I stayed in shock and tried to come up with possible explanations about why Nik reacted to Bella like he did, all through Bio.
It didn't make any sense, considering the fact that them possibly ever meeting, was slim. She was married; he was a teenager who, apparently, moved around. He was also in high school; she... Well, I didn't know if she was in college or not. And, of course, there was Bella's personality- always happy. I doubt she had a mean bone in her-
I take that back.
A girl so nice like her, definitely has a mean streak. But I seriously doubted that she was so mean that she could cause a reaction like Nik gave me.
Before I knew it, the bell rang for dismissal.
I didn't fall asleep like I told Nik I would, but I did not pay any attention.
Once I got to the shed outside of the building, I immediately spotted Edward's silver Volvo. I pulled my hood up over my head and started walking, intent on getting at least one answer.
I stepped into the warmth of the Volvo.
