New chapter! Yay! Okay, first off, I would like to apologize for the late update. I normally try to update when I hit the goal amount of reviews, but this time I wanted to see your warrior name ideas and couldn't write until they were all in. So there's excuse for this late posting. But here it is. I also want to say that I finished writing it this morning, and I am pretty tired this morning, which means I was tired while editing. So if there are any errors, please excuse them!

So...the characters FINALLY get their warrior names. I was planning on doing a multi-perspective chapter (for the first time ever!), but I decided against it. I CANNOT write those well. If I write one chapter like that then I don't stop, and the writing becomes brief and poor. Still, I was tempted because it is their naming ceremony, and they are in different clans!

Fact: Rainpaw was going to work with Rosepaw to kill Dapplepaw a while back when I was writing her evil.

"I, Brackenstar, leader of LeafClan, call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. She has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code, and I commend her to you as a warrior in her turn.

"Rainpaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?"

Rainpaw's eyes gleamed as she shuffled her paws, unable to contain her excitement. "I do," she breathed.

Brackenstar nodded. "Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Rainpaw, from this moment forward you will be known as Rainstorm. StarClan honors your devotion, hard work, and positive attitude, and we welcome you as a full warrior of LeafClan."

Creampaw almost jumped to her paws at the finishing of Rainstorm's ceremony. She exchanged a quick glance with the new warrior before facing Brackenstar again, prepared to receive her own warrior name.

"Creampaw, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?" Brackenstar asked, looking down at her from his perch.

Creampaw stuttered, words not forming in her mouth. "I-I d-do." She nodded quickly, embarrassed by her slip up. This is your only warrior ceremony, and you blundered. Nice going, Creampaw. She paused, wondering briefly if these would be the names that Dapplepaw had requested.

Brackenstar gave another nod, just like he had when granting Rainstorm her warrior name. "Then by the powers of StarClan, I give you your warrior name. Creampaw, from this moment you will be known as Creamstep. StarClan honors your courage, strength, and loyalty, and we welcome you as a full warrior of LeafClan."

Creamstep fidgeted as she waited, the eagerness overwhelming her. She forced herself to stay patient. Brackenstar wasn't finished, and Sparrow deserved a warrior name as much as either of them.

"Sparrow, do you promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your Clan, even at the cost of your life?" The clan leader spoke again, silencing any murmurs in the clan.

The third cat looked up. Creamstep caught a sneaked look at Rainstorm, who gave him a confident nod. The former kittypet returned his glance back to Brackenstar. "I do." He paused, but then spoke up again. "And I don't think I can accept a clan name. I am a part of this clan and fully intend to be, but I was a loner first. I want my name to show that."

Brackenstar's eyes widened with surprise, and mutters stirred up within the crowd. The leader swiftly regained composure and nodded. "Very well. StarClan honors your wisdom, skills, and selflessness, and we welcome you as a full warrior of LeafClan."

Creamstep could barely contain her excitement. Her name, along with her sister's and Sparrow's, erupted in chants from the crowds of cats gathered around them. "Creamstep! Rainstorm! Sparrow! Creamstep! Rainstorm! Sparrow!"

Creamstep quickly darted to the first cat she thought of. Foxstep greeted her warmly, nuzzling her cheek. "Creamstep," he meowed enthusiastically. "It's perfect. It suits you. And it matches me, of course."

Creamstep let out a purr, turning to see Rainstorm. The other new warrior's blue eyes lit up. She gave Creamstep a nod before turning to see Sparrow, who had followed the grey tabby over.

"You didn't want a new name?" Creamstep overheard Rainstorm ask Sparrow. She turned to face the duo, curious about his response. As far as Creamstep was aware, Sparrow had completely planned to switch to a clan name.

Sparrow shrugged, giving a roll of his eyes. "I like my name," he replied confidently. "I don't want it to change." He gave her an affectionate shove. "But I'm pleased yours got changed. I never understood how you lived when you were all being called 'paws'."

Creamstep cut in slightly, a sudden question popping into her mind. "Why did Dapplepaw choose these names? I think maybe your personality...? You did have an attitude as a young apprentice." She gave her sister a quizzical glance. "But what about me?"

Rainstorm rolled her eyes. "Obviously because of Foxstep. She knew you two were made for each other. My name is the one that doesn't make sense. She, of all cats, knows that I moved on from that kitten-ish phase. Why would she brand me with that name forever?"

Sparrow piped up. "I don't think it was for you rebellious phase. I think she meant now. How protective you are. Faithful. Storm might just represent your loyalty."

Rainstorm paused before brightening up. "Yeah!" she meowed excitedly. "Hold on... Dapplepaw isn't Dapplepaw anymore! She probably got her name sunrises ago!"

"We'll find out at the Gathering tonight. I hope Brackenstar lets us sit vigil tomorrow night," Creamstep answered slowly, suddenly remembering the new task she held before her. "I hope so. I want to see my sister."

"Creamstep and Rainstorm?" Dapplepaw asked, approaching them with her head held high. "Well, I am assuming Brackenstar named you that. It's just what I requested."

Creamstep felt a purr rise in her throat. "Yes. That's correct. Speaking of, shouldn't you have gotten your warrior name? And Ashpaw as well. Oh, and even Rosepaw."

Dapplepaw nodded, twitching with excitement. "Yep! You're now looking at Dappleleaf." Her head swiveled as Ashpaw padded over, dipping his head. "And this is Ashfall." She gave him an loving look before frowning. "And then there's Rosethorn. No surprise in the name there."

Creamstep snorted, agreeing. Rosethorn suited the manipulative and murderous she-cat well. Creamstep always hated her, and even more so now that she killed Pinepaw and walked freely as though she was innocent.

"That's great," Rainstorm meowed, pausing. "Rosethorn has a name that suits her. Now every cat can knows it." She nodded. "She hasn't bothered you, has she?"

Dappleleaf rolled her eyes with amusement. "What do you think? Of course she has. It's just...I don't let it bug me. If I do then she gets what she wants, and I really don't want that to happen. Again. However, this past quarter moon she has stopped quite a bit. Maybe she's adjusting." The fuzzy warrior shrugged the matter off like it was nothing.

Creamstep felt a wave of uncertainty hit her. There would be nothing better than for Rosethorn to back off. But that's not her...she isn't the type of cat to do that. She only backs down when something will happen... Creamstep opened her mouth to share her thoughts, but hesitated. Dappleleaf was leaned against Ashfall, her eyes twinkling as she stared up at him. Rainstorm had wandered off to find Sparrow. They sat with their tails twined.

They both seemed so happy. Aside from this nagging feeling, Creamstep was happy as well. She had Foxstep, and both of her sisters had equally loving mates. And I'm just ruining that by worrying them with Rosethorn. A switch in Creamstep's mind flipped. She wouldn't tell them, for their sake. She could handle it.

Rosethorn was very un-destructive for a while. She made polite conversations and (naturally) flaunted her new name around. Still, she mingled and stayed away from Ashfall and Dappleleaf. To any other cat this might've been a good sign and a step in a positive direction.

It wasn't good. Rosethorn was planning something. Or worse, she already had a plan and it getting ready to set in motion.

Creamstep trailed her for a while, frustrated when all she did was gossip with foreign clan cats. She eventually lost her spy status when she waltzed over to Finchclaw and Rosethorn, who were conversing. The two SunClan cats glanced up as she appeared.

"Creampaw!" Rosethorn greeted warmly. She nodded at Finchclaw. "I am guessing Dappleleaf told you, but my new name is-"

"Rosethorn," Creamstep finished, trying her best to maintain her manners. "Yeah, she did tell me. I also got my warrior name. Creamstep, and my other sister is Rainstorm."

"How lovely," Rosethorn commented, her face brightening up, yet her eyes remained unchangeably uncaring. "Oh, look! The Gathering is about to start! Oh, um, Creamstep, do you want to sit there. We can maybe catch up after the announcements."

Creamstep bit back a sharp remark, but instead sat down. It wasn't like she had any intention of leaving Rosethorn unattended anyway. Might as well openly accept an offer to sit in a spot where she could easily keep an eye on her.

"LeafClan welcomes three new warriors," Brackenstar called out, pride gleaming in his eyes. "Rainstorm, Sparrow, and Creamstep."

Cheers rose up from all the gathered cats. Some were enthusiastic while others were half-hearted, but still cheers. "Creamstep! Rainstorm Sparrow!" Creamstep warily got to her paws after she had met Foxstep's gaze. He gave her a signal to stand, otherwise she would have been clueless. She mouthed a 'thank you' to him before sitting.

"Prey is running strong and Green-leaf looks promising for our clan. There seem to be no signs of badger or any of predator in the territory." Brackenstar dipped his head, backing up so another leader could take the front spot.

Creamstep nodded, agreeing with his statements. Every leader tried to make their clan look strong and healthy, but most of the time there were problems they were facing. Not this time. LeafClan was thriving, and every word Brackenstar said was true.

Hollowstar came forward next, dipping his head to Brackenstar and Smokestar. "SunClan has a similar announcement. We also have three new warriors joining us tonight." His face lit up. "Ashfall, Rosethorn, and Dappleleaf."

Creamstep watched Rosethorn bounce to her feet, eagerly drinking in all the cheers. "Dappleleaf! Ashfall!" she cheered, intentionally leaving out Rosethorn's name.

The three other new warriors sat down. Creamstep turned her attention to Smokestar, who seemed slightly humiliated. Creamstep glanced around. There were no new apprentices or warriors. It made DuskClan appear weak.

"DuskClan is do great, too," Smokestar growled forcefully. "We do have a few new apprentices, they just couldn't make it tonight..."

Her voice faded into the back of Creamstep's thoughts as panic seized her. Rosethorn was missing. She had been sitting perfectly still moments before, and when Creamstep had glanced down to check on her she had vanished.

Frantically, Creamstep looked around the mobs of cats. A white tail disappeared into a bush located near the edge of the clearing, making Creamstep sigh with relief that the enemy wasn't totally gone. She quietly got up and dodged between seated cats, keeping her eyes on the target.

Creamstep tasted the air, searching for Rosethorn's scent. She quickly found it and started trailing it, knowing this is when Rosethorn would make an attempt of Dappleleaf's life.

Rosethorn had apparently gone pretty deep into the forest. Creamstep traced the scent toward the uncharted territory. No clan had claimed any of that land...what was Rosethorn doing there?

She paused as the scent trail abruptly cut off. Creamstep hesitated, a sickening feeling forming in her stomach. As she turned around to head back, something slammed into her side, knocking her over and sending her tumbling.

Creamstep gasped for breath. She blinked, her sight clearing. Rosethorn casually walked up to her, placing her paw on Creamstep's throat and digging her claws in. "Hello," Rosethorn sneered smugly. "I've been waiting for you to arrive. You walk slow."

Creamstep tried to respond, but she couldn't get air to fill her lungs. "You will never win," she choked out, the sound barely audible.

Rosethorn snorted. Using her other paw, she unsheathed her claws and swatted Creamstep across the nose, making the tan colored she-cat let out a forced yelp of pain. "You don't think I noticed you following me? Of course I did. You are not that subtle. In fact, I want to thank you."

"For...for wha...what?" Creamstep gasped, fighting for air in her lungs. She tried to kick Rosethorn away, but each moment that Rosethorn prevented her from getting the amount of air she needed was another moment that Creamstep quickly weakened.

"Well, you made my plan possible, silly," Rosethorn laughed, amused at her struggles. She raked her claws across Creamstep's belly, causing deep claw marks and making the already wounded she-cat flinch. "Good luck trying to escape now. You are too weak to even move."

Creamstep wouldn't go down without a fight. She would fight. She had to!

Pawsteps thudded on the ground. Spruce skidded into the clearing, Rainstorm and Dappleleaf closely at his heels. "There she is!" Rainstorm cried out, starting for Creamstep.

"Don't!" Rosethorn snarled. "Or I will kill her!" The white she-cat lashed her tail. "You stay right where you are."

"As if!" Dappleleaf retorted. She gestured around her. "There is three of us and one of you! Do you seriously think you can defeat us? I could even fetch Ashfall, Sparrow, and Foxstep!"

"Did you tell them where you were going?" Rosethorn asked carefully, her green eyes narrowing dangerously.

"No," Rainstorm admitted. "They don't know we left. But it doesn't matter. I could run and get them any time I wanted. Just give up already! Haven't you caused enough damage and suffering?"

Rosethorn rolled her eyes, dismissing the second part of Rainstorm's speech. "Oh, yeah. You won't have time to go and get your petty mates. And you're wrong, Dappleleaf. You don't have a three against one team. It's two on two." She nodded at Spruce. "Thank you. I had no other way to get them her." She faced the sisters again. "Spruce is working with me."

Creamstep's hearing started fading. Her vision went foggy and soon after her vision went black. In her mind, her voice screamed, Save yourselves! I am fine! Be happy! Leave me!

Well? Well? WELL? I must know your thoughts! I'm going to go with 350 reviews for a new chapter!

Now, you all know the warrior names. Here are the people who created them and why I chose them.

Dappleleaf was chosen because her was a born LeafClan cat, so a part of her is still LeafClan, and let's not forget her green eyes (created by When the Stars Fade Out, Wood Cats, brookiebear5892

Creamstep was chosen because it matches with Foxstep (created by That anime-cartoon fangirl)

Rainstorm was chosen for her personality. She is fiercely loyal, and I feel like that's a huge part of her (created by me)

Ashfall was chosen because he doesn't fall. It's an opposite name, actually (created by Cresentclaw and Bobbie1776)

Rosethorn is a given. Her cruel personality says it all (created by xMeaninglesswordsx, Amberpool, When the Stars Fade Out, Bobbie1776, Wood Cats, brookiebear5892)

I want to thank everyone who reviewed and gave suggestions! It was so hard to pick names! I liked them all!

Next chapter: In the final confrontation between all opponents, Rainstorm is determined to save Creamstep, who is held hostage. After Rosethorn makes a threat on Creamstep's life, Rainstorm is the one to break the peace, leading to war between them. In the midst of it all, three cats loose their lives...

Question: Who do you think will die?
