TWD CARL AND SOPHIA CHAPTER 47 FOLLOWED

3 Days later..

Carl's pov " its been 3 days since we found the lake and this cave , we found Adam and Steve and they said they would find Cristian and Carol they seem trustworthy, and that was yesterday late at night , they'd said they were being attacked by a group so they had to find a place to hide they didn't want to draw them to us.

i've been doing better since I woke up from my coma, i'll still cough or puke my Sophia would help me but I just tell her i'm okay , im still having trouble walking I sometimes get dizzy and fall but I fight it as hard as I can so I don't pass out, all I have to do is think of Sophia, if she died I would have killed myself a long time ago, she's the only reason I go on, but I personally think killing your self is the easy way out, and I hope it never comes to that.

Sophia has become stronger at surviving and strategy , she's different then before I went into a coma , she's tougher now , she's a survivor , its all most like she doesn't need me to protect her but I still have to watch her just in case. She can take care of herself now, were watching each other's backs but she's watching mines extremely cause im sick.

I don't know what was the cause of it 1st I saw that weird walker that I couldn't hit with blood down its eyes then .. then I saw that walker that looked just like mom but I know its not , maybe i'm just imagining it am I going crazy like dad is. Anyway then me and Sophia got away then I chained saw that huge herd of walkers which took a lot out of me and then I passed out for a couple of hours , I don't what it was but i'll ask Hershel when we get back.

Sophia was at the lake playing in the water she probably thinks i'm asleep, she looked so happy , she said that she was glad that I was alive, I don't know what it is but even if she broke up with me and she's happy i'll still be happy , the way she smiles lights up my day. I'd just hate to see her sad, and I swear if anyone hurts her, I will murder them in cold blood, so anyway I went inside the lake and swam underwater so Sophia doesn't see me and when I was close enough, i covered her mouth so she doesn't scream and grabbed her, she tried to break free, but when I showed her it was me, she stopped I then let go. Sophia said " gosh Carl you scarred me, I replied " sorry I couldn't help it, Sophia , then said " your such a jerk you know that, I replied yep sure do, Sophia then smiled and touched my cheeks and then said come on you wouldn't believe what I found while I was here. But before, she could drag me, I said to her" umm Sophia, she stopped and said yes Carl and looked at me, I replied I need to ask you something, Sophia replied " what is it baby, I then said to her uhh, Sophia I love you, more then I can explain, and I always will, but I don't want to hurt you, Sophia said, you haven't hurt me i'm glad your okay what are you saying I continued and said " look I want you to be happy if your happy im happy, even if you break up with me, and your happy im happy, I just want to see you smile alright, you make me happy, if I die, promise me you'll go on , you'll be okay if I do, Sophia's voice then started to crack and said" but you'll be okay right, right you said you would, I replied not sure, but just be happy alright, you can find other people, Sophia replied not as good as you.

Just be happy I told her, I really don't wan to lose you but , I don't want you to feel either, anyone lets go what did you want to see, Sophia relied " oh uhh here, but before she took me she said " being with you makes me happy you know that right, I couldn't wish then anything else then being with you , you make me happy, but come on enjoy the time we spend together. I then said " me too, I love you more then anything in the world but you have to be prepared I then paused for a moment and then said, with every we, live, for every moment we spend with each other thats a reason to keep on living, truth is I think we should have died a long time ago why were still here I don't know but it probably means something, we sticked together for all this time and were still alive , for every minute we spend with each other for every second were with each other we fight , whether its 2 minutes 5 seconds, 15 seconds a week, we don't give it up, I wouldn't give you up , but we fight for each other so , we can see each other again , we fight for every second were with each other.

Sophia smiled and just looked at me and said " hugs me and says thats the most sweetest thing i've ever heard you've said plenty of things but this one bakes the cake. Sophia then let go of me and said come on " follow me , i,ll show you what I wanted to show you , we went further in the lake, and when I saw what Sophia wanted to show my my reaction was" wow.

there were fished in the lake in a shape of a heat, I looked at her and said did you make that, Sophia nodded and said " no it was just liked that what do you think it means, she paused then continued and said maybe it means us that love can still happen even in this cursed world , I replied " we,ll we managed to love each other and stay together in this cursed world so it is possible , so we picked all the fish and I got a 2 buckets for me and Sophia and we put all the fish that were shaped in a heart to cook , so we could eat it later.

Later that day ...

It was the afternoon about , 1:00 or 2:00, I started cutting down woods, with an axe I had , and to cover our cave and build traps with the wood in case we got attacked by walkers or people. Sophia then told us that the fish was ready, we sat down in the cave and talked , I told her that it was delicious , she said thanks, I then said Carol was right when she said you can cook, Sophia then looked down in sadness, I then said " oh sorry I forgot about.. Sophia then said ' its okay, you might not remember after being in so much stress, Sophia then finished her second fish and then said i'm going out see how the area's doing , Carl then said i'll go with you , I then said " no it won't take me long, Adam and Steve might come back, and mom or Cristian might come around here , we might miss them stay here just in case.

Sophia's pov " I went out to check the area , I was holding my sniper and had my pistol in my pocket which was fully loaded, I had wrapped my legs , in a cast, and I stitched it, because of the shootout at the supermarket where they shot my damn horse. But I could still walk and run, I was walking around the forest when I stumbled upon, a pile of dead walkers, about 7 dead walkers , all of them were shot up , each one of them had a body part missing, some had their arms removed others had legs removed, I spotted 1 who had he's shirt and legs separated and another 1 had no head and other body parts too. I moved on , I was walking for a few minutes ti,ll I came across a camp but they were all dead, survivors looks like it was recent I investigating , most of them were shot in the head , there were about 15 survivor's . I then spotted some children , little children about the age of 8 or 7 to 10, I then stabbed the children that weren't stabbed in the head and put them out of their misery. I was looking around when a shot was fired but missed, me I quickly took cover behind a car in that camp, I looked to see 5 , people shooting at me, I aimed my sniper at 1 guy and shot him in the chest, the others shot at me but were only hitting the car and glass, I then shot 2 bullets and killed 1 right in the head and seriously injured the other he probably is going to die of blood loss. The last 2 guys shot at me, nearly hit me but missed, I then took another shot with my sniper but missed they shot again but missed 2, I then took 5 shots, and while they ran to cover , I took this oportunity to throw a grenade, and when it blew up it killed the last 2 of them. I then took my pistol and put a bullet in every single one of them to make sure their really dead so they don't hurt anyone else again.

Walkers started coming this way cause of the gunshot I got the fuck out of their, as I was running I noticed a trail of blood and meat, after I lost the walkers I stopped and investigated the trail of blood and animal meat. it lead a trail I followed it , as I was going , I found a camp survivors were their , they looked like the same people that attacked me at the supermarket and that killed those people in that camp. I hide behind a tree and , spied on them for a little while observing them. I then decided to shoot them and then make a run for it . I aimed my sniper at this guy with a bandana covering he's mouth right in the head killing, I then took 2 more shots and shot them right in the chest. I then took another shot I hit a guy in the eye, probably killing him , I aimed my sniper at this girl I was about to shoot her, when I got tackled by this guy and he shouted got her I punched him in the face, and took out my knife and stabbed him in the shoulders, and then started kicking me to get him off me then he slammed my head against a tree making me bleed from my nose and then I elbowed him, he then punched me in the stomach and started chocking me. Next to me was a broken bottle I grabbed it and smashed it against he's head , I then got my knife and sliced the guys throut open. I then made a run for it and back to Carl when I stopped and noticed something.

I saw more of them out their and I could tell they were looking for me , I alos saw a trail of blood that lead to the lake. I then spotted the same group that I just shot and attacked me at the supermarket, hiding behind trees watching me, I knew they weren't going to kill me not just yet, they probably want to know where I will lead them. I then saw pieces of human meat, leading to the lake , prpbably trying to lead walkers towards us, then their was writting on the dirt covered with blood, it was written in blood and it said " watch out your being watched every second you guys stay in that cave. As soon as I read that I ran as fast as I could back to Carl he could be in trouble, we were being watched stalked followed

When I got back to the cave where Carl was I found him just laying their cleaning he,s gun and reloading it. He then said your back, I started breathing hard after running , Carl then said what wrong " I replied " I then said we need to get out of here, Carl then said for what, what if Adam and Steve come back with Cristian and Carol and were not here, they'll think we betrayed them , I then answered " it isn't safe here anymore, were being watched . Carl responded " oh shit, I answered yea, and things are gonna get ugly if we don't get out of here, now lets pack everything up and get out of here, I think they might have followed me here , its the same group that attacked me at the super market, were being stalked and I don't like that I don't like being followed . We started packing our stuff , when we heard load gunfires and cars , " shit I said, they must be here, I quickly poked out and saw them coming this way, I then went back to Carl and said shit their here. Carl took out he's gun and said " wait here, I replied no your sick you wouldn't stand a chance, i,ll take as many of them out as I can and when I see an opening we get the fuck out here, Carl noded, and said sounds like a plan.

I reloaded my sniper and got ready to shoot , I then noticed they were here , and oh bit were they're a lot of them it looked like there were at least 80 of themn they covered the paths to get out with trucks they had big guns and trucks with machine guns , I threw a smoke grenade at them so they couldn't see and then started shooting at them, I took 5 out, then I took 2 more shots and shot this girl right in the head and I hit another guy in the stomach. I then threw a grenade killing 5 people, I then took 5 more shots killing 5 people right in the heart, the smoke started fading and they started to see, and they started shooting back but I took cover in the cave, I then spotted a lighter then I remembered the bottle that I used to smashed the guys head, I then grabbed a piece of paper and with the lighter and bottle together I made a molotov and I threw it and killed 10 of them, I ducked for cover but in the process I tripped but Carl came and saved me taking down 2 guys , I said thanks, damn there is a whole lot of them maybe if I can get out their , I have a better shot of taking all of them out its risky but I have to , Carl said no , i,ll go, I replied your sick you can hardly stand up , i'll do this, Carl then said you mean we, look i,ll snipe you go and i'll cover, you. I nodded and said " .. alright i,ll go, Carl then said alright just be careful, he took out a fully loaded sniper and said " just stay alive and be careful, I smiled and said , don't worry.

I threw a smoke grenade, had had an assault rifle, and a rifle in my back as we,ll as a pistol in my pocket and my knife and a machete in my pocket also, I started shooting taking down 7 people in the process, I fired my assault rifle again taking down 12 people killing them. After the smoke started to fade, they could see me, but luckily I was taking cover behind a car, they missed me though as always cause they suck at shooting, , I then fired taking them out and killed 4 of them. Then when I was about to fire, when a bullet hit me making me drop my assault rifle near another guy, he was shot , and 4 others were killed , I smiled and thought in my head, thank you Carl, he was shooting again, probably reloading, he stopped shooting for about 7 seconds. , I then looked and their was a sniper but, Carl took him out also, I then fired 2 shots and killed a man and a woman both in the head. I then aimed my gun at this man that was shooting at Carl and shot him in the chest, , then I spotted the most horrifying thing , their was a rocket launcher aimed at me, " no I was not gonna die not now, so I shot him in the leg making him drop the rocket launcher, then in the ribs and then in the head. I then shot the 2 guys that were next to him picket it up and fired it taking out 12 guys, I fired it again taking out 10, guys and 2 cars, then I fired it again killing 15 people and destroying the cars that were blocking the path.

their were about 20 people left, that when someone hoked 1 of their cars and a bunch of more people started coming in and more were in the woods all together their was about 100 of them. " I thought , shit were fucked, I then yelled Carl get out of here, lets get out of here, we can't stop that, that's when a noticed a truck with a mini gun on it, taking out about 10 of them or more, then parked right next to me, using it as cover I guess I backed away and took cover behind a huge rock, and when they came out I was so happy, it was mom, Cristian and of course our new people Adam and Steve.

A/N their alive, I should be getting them back to the prison by next chapter
