Hello dear readers! Don't be scared, this isn't the end!

If you've read the final Naruto chapters, then you know that as a fan of NaruSaku, I am hella, hella salty about the way it ended. The ending is not what I wanted at all, for lots of reasons besides shipping. I could go on and on about what I didn't like, but I'll spare you guys because I'm sure you all know or are feeling about the same.

However! I am NOT discontinuing this story or giving up on Naruto, like some of my fellow fans are starting to do, nor am I going stop shipping NaruSaku. I have decided to rewrite this story from chapter 699 on, making major changes and cleaning it up, and basically make it almost like a brand new story! Chapter 700, is not a bad thing for this fic, in fact, it is a very, very good thing and there's several reasons why:

1. The story is finally over! I began this fic years ago, based on how I wanted to see Naruto end. However, because of that, I'm sure you noticed there's some pretty strange things going on in this fic. For example, I gave Sakura siblings because I was young and liked the idea, or I killed off Sasuke. But now that I know what happened, I know exactly how to set up my fic so it can be pretty canon until I start to diverge with my personal changes.

2. I'm incredibly inspired by this. It's given me a lot to think about, regarding future developments and the next gen and all that jazz. Now, instead of constantly having to change things to fit canon better, the only changes to the plot will be from my own head on my own terms.

3. My readership was starting to decline, I want to make this story less divisive and confusing for readers. Yesterday, when I read 700 I was depressed and started thinking I may have to scrap this story altogether. After taking some time to meditate and sleep on it, I've decided my course of action, and I feel pretty good about this now, and I'm sure i'll feel better about a new and improved version that's less, well...weird.

Some upcoming changes to look forward to:

-Sasuke will be alive this time.

-Karin won't be in the Leaf (When I started with that she was still captured, lol.)

-Neji will be alive, I'm sorry that's not changing, I refuse. *cries*

-I'm going to embrace Kakashi's Hokage-ship.

-No more cliff-diving for Hinata, I'm embarassed to have wrote that, frankly.

-No more siblings for Sakura-baby. Although the boy may become a cousin or something, I like him.

-GaaHina circumstances will probably get changed.

Honestly, I could complain and whine about what I hated in the final chapter, but instead I'm going to think positively and show you my perfect ending and post-Shippuden adventures!

Basically, what I'm gonna do is save all of my chapters, plan out the new and improved plot, make changes where I can, and scrap the nonsense I have no use for. It will be posted as a fresh, new story, perhaps with a new title, and you can expect it sometime in the winter. (Probably early 2015, but Christmas is starting to sound appealing.)

It's been a wild ride, and I adore everyone of you for sticking along so long. I just felt I needed to adapt this story after Kishi threw some wrenches into my plots, and I'm so excited to show you guys my new ideas!
