There's a little darkness in us all. For some, it consumes them, dragging them down. However, in the darkness there's always light. This is the case for David Smith, a man with a forgotten past and a bright future, as he strives to do good for society. However, his past plagues his mind and threatens to tear this new chapter in his life apart, inside his mind and in his life.

14. Apology

Sorry everyone, but I just can't do this any more. When this all started I was full of energy and enthusiasm, I wrote whenever I could and when I got my first view (from a user in China, still remember that) I was ecstatic. And as the story got momentum I was having so much fun writing, but like an engine I was losing steam. From school work to my private life I was being drained. I am so sorry but I am cancelling the story for good. I'm sorry but I was trying to beat down a wall of writer's block with a spoon so I stopped. This is to thank all those who read the story and followed it and to forgive the lack of closure. If you wish to know how it would go from where I left it send me a message so I can reply. Thank you all for taking the time to read this passion project of mine, but this is farewell. Just make sure you have a great day, alright.
