Chapter 10: Viola and Renin Vs Ellen and the Black cat The battle beg.

Viola and Renin continued to glide in the sky until they finally arrived at the cabin. Once there Viola motioned Renin to glide downwards.

Renin: Why are we stopping here? Shouldn't we be storming the place.

Viola: Originally i was going to have you do that, but then it came to me.

Renin: (getting the picture) Oh i see. You don't want your dad getting caught in the crossfire. So what are we gonna do wait for her to come outside?

Viola: I guess so.

Black cat: (Calmly) actually that wont be necessary.

Without a second of warning blades of wind head straight for Renin and Viola. With lightning fast reactions Renin grabs Viola and leaps from the tree branch he and Viola where standing on, good move on his part, a second sooner and Viola's /Ellen's head would have been falling to the ground. Renin lands on another tree branch tightly holding the shocked and amazed Viola she hadn't even noticed the demons presence

Renin: I should have known you'd try to attack me while my back was turned. You've always been a coward black cat.

Black cat: OH you remember me I was sure you would have forgotten me. How long has it been Renin 200yrs?

Renin: 150 actually. How's Angela doing? (Since Ellen's predecessor doesn't have a name i made one up)

Black cat: Oh she decided to become one with the house she can control it somewhat now.

Renin: SO when i blew up the house i probably-

Black cat: Killed her yes.

Renin: HA!

Ellen: (Angered) DEMON! i ordered you to exterminate them. Not engage in conversation.

Ellen's sheer voice is enough to knock Vila out of her shock. She gently removes herself from Renin's arms and faces her enemy. There they stood, there eyes locked on to one another. The tension could be could be cut with a knife. Finally Ellen decided to take the first word.

Ellen: I see you somehow managed to fix up my body. You even replaced the eye's red is actually a good color on you.

Viola looks at Ellen with pure irritation.

Ellen: I haven't done much with your body. But personally i like to let my hair hang. I hope you dont mind ,i got rid of those pigtails.

Viola: Ellen... Before we settle this tell me something . Was it you're plan to betray me from the moment you met me. To let me wallow in agony as i chased you around that godforsaken house.

Ellen: (evil giggle) Oh viola... you did that to yourself, all you had to do was lie there and die like a good girl. But instead you chased after me. You were so convinced that if you caught me you could take your body back, I already told you the house wouldnt be killing me anytime soon. And even if you did catch me my demon here would just reset time till i could escape. In simple terms my friend you're fate was sealed the day you met me.

Viola: So that's it huh. i was just a means to an end?

Ellen remained silent to this comment. She then turned her sinister gaze towards Renin. To be honest she was quite intrigued with Renin. She never dreamed a demon would have such a human like appearance. She actually thought he was kinda cute.

Ellen: Hey you. What's you're story.

Renin: Uhhh.

Ellen: Black cat here tells me you're half human. I've never had a boyfriend before. Yea that's what i need in my new life.

Renin blushes

Ellen: What's wrong isn't this body attractive. Don't be shy were both over 100. When this is over lets have some (pulls up viola's skirt exposing her leg) "Fun".

Renin turns completely red. Viola slaps him.

Viola: Snap out of it, remember why were here.

Ellen bends down to level with the cat.

Ellen: Don't kill the demon... i want him. Just beat him senseless and ill destroy his mind later. As for Viola i'll deal with her.

Viola: Renin i want to destroy the root of our problems. The demon has to die. Leave Ellen to me... Im not going to give up on her just yet i can see there still innocence inside of her.

Renin: Understood.

Silence covers the forest, as all four prepare themselves for battle. Each stare at one another, daring the other to make the first move. In an instant the black cat propels itself towards Renin, who follows in turn. They head butt each other shaking the tree's around them. And so the battle begins.
