Caroline smiled as she lifted the steaming mug to her lips, and slowly sipped the liquid inside. She brought down the mug, and set it down on the counter, she lifted her eyes when she heard footsteps enter the kitchen.
"Morning, handsome." She replied, smiling.
Klaus smiled as he finished pulling on a shirt as he approached her. "Morning, Swan." He whispered, kissing her cheek, lovingly.
"I made coffee. I wasn't sure if you drank any…" She trailed off, knowing he would fill in the blanks.
Klaus smiled, and nodded. "Thank you, love." He whispered, pulling her into his arms, and kissed her soundly. "I do drink coffee." He whispered, kissing her once more.
She hummed, and slowly let her left hand trail down his arm to his hand, and slowly let it go. She leaned against the counter, as she watched him reach for another cup in the cupboard, and poured him a cup. She bit her bottom lip as she watched his muscles show underneath his shirt.
She remembered when they slept last night in the same bed with his strong arms around her, holding her close to his bare chest. It took everything in her not to move the relationship a step further.
As she slept in his arms last night, she came to a vast decision, and today, she was going to carry it out. All she needed was a little help.
He turned around, and smirked at the look in her eyes. "See something you like, Swan." He whispered, huskily.
She hummed, and tilted her head to the side, as she slowly approached the small distance between them, and placed her hands on his chest. "When I look at you, always." She whispered, searching his cerulean eyes.
He smiled, and set the coffee mug down beside him, and moved his hands to her waist. "Well, the feeling's mutual." He whispered, kissing her lips.
She smiled, and leaned into him as they separated. She moved her hands to around his neck, and smiled brightly. "What are planning for today?" She asked, watching him sigh.
"I need to talk to Sophie." He answered, after a moment.
Caroline sighed, and dipped her head. "Uh huh." She whispered, feeling his fingers underneath her jaw, and slowly lifted her head to look into her eyes.
"I need to know if Tyler knows about you and this cabin." He replied, searching her eyes.
She smiled faintly, and nodded. "I understand, Klaus." She remarked, truthfully. "When will you return?" She asked, watching him smile.
"This afternoon, I promise." He replied, watching her brighten.
"Will you call me if you're running late?" She asked, watching him smile with a light chuckle.
"Worried about me, Swan?" He asked, watching her blush.
"I'm always going to worry about you." She whispered, tenderly.
"I remember when you said those words years ago." He said, stroking her face with his right hand.
She smiled, and leaned into his hand. "Well, I guess, I will never stop." She returned, watching him smile.
He smiled, and inhaled deeply. "And I'll never stop loving it." He remarked, searching her eyes.
He kissed her once more, before pulling back, and smiled. "I better go." He replied, stroking her face.
She smiled, and nodded. "I'll be waiting." She returned, watching him smile once more.
He smiled, and kissed her quickly before moving passed her towards the door.
"Klaus?"
He paused at the door, and turned to look at her.
"Do you really drink coffee or did you not want to hurt my feelings?" She asked, crossing her arms over her tank covered chest.
He smiled, and bowed his head. "I do drink coffee, but you didn't have it strong enough for me, love." He replied, watching her shake her head. He sent her a wink before opening the door, and walking through it.
She shook her head. "That rogue." She replied, laughing lightly before putting her coffee cup in the sink, and headed towards her room.
She paused outside, and lifted her hand to knock when the door opened. She smiled as she came face to face with Bonnie, and glanced over her shoulder to Katherine who was lying on her back, asleep, but from the distance, Caroline could see the bruises on her face and the pale skin from the loss of blood.
"How is she?" She asked, moving her eyes to the window where Elijah was standing with his back to the door.
Bonnie sighed, and motioned out. When Caroline had backed up, and Bonnie had closed the door, she finally answered.
"She's doing better. She has a few broken ribs, and a stab wound in her side, but other than that, she's holding her own. It's that Pierce stubbornness." She replied, lightly with a chuckle.
Caroline nodded, and smiled. "She always was a fighter." She replied, watching Bonnie smile, and nod.
"Yeah, she was, and still is." Bonnie agreed, chuckling.
"Bonnie, I need a favor. I know that it's too soon or…" She trailed off when Bonnie lifted her hands.
"You don't have to explain, Caroline." She replied, watching Caroline sigh. "I saw the way you two looked last night, and from the glow in your eyes, you took my advice." She added, watching her friend blush.
"I did, and you were right." Caroline replied, nodding her head.
Bonnie smiled, and moved passed Caroline, only to loop her left arm through Caroline's right. "Now, what did you have in mind?" She asked, with a small laugh, as they walked on towards Bonnie's room.
They had an afternoon to plan.

Klaus knocked on the door at the cabin, and kept his face stoic when the door opened. A petite dark haired woman stood on the other end, wearing a short white summer dress and white sandals.
"We've been expecting you, Klaus." She replied, kindly.
Klaus nodded, and stepped by her, with his hands clasped behind his back.
He looked around the quaint little cottage, and smiled lightly at the sight. It was decorated with a rustic woodsy outdoor look with cedar furniture in the sitting area, and a pebble fireplace built into the far wall.
"Where is she?" He asked, turning to the young girl.
Davina smiled, and nodded. "I'll go and get her." She replied, moving towards the back.
Klaus nodded, and watched her go. He sighed, and bowed his head, and headed towards the fireplace. He heard footsteps behind him, and he slowly turned to see her standing in the doorway of the living room.
"How is Katherine?" Sophie asked, walking into the living room, wearing sweatpants and a tank top with her hair pulled back in a small ponytail.
Klaus nodded. "On the mend." He answered, folding his arms over his chest.
She nodded, and smiled faintly. "That's good." She replied, moving to sit down in a small sofa.
"How are you?" Klaus asked, firmly.
She nodded, and pulled her knees to her chest. "I'll be fine." She replied, clasping her hands in front of her knees.
Klaus nodded, and moved to sit down across from her on the couch. "You know why I'm here, Sophie." He replied, after a moment.
She nodded, and sighed. "I do." She replied, bowing her head. "I didn't tell him anything, and neither did Katherine, Klaus." She added after a moment. "After everything we endured at his hands, we didn't say a word about Caroline or about the cabin." She replied, shaking her head.
Klaus nodded, and leaned back against the cushions. "I wish I could believe you." He whispered, shaking his head.
She sighed, and closed her eyes, before moving her legs down. "Well, believe it. I would never betray the family, Klaus." She stated, standing up, and moving towards the window.
Klaus nodded, and threw his right arm against the back of the couch. "How is Anna doing?" He asked, changing the subject.
Sophie sighed, and bowed her head for a moment, before turning to look at him. "She's resting. She had a long night." She answered, softly. "She refused to go to bed until I was home, and when she did go to sleep, she dreamed of Jean." She replied, firmly, with a hint of sadness.
Klaus sighed, and leaned forward, placing his forearms on his knees. "She asked me about Jean when I saw her last." He whispered, turning his head.
Sophie nodded in understanding. "How is Jean?" She asked, moving towards him, only to sit in the same sofa she was in before.
Klaus sighed. "She doesn't remember." He replied, sadly. "She tried to kidnap Caroline and take her to Tyler." He added, with a hint of anger in his tone.
Sophie sighed. "I'd like to talk to her." She remarked, watching Klaus shake his head. "I might be able to get through to her, Klaus." She added, firmly.
"No," He stated, standing up and moved to the window. "You won't." He added, staring out the window. "Vaughn has been trying, but is having no luck." He stated, sadly.
Sophie stood up, and approached him. "Klaus, we have to try. If Jean gets her memories back, then she could help us." She replied, softly.
Klaus frowned, and kept his eyes focused on the window, but not really seeing anything. "She wants Anna." He growled out.
Sophie straightened her back. "Has she quit using?" She asked, watching Klaus shake his head. "Then she can't see her." She added, strongly. "I don't care what anyone says, or if you think it's a good idea. While Jean is using, she cannot see Anna or come anywhere near her." She concluded, lifting her head higher.
Klaus smirked, and nodded. "There's that Devereux spirit I remember." He whispered, turning around to look at her. He paused for a moment, watching her smirk lightly before becoming serious. "I won't let Anna see her either, Sophie. You have my word." He replied, nodding his head.
She sighed, and bowed her head. "Good." She whispered, lifting her head. "I still want to see Jean." She added, watching Klaus about to protest. "I can have Vaughn stand outside the door, but I just want to talk to her, Klaus." She remarked, lifting her hands.
Klaus sighed for a moment, and finally nodded. "Fine, I'll let Vaughn know." He replied, walking towards the door.
"Klaus"
He stilled, and turned to see Sophie walking towards him.
"There is one thing you should know." She began, wrapping her arms around her body. "He wants her, and he will stop at nothing to get her." She added, watching Klaus' eyes turn cold and hard. "If he gets her, you know what will happen." She replied, watching him nod.
"I won't let it happen." He replied, sternly, opening the door, and leaving the cottage quickly.
Sophie sighed. "Neither will I." She whispered in the silence. "Neither will I."

She felt the bonds on her wrists give way slightly, and she smiled at her accomplishment. She moved her wrists a few more times, and felt the bonds loosen even more.
Soon she would be free, and she could complete her mission.
Soon…

Caroline smiled as the sun started to fade behind the trees. Everything had been prepared, and all that was needed was Klaus, her Rogue.
She looked out the window, and turned to Bonnie, who was entering the living room. "Everything ready?" She asked, watching Bonnie nod and smile.
"I'll send him when he gets here." Bonnie replied, happily.
Caroline nodded, and headed for the door. "I'll be waiting." She replied, opening the door.
Bonnie smiled. "Good luck." She replied, with a nod.
Caroline nodded, and let out a small laugh, before leaving the cottage, and headed towards the small clearing she remembered so well.
Bonnie smiled, and turned her head to the window. She heard footsteps behind her, and she smiled brighter when she felt arms encircle her waist.
"Are you up to something, gypsy?"
She shivered at the sound of his voice, and nodded. "Yes," She answered, simply. "I figured they needed a little happiness before everything hit the fan." She replied, placing her hands over his.
Kol nodded, and kissed her head. "How long do you have to be up?" He asked, moving his lips to her ear.
She smiled, and tilted her head. "Until Klaus gets back, he went to talk to Sophie." She answered, feeling Kol still behind her.
"I hope she gives him the news he needs." He whispered, tightening his hold on her.
Bonnie nodded. "I hope so too." She answered, smiling when she saw Klaus walking towards the porch. "Well, this is it." She replied, lowly, as Klaus entered the cottage. "She's not here." She called out, causing Klaus to still.
He turned around, and fire flashed in his eyes. "What do you mean, she's not here?" He asked, watching Bonnie smile, leaning against Kol's chest.
"I mean, she's not here in the cottage." Bonnie remarked, lifting her right hand. "She said to tell you, that you will find her at the place where you became one." She replied, watching Klaus swallow hard.
He didn't say a word as he headed for the door.
"Going to get some, Nik." Kol shouted, groaning as Bonnie slammed her elbow into his stomach, and earning a glare from Klaus.
Klaus nodded to Bonnie before leaving the cottage, and headed towards the clearing.
"What was that for?" Kol asked, feeling Bonnie pull back to glare at him.
"For being a pain." She answered, marching away from him.
Kol smirked when he saw her head towards their bedroom, and followed her.
Two could play it that game.

Caroline felt the remaining sun's rays against her skin, and she smiled as the wind began to blow through her hair and her summer dress.
She turned her head to the ground, and smiled at the blanket spread out on the ground with small lanterns surrounding it, giving it enough light to see. Nothing else was needed, but she couldn't help but chuckle as she looked at the picnic basket next to the blanket with another blanket next to it, at Bonnie's insistence.
She heard footsteps behind here, and she slowly turned around, to find him enter the clearing.
"I was beginning to wonder if you understood my message." She replied, approaching him, feeling every nerve in her body light with fire as he approached her with a smirk on his face.
"Oh, I got it." He replied, stopping within a foot of her, close enough for her to see desire and love emanating from his eyes. He shifted his eyes to the scene behind her, and pursed his lips, as he fought a small smile. "You've been busy, Swan." He added, watching her nod.
"Well, after you left this morning, I realized how much I truly need you, and love you, and then I thought about what we said last night, about letting go of the past, and how we need to focus on the present and future," She paused, wrapping her arms around his neck. "So I thought what better place to do that than where we began eight hundred years ago." She added, kissing his lips lightly.
Klaus smiled, and wrapped his arms around her, and held her close to him. "Did you really?" He asked, rubbing his hands over her hips.
She nodded, and moved her fingers through his hair. "I did." She whispered, in a seductive tone.
He searched her eyes, and stepped back, only to grasp her hands, and hold them in his. "Are you sure, Caroline?" He asked, softly, though he already knew the answer.
She nodded, and squeezed his hands in hers. "I was sure eight hundred years ago, Niklaus." She answered, watching him smile. Taking a step back, she led him towards the blanket, and slowly let go of his hands. "If my memory serves, the night began something like this." She whispered, reaching up to the spaghetti straps of her dress, and slowly pulled them down her arms, to reveal her nude body.
Klaus swallowed, hard, and had to bite back a groan at the sight before him. "You are perfection, Swan." He whispered, stepping towards her.
She blushed, and placed her hands on his black Henley shirt, and slowly pulled it up over his head, tossing it to the ground, she smiled as she moved her fingers over his bare skin. "So are you." She whispered, breathlessly.
He smirked, and brushed his right hand over her face, and captured her lips with his in a slow, tension built kiss.
He pulled back to find her smiling with so much love shining out of her eyes. Closing the distance between them once more, he nibbled on her lips, and felt satisfaction when she moaned, and her hands clung to his upper arms.
He pulled back only to trail his lips down her face to her neck, opening his mouth and closing it on her skin. She shivered in his arms, and threw her head back when his lips made their way to her chest, lowering onto her breasts.
Klaus smiled against her skin as he nibbled lightly over her breasts, and pulled on her nipples with his teeth. She let out a low moan at the action, and felt her knees begin to shake as he began to suck lightly on her breasts.
"Klaus…oh…" She whispered her body turning into fire.
Klaus moved from one breast to another, and gave it the same treatment as the other, all the while feeling Caroline shake in his arms with pleasure. When he felt her body rock with a low cry, he pulled back, and looked into her blue-green eyes, which were turning green from the pleasure.
Moving his right hand down her body, he stroked her stomach, and waist, and smiled as she shivered with pleasure.
"I need you." She whispered, breathlessly.
He smiled, and nodded. "And I need you." He whispered, shivering as he felt her hands moving over his abs, and to his jeans.
She smiled as she undid his pants, and pushed them down, to where they pooled around his feet. She stepped back, and slowly lay down on the blanket, watching as he took off his boots, socks, and jeans along with his boxers, pausing only to place some protection over himself.
Klaus smiled, as he joined her on the blanket, and moved his left hand over her still shivering body. "Cold, love?" He asked, watching her shake her head.
"No, hungry." She answered, watching him smile wider.
"Well, then, lets feed you." He whispered, placing his lips on hers, and moved over her body, when he felt her readiness, and desire.
They both shivered when their skin connected as he laid on top of her with his right forearm holding him up, as his lips stayed on hers. His left hand moved down her body, and lifted her right leg, as he pushed forward.
He pulled up to look down at her as they made the connection they had longed for, for so long. They groaned, and Caroline bit her bottom lip as he pushed into her deeply, filling her. She felt the pain of the intrusion, but it was replaced by the love she felt for him, and the feeling that he was completing her.
Klaus studied her face, and sighed. "Did I?" He asked, wanting to move.
She shook her head. "No, my love." She whispered, stroking his face, and then moved her hand to his shoulder as he began to move within her.
She arched her back, and cried out as he rocked her to the point of pure satisfaction. Her nails clawed at his back, and sweat form on her body. Her legs moved up to his waist, and she could stop the cry as the feeling took him deeper within her.
Klaus moaned, and felt pure pleasure as he felt her tightening around him, causing him to thrust into her faster. "Swan…" He whispered, though it sounded more like a growl.
She moaned, and smiled, as her hips thrust forward, meeting each of his thrusts. "Rogue…" She returned, breathlessly.
He felt his completion coming, and he caught her eyes, watching her come underneath him.
Caroline felt as if her body was flying, and she didn't want to come down. She felt him come within her, but knew she was safe for the moment.
She cried out, and heard him chant her name like a ritual as he continued to come, taking her through another crashing orgasm as he thrust harder than before, causing them both to collapse when they came down harder than ever.
She slowly wrapped her arms around him, and stroked his sweat covered back, and smiled as he slowly lifted his head, and gazed down into her eyes.
"You saved yourself for this moment." He whispered, watching her smile faintly.
She moved her right hand to his face. "No other man ever turned me on, like you, Klaus." She whispered, watching him smile. "I never knew why, until I met you." She added, smiling. "It was perfect, rogue." She whispered, tears filling her eyes.
He nodded, and bent down to kiss her lips. "Yes, it was, Swan." He whispered, against her lips, before deepening the kiss.
Caroline into his lips, and wove her fingers through his hair, as her legs began to move over his.
He shivered, and pulled back. "Caroline…" He whispered, but stopped when he began to rock within her again, starting a new wave of pleasure. "We can't." He whispered, but didn't stop.
Caroline knew the reason why, but didn't care. If they had another child, she would love it, as she loved him. She didn't realize she had spoken the words out loud, until she felt Klaus still, and gaze at her with tears in his eyes.
He opened his mouth, and was going to speak, but she placed her fingers over his lips. "If we create life tonight, Klaus, it'll be between two people who love each other through time." She whispered, feeling him withdraw only to remove the protection, and slowly pushed into her once more.
"I love you, Caroline." He whispered, as he began to rock once more.
Caroline smiled, and met his thrusts as she did before. "I love you, Niklaus." She returned, feeling her body surge with renewed pleasure.
As they came down once more, she snuggled against his chest, and smiled as he wrapped the extra blanket around them.
"Do you want a child, Klaus?" She asked, stroking his chest in the silence.
Klaus moved his head to look down at her, and smiled as he moved her blonde hair from her face. "With you." He answered, watching her smile.
She leaned up, and kissed his lips lightly, before snuggling into his chest. As the exhaustion took over, she heard a tiny voice telling her that having a child would be too soon, but she quieted it down with another thought.
She loved this man, and she had loved him for another lifetime, and had given him three children. Having another child with him would be a blessing, and it would extend their love, as well as strengthen it.
She had spent eight hundred years away from him, and she had just found him. She didn't care if it was too soon, or what, he was her last love, and having his child would be proof of that love.
Yes, it would be.
~XXX~
The arm of the chair broke as Jean finally broke her right wrist free, and moved to untie her left. She had to get out of her, and finish her mission.
The door opened, and she froze. Her eyes widened, as she saw two people she never thought she would see again.
"Hello, Jean."
She swallowed, and straightened her back. "Sophie…Davina."
Please be kind!
YAY! They made love! I hope you approve!
Next chapter will be up this weekend, hopefully!
Until Next Time...
