"That takes care of her." Jake says powered down and dusting off his hands,
"Why is it that anti scout seems tougher than any other that we've faced?" Sailor Venus questions,
"It's rather simple Mina" Both Jake and Mini Moon say in unison before looking at each other, then Jake looks back at Venus,
"From what I could gather from watching your show and doing some research, it seems these anti scouts are designed to be a tough opponent for Eternal Sailor Moon and the Super Sailor Scouts, but it seems that due to the swap with Tim threw the scouts' powers out of whack." Jake says,
"If that is the case, why was it unaffected when Rini and Jack swapped?" Sailor Mars asks as she turns back to Rei as well as the other Sailor Scouts changing back,
"Rei." 'Rini' says looking at Rei, "Rini isn't the one that was distributing all of your super forms along with Serena's Eternal form. Serena with the Eternal brooch is. And without the user being 100% the same even in spirit, it ends up throwing all of the Scouts powers back to an earlier state."
"And why is it this spiky-haired idiot is able to overcome it?" Rei asks in annoyance,
"Because Rei, my powers come from a different source compared to yours. Known as the Morphing Grid." Jake replies, "I've also got access to more than 200 rangers, and I've went through a lot of struggle without them to where I wanted to train to become stronger and even still be able to last a bit longer without the powers. I've had to struggle with loss of a close friend, and betrayal by someone who was almost like the brother I never had." He adds as 'Serena' tells Rei,
"Rei, Jake isn't naturally a smart alack to allies, he only puts on an act to seem like he's someone you don't wanna be around due to him not wanting to bond with that many people in fear of being pained at losing someone else that would be close to him."
"But what about when he called me a flame witch?" Rei asks,
"It would be clear to anyone that's been around him long enough to know that he truly didn't mean that insult." 'Serena' says, "In fact, I was the only one that managed to bond with him truly other than his crew. The only time he truly is taunting to be taunting is with an enemy." 'She adds' as Jake let's out a sigh trying to calm down,
"Sorry about me being a smart alack Rei. I'm also sorry for the insults." He says,
"(Sigh) It's okay Jake. Maybe I should've thought more about how you truly are. I mean, I'm a priest for pete's sake and I was unable to tell how you felt." Rei says to Jake, "Maybe I can try to make it up to you somehow." she adds,
"Why not take him to get milkshakes from the Crown Arcade?" Mina asks,
"You're just saying that because you want to see Andrew Mina." Lita remarks as Mina blushes and Jake chuckles as he looks at the outers,
"So, what're you outer scouts gonna do?" He asks,
"Well, I've got a race going on that I'm entering, and Michelle, Trista and Hotaru are coming to cheer me on." Amara says,
"Surprised you have the ''Time'' to do that Trista." Jake jokingly remarks,
"You were just waiting to use that joke weren't you?" Trista says rolling her eyes, "But for your information, I'm going to stay for Amara's race, then head back to the gate to ensure that it's safe." She adds,
"And Jake." Amara says, "After the race, I want you to show me what you're capable of" she adds,
"Why?" Jake asks curiously,
"Seeing the way you move with a sword has me impressed." Amara says,
"Make sense, you're a sword user yourself." Jake says as Amara nods, "Fine by me, but don't cry if I end up upstaging you in front of your cousin." He says in a joking manner,
"We'll see about that kid" Amara says with a smirk. She then leaves with Michelle, Trista, and Hotaru following from behind,
"I do have a question for you Jack." 'Serena' says,
"Okay, shoot." 'Rini' says,
"How come you knew about Jake to be able to bring him here?" 'She' questions,
"Quite simple." Jake chimes in, "I was sparring with a member of my crew, John, while another crew member, Alice was channel surfing, and came across this show on a scene of who she thought was Rini walking down the sidewalk back from Darien's place." He adds.
-Flashback-
"Come on John." Jake jokes, "I thought you said that you were going to blow my socks off with your new skillz." He continues,
"Funny, I was just about to say the same to you Captain." John returns the joke. A 15 year old boy with long jet black hair tied in a ponytail dressed in a blue shirt, black pants, and brown boots,
"Try dodging this!" He says as he uses his Pirate Saber, and launches a slash wave at Jake. Unfortunately for John, Jake dove under it, "What the?!" John exclaims as Jake soon does a spin slash with his saber, as John blocks it with his own saber,
"They are both really improving huh Lucy?" A 13 year old boy with short curly sandy blonde hair dressed in a green polo, tan pants, and white sneakers says to a 12 year old Brunette identified as Lucy
with shoulder length hair dressed in a yellow tank top, blue shorts and black sneakers,
"Looks like it Dan." Lucy responds as she then looks toward a 14 year old girl with back length black hair dressed in a pink dress, leggings and a pair of brown kitten heel boots,
"What are you doing Alice?" Lucy questions her crewmate and best friend,
"Checking to see what's on TV Lucy." Alice responds as she soon comes to a stop on a familiar anime, "Oh nice, Sailor Moon is on." She soon smiles as she sees
Rini a.k.a Sailor Mini Moon on TV, "Awesome. It's Rini. She was always my favorite Sailor Scout."
"Heh. Of course you would be a fan of the one who is oozing pink Alice." Lucy teases. Alice sticks her tongue out at her friend playfully as Lucy laughs.
'Rini' is on the TV walking along a sidewalk coming back from Darien's place as 'she' thinks to 'herself' in a more mature tone of voice that is audible to the viewers,
"Man. Who would have thought that it would be this much of a challenge acting like a little girl? I can't believe it's already been over a year since I ended up as her."
"Huh? Acting like a little girl?" Alice looks on at the screen in confusion, "I don't remember any episode related to that kind of plot-line." She adds,
"Perhaps it's some new special that they made." Lucy suggests with a shrug,
"The show was never one to go for a full on Freaky Friday episode or special." Alice replies in confusion as she continues watching,
"The phone call with Ami though is interesting. The fact that some kid got swapped into Serena's body randomly." 'Rini' continues thinking, only for 'her' to come to a halt
as 'she' hears some grunting going on. 'She' goes over to a TV store and looks towards the Pirate Rangers.
Alice laughs nervously, "Heh. It almost looks like she's looking right at us." She then says,
"That's because I am." 'Rini' replies. To which, Alice loses all color in her face,
"H-How?" Lucy stares in disbelief as well. Jake and John stop sparring, as they along with Dan turn to see what's going on,
"Something up girls?" Jake asks as he looks at the TV before raising an eyebrow noticing 'Rini' looking at the screen, "Bit bizarre how she's staring. What is this? Did you girls pause the TV?" He then questions,
"I'm not paused." 'Rini' replies. Dan is stunned while John goes over to Alice to check up on her,
"Interesting. They made an interactive episode of the anime? That's some interesting way to gather in new viewers." Jake compliments,
"It isn't some interaction thing." 'Rini' responds in annoyance as Jake picks up on something,
"I just noticed, you have a different tone to your voice. You normally have a bubbly, childish tone to your voice. But here, you sound more mature." He says as he looks interested,
"(sigh) Look. My appearance may say otherwise, but I am not Rini." 'Rini' responds, "My name is Jack. I am currently in Rini's body due to a body swapping incident"
"A body swapping incident?" Dan repeats, "So, You're a guy from our world and ended up in the anime world of Sailor Moon?" He then asks,
"Exactly!" 'Rini' says with a nod, "I'm actually supposed to be a 13 year boy, but after the swap, I decided to stay as her so the real Rini can remain safe until we can get her back to her own time."
"Couldn't you just get Sailor Pluto to help take the real Rini back to her time?" Lucy finally asks after regaining her composure,
"It's unfortunately not as easy now." 'Rini' says, "The timegate Pluto normally looks after has been acting up, and she's unable to fix it."
"That is definitely a major concern." Dan responds as he looks at Jake, "And the fact that Serena is swapped means that unfortunately, they are without a proper leader to fill that spot unless Rei or Mina steps up to the challenge."
"That's why the moment I heard grunting, I knew it meant that there was some fighting going on." 'Rini' says as 'she' also looks at Jake,
"I can tell that based on how you act, you're the leader of this group correct?" She then asks,
"That's right." Jake replies as he crosses his arms and smirks, "Captain Jake Red of the Pirate Rangers at your service."
"If I can manage to bring you to this world, can you help the Sailor Scouts out with fighting against Sailor Galaxia and the Anti-Scouts?" 'Rini' asks,
"Maybe I can. Maybe I can't." He jokes, "Anyway, who's in the body of Serena?" He then asks,
"I think Ami said his name is Tim Smith." 'Rini' replies as Jake gets a surprised look on his face,
"Tim?!" He is amazed that the kid he's friends with is in Serena's body,
"You know him?" 'Rini' asks, "That, I do." Jake responds, "I've known him for a bit. If he's there, then I'll definitely come to help out. Don't want the squirt to get hurt." He adds,
"Got it." 'Rini' gives a thumbs up to the teen Captain.
-Back to the Present-
"And then Jack/Rini and I came to the conclusion that by using the Wild Force Lunar Wolf ranger key, it was possible to bring me to this world." Jake then finishes the story,
"So that means that you decided to help because I was here?" 'Serena' asks, "Right." Jake replies, "I knew that I'd have to try and ensure my squirt friend remained safe, and didn't get hurt." He adds
before crossing his arms and jokingly adding, "But hey. At least you got your parents' permission to stay as Serena. Just be careful not to trip over those long twin-tails." 'Serena' turns red,
"Jake!" 'She squeaks as the inner scouts and 'Rini' are giggling away at 'Serena's' embarrassment.
"Just messing with you kiddo." Jake says laughing, "Anyway, sharing that story has made me hungry. How about we go head to that Crown Arcade. I'd like to try their milkshakes and get the chance to actually play that Sailor V video game Serena loves so much." he adds,
"Okay." The scouts say and they all head for the Crown Arcade.
