Hey everyone! Sorry this isn't an update, but I just thought you guys should know that I'm putting Beautiful Monster up for adoption. There a few reasons for this.
The main one being that although I have a whole plan written out and plenty of ideas for plots twists and turns, I have just lost my passion for this story. The relationship between Claire and Myrnin is just too rushed in my opinion, and the chapters don't seem to link together any more. I'm bored with the story and it's clear to see in my writing.
Another reason being that I had to switch accounts. This account wouldn't let me upload any new stories and after months and months of trying to fix it, I ended up breaking into my old account to post on there (DangerousDream in case you were wondering). Gradually, I spent more and more time on the other account and now, I only use this one to update Beautiful Monster. It's a bit of a hassle trying to switch from account to account, and so for that reason, I'm giving it up for adoption.
Okay, so now that I've stopped rambling, time for the actual important things. I'm basically happy for anyone to adopt, although friends and more active writers will obviously be preferred. Again, I'd prefer someone with good grammar and formatting but generally, as long as you are passionate about writing, I'm happy for you to take over.
You can do anything to the story. You can chop and change what has already been written to fit what you would want. I have a plan for the rest of the story that you can read and copy or take ideas from or whatever you want to do with it. It's really in your hands now.
Anyways, sorry again about giving it up for adoption. I once adored this story and it's a shame that it turned out so awful... :(
