"Is it this it Sven? Is this where Anna is?" Elsa stepped off the sled and went around to the reindeer. Sven was frowning and breathing heavily. He nodded past some snow covered ledges where the smoke seemed to be coming from.

"Let's go check it out." John grabbed his sword, a weapon he preferred not to use, and crept his way over to the ledges. Like miniature hills to hide behind, he peeked over and examined the area before him.

"That's a lot of big guys." He mumbled as he took a mental count of all the thugs wandering around with their clubs and weapons of mass destruction.

"Where?" Elsa joined him. She wasn't expecting to find a whole camp around here. There must have been at least twenty of those big men down there. And she had a feeling Hans was down there too.

"I don't see them." She noted when she didn't find Anna or Kristoff. They had to be down there somewhere.

"There." John tapped her shoulder and pointed towards the edge of the camp by the empty sleds. Looking closely, Elsa could just make out the back of Kristoff's head.

"I can't see well enough. Is Anna with him?" Elsa strained to see without jumping over the ledge and going down there herself. John moved to the side until he got a clear view in between the sleds. He saw the guy, Kristoff, holding something in his lap. It wasn't something, it was someone, a girl, and she wasn't moving at all.

"I think she is, but maybe she's sleeping." He glanced at Elsa who gave him a look.

"What do you mean sleeping? Is she hurt?" She grabbed his arm to get his attention when he looked back at the camp.

"He's holding her, but she isn't moving. I'm sure she's fine Elsa-"

"I've got to get down there." She practically trampled him as she climbed around the ledge and started making her way down the valley.

"Elsa!" John leapt after her and grabbed her arm before she could start yelling and screaming. He pulled her down behind boulder.

"We can't just run into this, we have to think about this first." John whispered.

"What else is there to think about? They have my sister!" She struggled to break free of his hold, but he only held on tighter.

"And they have their reasons for that. I'm positive my brother is somewhere down there. First we should find out where he is and find the best approach to getting by all those thugs." He peered over the boulder before returning his gaze to Elsa. She was about ready to freeze the entire kingdom, but he was right. Hans had to have had a reason for capturing Anna and Kristoff and she was pretty sure it was to get her out in the open. She was not about to risk her sister again to protect herself, that was the one thing Elsa knew for certain.

"I can't wait anymore John. Find Hans or I'm going down there anyway." She peeked around their hiding spot and looked around. All she saw was thug after thug down there. She was about to give up when a tent at the back of the camp opened up. Out walked a cloaked tall figure with boots and a sword attached to his hip. Hans.

"Right there!" She pulled on John's hand to get his attention and pointed to his brother striding over to speak to one of his men.

…..

Kristoff watched silently as Hans spoke in a low voice to one of his thugs. He was now powerless, alone, and his reindeer was probably still sleeping in the cave. There was nothing to do except wait.

He placed a hand on Anna's forehead and shuddered. Was it him or was she getting colder?

He held her tighter and whispered, "Please hold on Anna. Please…" He had to do something, anything if he and Anna wanted to get out of here alive. Maybe he could create a diversion and confuse the thugs. They were temperamental, it should be easy to confuse them. Or maybe he should complain that Anna's condition was getting worse, Hans would have to something about that.

"Watch out!" He heard someone cry before a gust of wind threw a sleigh across the camp. Followed by more cries and screams was a small tornado of ice and wind spinning around sending thugs and supplies into the air. All Kristoff could do was stare in shock because a miniature tornado of snow was not something he saw everyday. In fact, he didn't think he was possible at all.

"It's her! It's the Ice Queen!" Immediately Kristoff noticed a figure in blue running down the mountainside. Sure enough, it was Queen Elsa and she was controlling the tornado. A few paces behind her, Hans was racing along. No, it couldn't have been Hans, Hans was down here running in circles avoiding the destruction. Kristoff came to the conclusion that it must've been Hans brother, the one Anna mentioned the other night. What was his name? Von? Ron? Juan? John? That's right, John followed by some of the palace guards came racing down mountain behind Elsa. Finally, the rescue team has arrived.

As soon as Elsa reached the bottom of the mountainside she marched into the campsite and put out her tornado. She and John made a deal, she could storm the area as long as she let John do the talking with Hans. Easy enough, he might have to restrain her from killing Hans though. Elsa calmly marched in the direction of her sister. Every thug that tried assaulting her received a bit of what Elsa liked to call Brain Freeze. She surrounded their heads in a cloud of snow and ice that couldn't be fought off. As she got closer to Kristoff and Anna, Elsa broke into a run until she reached them.

"What happened?" She knelt down and stroked Anna's hair.

"She hit her head." Kristoff adjusted Anna's cloak.

"Did she fall?" Elsa quickly examined her sister's head to any blood or bruises. When Kristoff shook his head, she stared at him in confusion.

"She was hit in the head," Elsa gasped and Kristoff nodded, "with a club."

Elsa slowly stood and clenched her fists as the world spun around her. She could feel the air around her getting colder and thicker. They hurt Anna. They hurt her sister. They were not going to get away with it.

"Well look who's finally arrived. It's about time your majesty!" Elsa heard the voice of the one person she hated more than anything. She could hear him laughing mockingly behind her back. In full anger mode, she whirled around and pointed at him.

"You hurt my sister! Again! And for what? To get to me?" Her eruption of anger sent every object within a twenty foot radius flying in the opposite direction. But Hans wasn't afraid. Ironically, he was quite amused.

"Lets just say I'm ambitious." He smiled wickedly. Elsa let out another exasperated breath and stood her ground.

"You cannot and will not hurt anyone! I won't let you! Not anymore!" Elsa turned on Hans in fury. With a swift movement of her hand, she launched a ball of ice in his direction. It flew right at him as she turned to tend to her sister.

Acting quickly, Hans grabbed an abandoned sword and shielded himself with its blade. As planned, the magic spell bounced off the metal and was redirected back the way it came. With Elsa's back turned, she was unable to see what was flying towards her. The only one who did notice reacted the only way he knew how.

"Elsa!" All of a sudden, John threw himself in front of the Queen just before the ice reached her. As it did, the ball of ice slammed into John at the center of his chest right above his heart.
