A week later, the four detectives sat at their desks finishing their work. Fin stared across the desk at his 'new partner' and smiled at how eagerly she was working. Then he looked over and Munch and Elliot and saw Munch dosing off and Elliot working just as hard as his girlfriend. Fin quickly wrote a note down on a piece of paper and tossed it across the desks to his partner.

Olivia looked up from her work and glanced at him before opening up the crumbled paper. 'Wanna go get some lunch?' she read, then looked up at Fin, smiled and nodded. Olivia stood up and put on her jacket, grabbed her purse and her phone. "I'll go tell the Captain we're leaving." Fin told her.

"Ok" she replied.

"Where you going?" Elliot asked following her out of the squad room.

"Me and Fin are going to lunch. Do you want me to bring you something back?"

"You and Fin are going to lunch? Alone?"

She smiled and touched his cheek. "Yeah El, we're going to lunch."

"I don't think you should go to lunch with him Liv. You know he used to like you?"

Olivia laughed. "Elliot he's over it, and we're just friends. Stop acting like a jealous boyfriend."

He wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her closer to him. "I am a jealous boyfriend baby."

"Stop showing it." She wrapped her arms around her neck and whispered in his ear. "Now kiss me and tell me you love me."

"I love you babe." He pecked her lips twice before kissing her passionately.

"Oh God!" Fin said walking through the doors and covering his eyes. "Get a room!"

They pulled away. "Do you want me to bring you something back baby?" Olivia asked.

"Nah, I'm good."

She kissed him one last time. "Kay, see ya!"

Later that night, Elliot sat on the couch with Olivia's head resting in his lap watching the basketball game. He took a deep breath before muting the tv. "Hey Liv?"

"Yeah El?" She shifted on her back so she was looking up at him.

"Where do you see our relationship going?"

"What do you mean?"

He sighed. "Like do you see a future with us? Forever? Or is this just a little fling? I mean i tell you i love you and you say it to me but do you really mean it the way i do?"

Olivia sat up fully, "Why are you asking me this Elliot? Of course i love you. Are you doubting me? Doubting us?"

"No! No, i just want to know how serious you are with this."

"I'm serious El. I want a future with you. I want forever with you. I love you." she rubbed her neck and crossed her legs on the couch. "I thought you knew that."

"I did. I do. I just wanted to be sure before i asked you."

"Asked me what?" she asked slowly. Elliot stood up and reached in his jacket pocket, pulling out a small, black box. Olivia gasped as she watched him walk towards her and kneel in front of her. "El..."

"Asked you to marry me." He told her softly as he opened the box to reveal a diamond. "Will you marry me?"

Tears quickly fell from her eyes as her mouth was unable to form words. Instead she just nodded feverishly and he put the ring on her finger. He kissed her ring that now rested on her small finger, then laced their hands together before capturing her lips in the most loving kiss. When air became an issue, she pulled away. "I love you Elliot."

"I love you too Gorgeous." he kissed her again before wrapping her up in a warm embrace.
