Mythril or Titanium maybe? The only difference in shape was Erza's was a bit more jagged... probably since it was her first attempt... on the other hand they looked intentional, perhaps for intimidation purposes. "Hey what are the runes from?" Sara asked, noting the Red runes imprinted on the blade. The runes didn't glow and they were clearly pressed into the blade, like a insert into a cut-out.

"Copper, slightly oxidized copper(I), I mixed it with a bit of liquid bronze to give it a harder but still very red color."

"Impressive." Sara said finally, handing the blade back to its owner. "Blacksmithing is a good honest trade, I've dabbled in such things along with others."

"Oh and what per-say haven't you dabbled in?" quirked Rhia, setting Sara off again.

"OH THATS RICH COMING FROM YOU!" she roared in reply.

Erza just rolled her eyes "Well I'm heading back to the guild, see you in the Miss Fairy Tail contest!" she chirped, causing Rhia and Sara to shut up again.

"Erza is joining the contest?" they both mused "Oh man we're so screwed..."

XxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxX

"I expected to see Elfman here, but you two?" Gray noted, looking over both Natsu and Feng as the crowd for the Miss Fairy Tail contest built up.

"Cuz they're real men!" Elfman offered.

"Now what kind of self-respecting Orc would I be if I didn't come to support Sara?" added Feng

"What about Rhia?" Grey asked.

"Oh I could care less about that Alliance slut" cringed Feng, causing Grey's eye to twitch a bit in confusion. "I'm here for my Horde"

"I'm surprised you are so into this, weren't you moping about just a moment ago?"

"Well despite me objecting to her joining of this contest of skin, since she was set on it, I may as well watch as she wipes the floor with that Night Elf trash. So long as she proves the Horde is better than the Alliance!"

"Old prejudices die hard it seems" Grey sighed as the Sand Wizard Max stepped up onto the stage.

"May I have your attention!" he said into his microphone. "The Miss Fairy Tail contest is about to begin!"

The commotion died down and everyone shifted their attention from what they were doing and onto the stage. One by one the contestants were called out, starting with Cana, who used card magic to mask herself as she changed into a swim suit. Meanwhile Sara, Rhia, Lucy and even Erza were watching from off stage as Cana's reveal was met with highly positive results.

"A swimsuit!? Lucy exclaimed "That's so unfair!"

"Mhm..." Nodded Erza

"No way you're catching me in something immodest!" steamed Sara as if someone expected her to do the same.

"Suit yourself! Change of plans for me!" snipped Rhia. "And what about that Boulderfist armor you wore during our first fight?"

"Hey that was different, there is that, then there is too much! Erm... or too little..."

Next up went Juvia, who pulled a similar trick using water to mask her change into a swimsuit.

"Swimsuits, swimsuits..." Sara mused "Instead of relying on boobs and skin, how 'bout showing some talent?!"

"Coming from such a small Blood Elf, I'm not surprised."

"Hey! I'm anything but small! I think I rival Erza at least in size! You... you are just more Lucy sized..."

"Hey!" Both Erza and Lucy exclaimed.

Then up went Mirajane, who completely botched any chance of winning by doing... well hopefully by doing that was intended as a joke... ironic since she was one of the hottest bodies out there in the eyes of the audience.

After that went Erza, who rather than showing skin went with a more subtle approach, changing instead into a black and white frilly outfit, Lucy seemed to recognize the look but Rhia and Sara were left confused. Then Lucy was up, doing and nearly botching a cheerleading routine, it was awkward to say the least as she left stage... running through a few more contenders including Levy and Bisca who got smaller receptions than the first few (minus Mira) and they plowed through the list quickly.

Next as Rhia, who jumped onstage with her purple dress, getting an initial positive reaction, no one had seen someone quite as exotic as her before, so this was new eye candy. She used her Emerald earth magic to conjure a wall of leaves before her to quickly change into her basic Night Elf Archer armor, which then got a much more dramatic reaction, positive as well... as a bit of a trick she pulled out her bow and launched a few arrows into the air, some left streaks behind them, others exploded into mini fireworks, it was a real light show. Her final reception was high, probably putting her in at least the top 5 or so...

Lastly it was Sara's turn, she entered stage with a cutaway black and red dress, all formal like, it showed off one of her legs while also revealing a bit of her stomach and curves, nothing to flashy. The audience seemed to like the look greatly, she could tell a lot of them liked her figure as it had a perfect balance of shape and size, it wasn't like Lucy or Rhia who had slightly bigger bodies, with imperfect proportions to some extent... sure they were beautiful, but Blood Elves and High Elves had a thing for PERFECTION, in the eyes of most mortal races anyways such as Humans, Orcs, Dwarves, Gnomes and Goblins. With the eye candy part out of the way she summoned a sheet of black ice, like... literally BLACK ice to shield her while she used her inventory magic to change into light black mail armor... Black Drakescale armor with a golden trim, leaving most of her back open but covering the front in a V shape, complete with matching leggings, gloves and boots. Drawing one of her swords she changed to runes from Red to Blue to Green, but not the typical Unholy, Blood and Frost powers of Death Knights. Using her respec magic she was able to combine a bit of mage powers with her blade, elegantly drawing invisible lines in the air, one minute later after finishing her show of agility and prowess... she commented "Sometimes I think I should be a painter..." she finished, sheathing her sword as the area in which she covered weakly but brightly erupted into a colorful display of Blue Ice, Red Fire, Green Poison and Brown Earth, painting a mural in the air of a beautiful landscape. While this wasn't the skin the audience was looking for, the reaction was greater than expected, they loved this piece of art before them, watching closely as it faded into nothing.

However behind the mural was another woman, clad in a green dress and holding a fan to her face.

"This contest is now over, as the one true queen of fairies I automatically should be declared the winner! Now this silly game can end!"

Sara glared at her in disgust "And you are? To interrupt my performance?" Not getting a reply she grew impatient "Hey you, I'm talking to you!"

"Sara! Watch out!" Grey yelled

"I'm sorry and you are supposed to be?" started the woman, lifting up her glasses and staring back into the Blood Elf's eyes, the woman's own eyes glowing yellow temporarily...

Nothing happened...

"W-what?!" The woman exclaimed, but Sara knew what she had tried.

"HAHAHA!" She laughed "I'm immune to all forms of crowd control magic, that includes petrifaction!" and with lightning speed, she knocked the woman's legs out, putting her onto her back, drawing her Ebon Greatsword and burying it next to her neck, her longsword then taking place on the opposite side... by now the audience had already fled, leaving the entire Fairy Tail guild to deal with the situation.

"You have ten seconds to start talking!" Sara barked "Ten... nine... eight..."

*Crack-boom!* Thunder sounded and struck next to Sara, throwing her off the stage, along with her blades.

"I hope I'm not late to the party!" yelled a young man with blonde hair and a scar across his face like lightning.

"Lauxus, Freed, Bickslow, Evergreen..." The Guild murmured as they noticed the four members of the Thunder Legion around the edges of the guild hall.

"Lauxus what is the meaning of this!?" Demanded Makarov

"Not much, just having some fun..." he laughed "Now, now, play nice... unless you want your precious ladies to stay in one piece" he finished as he had Bickslow reel the curtains back to reveal each and every one of the Miss Fairy Tail contestants turned to stone.

"We've always wondered who was the strongest in the guild" said Freed as he jumped down off the railings, followed by Bickslow "Yeah my babies are ready for some fun!" he jeered

"Fun!" "Fun!" his totems chanted.

"Only one rule, the last one standing is the winner!" decreed Lauxus "It'll be a Fairy Tail battle royal!

"Nice and simple!" shouted Natsu, fire fisting a table "Just how I like it, I'm all fired up now!"

Everyone went silent, glaring at Natsu "What the hell man!?" Grey exclaimed.

"This is a festival right? So why not?"

"I like your attitude" commented Lauxus, but then Natsu reeled up and charged at him "On second though it's probably what will get you killed." As he zapped him with high voltage lightning, right into the ground.

Sara pushed herself up and hobbled over to Feng and Grey, drinking a small health potion restoring her limb condition.

"Anyways as I was saying, the whole of Magnolia is your battlefield, you have three hours to find us and defeat us or else these pretty ladies will be nothing but rubble."

"How could you Lauxus!" exclaimed Elfman.

"Oh c'mon" offered Bickslow "There are only four of us and like over a hundred of you guys, this is completely in your favor."

Sara grumbled "Considering we're supposed to fight one another, I'm not holding in much confidence..." she said quietly.

"Lauxus I won't stand for this!" Yelled Makarov who started to grow ten times his size over a few seconds.

"Now, now, simmer down old man, the party is just warming up, HAHAH!" he jeered as he warped away in another lightning flash.

"A little over kill don't you think?" Sara commented.

But as soon as the noise died down, Elfman was the first to speak "C'mon we gotta man up and go save our girls!" rallying the whole guild out the door to track down Lauxus and his gang.

Sara stood in the guild hall thinking... she looked over at Feng who hadn't moved either. Their eyes locked and they nodded at each other, making their way to the door just as Makarov charged past them, slamming into an invisible wall...

"What's wrong sir?" Sara asked

"There's an invisible wall!"

Sara looked up and noticed runic writing in the air. "Look!" she pointed out.

"It's an enchantment, not much use in combat but effective as traps... hmm... this one said no stone statues or humans over the age of 80 permitted past these walls." Makarov read "Damnit, we're going to play into his hands aren't we..."

Sara sighed "Good thing is says humans..." she said as she slipped past the enchantment "That would suck otherwise..." she finished as Feng followed her. "Sir Makarov... I know Lauxus is your grandson... but if I get serious, don't expect to see him again..."

Makarov grimaced "I understand..." he said as Sara and Feng ran off to search for Lauxus and his Thunder Legion.

Later as Sara and Feng were running through the streets of Magnolia when a purple wall of runes popped up in front of them... they looked behind them, but no wall formed, back in front however they could see Jet, Droy and Alzack staring at each other, like they were about to faceoff. Sara noticed Alzack reach for his guns, seconds later hell broke loose as the three engaged in combat.

"What hell are you guys doing!?" Sara exclaimed.

"Why are they fighting all of a sudden?" Feng asked to no one in particular.

Sara narrowed her eyes at the runes in the air "If what Makarov said is true, then that means this really could be the battle of Fairy Tail... if within the runes we need to follow the rules stated by them, we could easily be pitted against one another..." she paused "Feng we should split up... avoid other members at all costs, I don't want to hurt them if it can be avoided. Got it?"

"Right!" Feng nodded and the two parted ways...

Later as she was running through the town she passed a group of citizens who were trying to enjoy themselves. "Hey you're Sarandra right? One of the new girls? You seemed pretty responsible"

"Yeah I am, why?"

"Well for starters you might wanna find a change of clothes." Said the villager, pointing out that Sara was still in her Drakescale armor, causing her to yelp and then with no special effects pop open her menu and switch to her golden and silver Armor of Valor.

"Better" said the man "Now then some of your guildmates have been fighting around here and tearing up the town, mind asking them to lay off"

"I'll do my best, not sure why they are fighting but... well... yeah... later!"

Not one minute after leaving those villagers behind was she attacked, a swarm of needles flying past her head. She turned around just in time to raise her shield and deflect the oncoming attack... when she lowered her shield she looked up towards a green garbed woman with glasses... Evergreen.

"So you're the new chick huh?" she looked over Sara "Kinda scrawny don't you think? I can't believe you thought you had a chance of winning the contest."

"Considering your stone magic or whatever... doesn't work on me, I'd say I have an advantage over you!" replied Sara as Evergreen tried to use her stone eyes on her again.

"I guess we'll do this the old fashioned way, for I am the true queen of the fairies! Not Erza!"

Sara rolled her eyes "Riiight..." and positioned herself "Guess I'll be taking part in the battle after all... hope Feng is doing alright..." and the battle begun.

I'm wondering if I should make the individual fights into chapters, so I can lable them as {Name} Vs. {Name} properly... would that not be right? Anyways... I don't know what I'm gonna do quite yet so I'll just roll with what I've got, enjoy that little there is right now and drop me a review on what you did or didn't like, then if you actually really liked it, add it to your faves and follow it so you can get alerts on updates!

This is Rogue, off to write a little more, WTYL guys!
