Carl's pov their layed Nate with a shot right through he's forehead, it was a clean shot went straight threw he's head, I turned to Cristian and said thanks " he replied don't mentioned it I told u i've got your back now come on lets set her free. Cristian set Sophia free, taking off the blind fold from her eyes and the rope and also taking the strong tape from her mouth setting her free, as soon as she was set free, she looked around and then looked at me and came running and hugged me and cried " he, he tried to, I interrupted her by saying " its alright now Sophia its alright, your safe now, and Sophia cry into my arms, she deserves a break she was scared out of her life.

Sophia's pov " oh ok I don't know how things changed so quickly to peaceful to the most terrifying thing I've ever seen in my life, I was walking with Carl when we found a store, as we were walking this guy, came behind Carl and knocked him out, then this other guy came behind me and pointed a gun to my face, the guy that knocked Carl out said " now aren't you a little pretty thing , now my names Nate the guy who has a gun pointed to you is Mark. Mark said to me " yea don't do anything stupid you little bitch or you will regret it, Mark paused and then spoke again and said " besides we can have a little fun with you, Nate then said " that's a little far Mark maybe but we have to punish her somehow. They took me to the farm, Hershel's old farm , we'll im surprise how different it is, when we got inside the house Nate replied whats your name, I didn't answer Mark then slapped my ass, and grabbed my face I bite he's thumb Mark yelled " urghh you little bitch, and he punched me in the face , Mark then said " now he asked you whats your name , I replied Sophia.

For the rest of the time they've been keeping me in a cage, and beating, me they haven't tried to rape me yet, but they only touch me like, my hips ass, and face, they've only touched my ass but not inside my pants, is that still consider as rape, I was so scared I didn't think I was gonna make it out alive, next thing I know they take me to the living room and I hear a voice, and I knew by the sound of the voice it was Carl's voice, 1st I hear talking, then shouting, I hear a quite l gun shot then it sound like fighting then I hear a load shot, next thing I know im free, and I see Nate and Mark both dead I look up and see Carl, I go up to him and cry on him. Carl say's to me its okay its okay, I let my tears fall on him, I say to him while crying " he , he tried to .. but Carl interrupted me by comforting me, he then said lets go home, I smiled and say " yea, lets go I don't like it here, I then notice Cristian and said to him, Cristian what are you doing here , he replied " we'll we couldn't let you get killed so we decided to put our difference behind and help you, thank your boyfriend for being able to convince me. I then said " thank you Cristian replied " no problem I then turn to Carl and kiss him in the cheeks and say thank you too, I didn't think I would see u again, Carl replied ' I told you I will always protect you no matter what , and I would always be their for you, I smile and said " well you were able to keep that promise.

We soon got back to the prison, home , we didn't tell anyone of what happened , I saw mom and just told her that I went on a supply run, she said how did it, go, Carl then said no problem, well only encountered a few walkers, mom replied " well at least you two are alright, I then said " yup were alright , as we were leaving , mom said Carl can I have a word with you in private, Carl replied uhh yea sure, mom then said to me " don't worry honey it won't take long.

Carl's pov " I was talking with Sophia's mom, outside, in private for some reason , she asked me " so how are you holding up Carl I replied " pretty good i've been doing a lot better now, Sophia's been helping me through and Beth a little too and other people too. Carl asked me " we'll that's good , anyway I wanted to ask you how do you feel about my daughter, I looked at her and blushed a little and said " urhh no disrespect but why , Carol answered " I don't mean to embarress you Carl but I want to know how you feel about Sophia, and I figured this is the easiest way for us to connect, I replied alright , I think she's pretty, amazing, awesome smart, brave, smart I see a lot of things in her more then just her looks. Carol then said " how sweet , you know I know what you and Sophia have been doing right, I just turned red and started panicking not knowing what to say.

Carl then said " its alright the world has ended who else is their and she loves you very much if this was the old world , I would never allow it not parent would allow it at the age you guys are but since its the end of the world , and I know you really we'll then yes you have my permission . I then said uuh thank you I guess sorry for not telling you Carol responded its okay I get it you guys were scared, I was scared of Ed when I messed up if he was still alive and came back and told me to go with me I would say " to go fuck himself but im stronger . you too Carl you've changed your not that weak little boy I remember , Sophia too you both have changed, I care about you Carl your like a son to me, you've been through a lot nobody deserves this , im sorry for what your going through, I replied thank you, Carol then said if you need anyone to talk to you can come to me, I answered thank you I will. Carol waited a few seconds ti'll she spoke again and she said " want anything to eat I said sure " Carol then handed me an apple and then I left to check up on Sophia, she was laying in bed. I found Sophia laying down in bed reading in our cell I go in and tell her their you are she answers " oh hey , what did my mom want to talk to you about I reply" just stuff , Sophia then raised an eyebrow and said what kind of stuff I replied you don't want to know trust me, Sophia then said oh, I then sat next to Sophia in the bed and said so whats up , Sophia replied just reading , I then said oh that's good and held her hand , then we started getting flirty with each other.

Sophia looked at me and smiled and said " im glad I have you, I replied me too , Sophia then kissed me, and then she put her arms around me and smiled. I look at her , I then told her so what are you reading Sophia answered just this book left me, I said oh, Sophia then got up and then surprised me by getting on top of me luckily the cell door was closed and the curtains were closed . Sophia was on top of me and she kissed me in the lips , I don't know why but my heart was pounding really fast, and I was nervous, and breathing harder then usual, Sophia, kissed me and said " I love you, I replied I love you too Sophia. Sophia then said thank you for saving me I replied " no problem I told you I would always protect you Sophia then said" Carl what happened , I replied to her " I killed one of them you know, Sophia looked me with sadness, she replied really I answered yea , I don't want you to have to do that, I had you to, to keep you safe , Sophia replied sadly " im sorry you had to do that to have to kill an actual human being , I responded , I did what I had to , to keep you safe, I then looked and said " still it isn't right , killing is bad no matter what still we can't let that change us, Sophia the smiled and started kissing my necks, then we had a little fun.

Later that day...

After me and Sophia finished having sex I went to find Carol I found her on watch in the left tower , I went up and said " hey Carol she replied oh hey Carl how is it going are you and Sophia all right I replied yea , she just went to do something. I then asked heyy Carol, she answered yea kid and smiled I gave a small laugh and said " would you do anything to keep someone sfae , even if it is dark and would do anything violent to keep them from getting hurt , at any cost, Carol answered " is this cause of Sophia , I nodded my head Carol replied " we'll in this world yes we do , what we have to do to to keep our love 1 safe. we got jobs to do , people to keep safe, I know you can keep her safe, I trust you, I replied thanks its just that the Governor might attack us and we might be dead, he has a town we only have a few people left, Carol replied " we'll make it we always do.

I then picked up a sniper and told Carol if she wanted to learn how to shoot a sniper, she agreed I handed her the gun and told her to focus she missed the last 5 shots but on the 6th 1 I told her. Carol was aiming the sniper at a walker by the gate, I said to Carol " a little on the right, then I said a little more higher , now keep the gun steady, now fire , and boom Carol made the shot and killed the walker. I kept teaching her, how to hold the gun how to reload in no time she could reload pretty easily like Sophia, when we were done I told her dang, so that's where Sophia gets her skills from your both fats learners. Carol answered " no Sophia is the one that learns fast, I then said yea " she's really special , Carol smiled , I then changed the subject out of embarrass and said to Carol if she wanted to do some shooting practice who ever has the most walker kills wins , Carol agreed.

We started the shooting lessons , we both we using sniper's Carol was doing medium, okay , but I had more experience even though she's way older then me , we were taking walkers down in the end I got 12 she got 7, we didn't go that high cause , we didn't want to waste that much bullets. Carol then wanted to put it to the test so we went hunting and to look for a couple of supplies on the way, as we were going Carol asked me , how she did, I replied " pretty good, Carol then said " see we're like son in law and mother in law now , I smiled, seeing Carol as a mother. As me and Carol walked along the woods, we practiced shooting we kept going further in the woods when it wasn't fun anymore, the sound attracted a herd of walkers about 20, Carol yelled oh god , I replied Carol keep shooting and walk back keep doing this don't stop, shoot or run, Carol started sniping the walker's at a pretty close range and I took out a shotgun, and helped her and I nailed every walker straight in the head. Me and Carol kept shooting the walker's down, Carol shot like 9 so far I shot like 7 walker's we kept shooting ti'll all of them were dead, after we made sure they stayed dead , I told Carol lets go back the gun shot probably alerted more of them , we'll look for more tomorrow, Carol replied " yep your right and it isn't a good idea to travel in the woods now , its getting late.
